I just heard a Republican say Martial Law was declared last night.
It was just on C-Span during their one-minute speeches. I missed his name.
He said "Martial Law was declared last night"
I can't find any links yet. But I know what I heard.

Its my understanding that in actuality we've been under martial law since 2001. If i remember correctly Bush declared it and never rescinded it.

It's Possible it was taken out of context. But for him to use " Martial Law" as an analogue only shows what's really going on here. |
