Hi,
i recently finished reading a book with the title "Das Deutschland-Protokoll" (german) which means about "The Germany-protocol".
It advances the theorie that formally we still have World War 2 because there was never a peace agreement between the allied forces and Germany. As you can see on the following picture the U.S. in this case would still have full power over her occupied territories:

How did they gain this control and how does it remain in their hands?
On August 14. 1941 Churchill and Roosevelt draft an agreement called "Atlantic-Charta" as a foundation of a New World Order after World War 2
(link).
Between august and october of 1944 the U.S., UK, the Soviets and China met together at the Dumbarton Oaks conference and developed the charta of the United Nations which was in its basics indentical with the Atlantic-Charta.
After the declaration of capitulation the allied forces commanders declared the takeover of administration of Germany (Deutsches Reich) because the german government had been arrested before. The difference between the term Germany and Deutsches Reich is crucial. Deutsches Reich didn't expire by it's occupation or governance by the allied forces. It rests -legally responsible but unable to act- till the present day. At the Jalta conference Stalin, Churchill and Roosevelt decided to devide germany. For western germany Eisenhower eacted the SHAEF-laws (SHAEF=Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force) for germany according to the law of nations. It was the foundation for the occupation and for restoring the order in Germany as demanded in case of occupation by the law of nations. After a break with the Soviet Union the three western forces met with the direct neighbours of Germany at the six-forces conference in London to dicuss the foundation of a western-German organ of self-governance. Later German statesmen developed a bill of rights according to the guideline of the six-forces conference. This became the "Grundgesetz" and the self-governance called "Bundesrepublik Deutschland" (Federal Republic of Germany) was founded (Marshall plan). After the soviets saw that they began to create an own organ of self governance for the east called "Deutsche Demokratische Repubik" (German democratic Republic). But the point is:
Neither the Bundesrepublik or the Deutsche Demokratische Republik were states. You might compare them to companies which gover a territory. And so the Grundgesetz for western germany was no bill of rights or a constitution. It was a collection of laws which were approved by SHAEF. So Germans might develope them but only the real german government -SHAEF- could approve it.
But these instruments of occupation shouldn't rest for ever. At least that was the offical position of the allied forces. With help of the United Nations and by own means the German people should restore a sovereign and reunioned german state when all the post-war concerns would have been solved. On September 12 1990 the 2+4 contract was signed in Moscow. Officially it was supposed to regulate the German reunion. It was agreed between The allied forces, the Bundesrepublik (!) and the Deutsche Demokratische Republik (!!). But the problem was, that allied forces were present as states but not so the Bundesrepublik or Deutsche Demokratische Republik. They were not states but instruments of occupation. That's why this contract was simply void. That means was NEVER EVER was a German reunion. The U.S. foreign secretary baker dropped the article 23 of the Grundgesetz which defined the area in which the Bundesrepublik exist (!). In also contained the prospect of a reunion. The substantiat was that it wouldn't be needed anymore because now the reunion would take place. But it didn't because it couldn't. The whole contract was just void. But the passage was still taken out of the Grundgesetz. The cold war ended. But there is still World War 2 running. Now:
What does that say about germany today?
-The Grundgesetz is void because it doesn't define the territory of effect anymore. The allied forces tolerate it till the present day.
-The Bundesrepublik merged eastern Germany illegally. In fact there was no merging. The allied forces tolerate it till the present day.
-There is no written law because the Grundgesetz is void. All elections, police, army, courts and so on are just tolerated by the alled forces.
-The allied forces are the German government till the present day.
-Bundesrepublik is occupiing berlin illegally because it has still a special status and belongs to Deutsches Reich. That's tolerated by the allied forces too.
The question is how long will it be tolerated? Maybe until the international bankers squeezed everything out of German waelth? Maybe until the next economy crisis occurs? And then?
So what does that mean for the world?
Between September 11 1945 to October 2 1945 the U.S., UK, France, the Soviet Union and China met at the London conference of foreign secretaries charged with the management of all post-war concerns.
Every state that signed the declaration of the United Nations and accepted the UN-charta recognized the allied forces and the U.S., UK, France, Russia and China as the veto members. According to
the UN-charta Articles 53/107 all members may take actions against such nations which were their enemies in World War 2 without asking the Security Council:
"Article 53
1. The Security Council shall, where appropriate, utilize such regional arrangements or agencies for enforcement action under its authority. But no enforcement action shall be taken under regional arrangements or by regional agencies without the authorization of the Security Council, with the exception of measures against any enemy state, as defined in paragraph 2 of this Article, provided for pursuant to Article 107 or in regional arrangements directed against renewal of aggressive policy on the part of any such state, until such time as the Organization may, on request of the Governments concerned, be charged with the responsibility for preventing further aggression by such a state.
2. The term enemy state as used in paragraph 1 of this Article applies to any state which during the Second World War has been an enemy of any signatory of the present Charter.
Article 107
Nothing in the present Charter shall invalidate or preclude action, in relation to any state which during the Second World War has been an enemy of any signatory to the present Charter, taken or authorized as a result of that war by the Governments having responsibility for such action."
The United Nations currently has 192 members. 191 of them are in state of war against Germany. Now. They can do whatever they want.
Originally there should be a peace agreement between the allied forces and Deutsches Reich (!). It would enforce a UN reform and the U.S. empire would fall appart.
