Ok, first off, heres my source: http://www.naturalnews.com/024332.html

It is all over the net that turkey and salmon are "superfoods."

I am 19 years old, a vegetarian for a year. The reason I am vegetarian is mainly due to health related issues. So with turkey and salmon being superfoods, is this a food I should be eating? Or should I stay away from it?

I am leaning towards eating these 2, and omiting the rest of the meats/fish from my diet. Would that be "healthy?"

Just was wondering this and didn't know who to ask, i know alot of the people here are very conscious so whats your opinions?

thx

i was a vegetarian for 8 years.
it exposed me to a vast array of foods i probably never would have tried otherwise.
recently i have incorporated some fish, chicken, and turkey into my diet.
i do feel healthier overall... but i avoid poisonous foods and take care of myself so its no wonder.
