Tom's fluoride-free toothpaste is fine. I have used it before and would again. http://www.tomsofmaine.com/toms/

Now I use eco-dent, and I really like it a lot. http://www.eco-dent.com/ecodentinfo.html

Oh, I'm sorry, I don't know. Try to find the most natural thing you can...

Also, you can simply use a bit of mint flavor mixed with water and baking soda.

Personally, the most important part of my daily dental routine is oil pulling. This site is a bit hypey, and they try to sell you their own oil, which you don't need... but the information is really good and valuable.

I think more important than looking out for things, start shoring up your body.

Get some iodine. Get some magnesium.

I shop from www.globallight.net and I get the calcium/magnesium from there. I got prill beads (one time purchase, lifetime use). I got miracle mineral supplement (I hate that name for it, so hokey-- it really does work, and fast). These things will correct the imbalances and alkalinize your body.

I get my iodine from nutrimedical: http://www.nutrimedical.com/products.jhtml?method=view&product.id=3347

Iodine chellation can help purify your body from the things they're adding to our foods, MSG, bromide, fluoride, etc.

Article on iodine chelation: http://www.alkalizeforhealth.net/Liodine2.htm

(I am not affiliated with any of these places, so I make no money on whatever choice you make regarding what you do or do not purchase)

Don't know if you know about the Superfood the cocoa bean, it's loaded with magnesium. I will definitely have to look into the other foods you talk about tho.

Check out david wolfe for all the Raw food goodness.

Epsome salt is great source for magnesium also. 8 oz. glass of distilled water "thats all I will drink" and i tea spoon of salt.

ALso you must look out for Aluminum in your under arm deoderant. Fix this buy buying non anti perserant deoderant. or natural.

SOap also has a bad chem in it buy natural soaps or organic soap. I'm sure your local store has organic soap and hair shampoo.

Colloidall silver is extreamly easy to make and extreamly good for you. Dont add any salt for cattalist or it could cause algeria / blue guy.
other then that is a car battery and 2 silver wires in distilled water.

learn about MSG and what all names it goes by, http://www.msgmyth.com/hidename.htm

BE VERY CAREFULL NOT TO TAKE IN ASPERTAME
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rlz=1T4GZFA_enUS262US289&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=aspartame&spell=1

BUT LIKE pheonix said iodine is great also.

Hi,

Can anybody tell me what toothpaste is safe.
Baking soda, plain and simple or try to find sources of fluoride free on line.A mix of Hydrogen peroxide and water works well, too.

I would caution about Tom's  and GardenGate products, both have been sold to bigger
companies, not long for changes?

READ LABELS..learn what the concoctions of chemicals stand  for...read...read, read.
don't microwave foods, invest in a small convection oven,
do not cook with plastic bowls if you do use a microwave.

Find a natural /herbal doctor .

There are millions of alternative health web sites, find some regular ones  to peruse for info.

Splenda  kills your immune system, but all artificial sweeteners are bad news. Most were 'accidental creations'
when they tried to make insecticides...going back  to 1860 !- for the pink stuff......

Tom's of Maine do fluoride free paste, you'll have t check the box before you buy because they were bought out by colgate not so long ago so you'll have to look for any stock from before..
