I'm sorry I did not get it recorded. It was a typical Ron Paul vs. Bernanke show. I'm sure it will be on YouTube soon.
In short, until the YouTube video comes out:
RP stated that one of the problems is price fixing.....the same thing that brought on the great depression. He also asked where is this money coming from, are they going to print this out of thin air? Speaking of the constitution, RP asked where the authority came from for this action by the Fed.
Bernanke replied that inflation should not increase by this measure since they will not be printing any more money (he did not say where it was coming from). He also said that he agreed with RP about the price fixing and the great depression. The last thing he said was that the constitution gave the US government the authority to coin money (RP can be heard in the background saying COIN money)..and the Federal Reserve act gave gave that authority to the Federal Reserve, weather you agree with it or not.

If I upload some garbage to my account it processes in like 5 mins regardless of the length but as soon as I post something with some legitimacy it takes a half a day for it to process. Keep checking back on it though. |
