Why did Clinton bomb the Al Shifa factory in Sudan?

I was doing some research on the Clinton's, and I still don't understand why Clinton decided to bomb the Al Shifa factory in Sudan. I'm so sorry, your HERO Richard Clarke testified in the 911 Commission PUBLIC hearings that he still believes it was a WMD factory and that they picked up tracers of Sarin gas components on the ground outside. If you RECALL, at the TIME - Saddam's WMD scientists, under SCRUTINY in Iraq post 91 war - were MOVED to various "cooperative" nations, one being Lybia, another Syria, another North Korea, another SUDAN...Khartoum was under the influence of the SAUDI'S and the bin laden FAMILY was financing a very large NEW AIRPORT - amongst other things at the time.

 The truth is, they both tell a partial tale in this case-  YES the place made "aspirin" - so yes it WAS an "aspirin factory" - the problem being it could ALSO easily make WMD.

Do you have any idea what you're talking about? Clinton bombed a civilian factory, claimed it produced WMD's, and didn't have a single piece of evidence to back his claims. There is no evidence. Completely none. Because of this tens of thousands of people died because of lack of medication.
