why such hate
We all need to realize we are being bombarded with chemicals, biological toxic waste, super strength hormones, electromagnetically/ultra high frequency'd mind altered and openly being lied to about it. Blatantly being lied to about it, so I can understand why tensions are running high. Lets not mention our uncertain future. We must learn to fight our battles with consructive grammar. We can be proud and have dignity as well. We must realize the nwo (not capitalized on purpose) is succeeding at dividing and keeping us infighting. Unless of course....the OP him/serself is still sleeping, and cannot see that this is reason for seemingly primordial outbursts. When in fact we have all been programmed to do just that. FIGHT amongst ourselves, distract us, to let the real debate go to the wayside. Act on emotion rather than logic and reason. A real mans' fight must begin and end with a handshake. I have to overcome my problems faster so I can effectively take on the nwo and stop all this disfunction happening around me. I have one chance to change and it starts now. I have a better person inside, reaching out to you. Not the shell the nwo has programmed. I shed this false being with every waking day and every waking moment. Become who I am to become, become the me they took. I am peaceful and helpful. I want to be a better man, a better ray of light for the brighter future I envision. Peace

Ron Paul's opinion on this matter is grave, and would help all of us. He needs to say something. Plain and simple. Does he support it or not because we need to know. Yes or no. Before he refused to attack Bush, but now the evidence is clear. What does he think? That's it. No cointelpro crap going on here.

The truth is I gave my own reasons as to why Ron Paul wouldn't have responded, but at the same time placed a small amount of bias within the sarcasm of the original statement. I'm just trying to figure out why he hasn't responded, and what other reasons others might think he hadn't, so that I could come to a more logical conclusion about the best reason as to why he hasn't said anything.

I also think that the government is trying to create a war between us and the police. David Icke met a cop in England who spoke about three cards he was given, and one of the cards gave him the right to invade anyone's property. The police chief explained that there was a war coming between the government and the citizens. The law is what we must work towards changing.

Where've you been? Ron Paul not only supports Dennis, but my understanding is he is a cosponsor of the bill... Where have you seen or heard from Paul except on Alex's show recently... and if you have heard from him elsewhere, when was he asked what his opinion is about the impeachment hearings... You and your buddy Kapitolg are playing the perfect divisive shill tagteam and if you don't stop it NOW... you are both out of here. Why?
Because, I'm on to what he was up to... and he was covering his tracks... and now he is gone... He has been trying to drive a wedge between the membership here and Dr. Ron Paul, because of what he has painted as a suspicious silence on the part of Dr. Paul with regard to the non-impeachment hearings. Weaving a tapestry of doubt and suspicion as he goes... that's against the rules... But, he has "uncle's money" to play with... and will have a new IP, a new e-mail, and a new forum handle soon enough... I hope Ron Pual has seen the following. I sent a letter to The Campaign of Liberty contact area and await a reply. The Ron Paul Question: Will He Respond? "An interesting and potentially serious situation is developing regarding Rep. Ron Paul. It appears as though Ron’s staff may not have informed the Congressman of the Petitions for Redress, notwithstanding: a) the fact that there exists proof that on June 30 the Petitions for Redress were properly served on Ron Paul at his district office in Texas by a constituent; b) the fact that on June 30, Bob Schulz dropped in to Ron Paul’s DC office to deliver a personal letter to Ron Paul, along with a copy of the Petitions for Redress: and c) Ron Paul’s public declaration in 2001 that the People’s First Amendment Right of Redress includes an inherent Right to a response to their Petitions for Redress. Last week, Plan supporter Ray Mills had the opportunity to personally speak to Ron Paul in Boone, NC at a Ron Paul rally and book signing event. Ray was able to question Ron Paul regarding the Petitions and his intention to respond. Rep. Paul stated he knew nothing about the service of the Petitions for Redress and that he would look into the matter. Last Friday (July 25), Bob Schulz spoke by phone with Ron’s chief of staff, Tom Lizardo, about the Petitions for Redress. Tom said he was generally aware of the Petitions but would have to check with his Legislative staff to see what was being done about them. Tom did express a concern of his. He asked if Bob believed the Right to Petition required Ron Paul to respond to every communication received by him from any constituent. Bob told Tom he did not believe each and every communication would necessarily receive the protection of the First Amendment as a proper Petition for Redress requiring a response. Bob then sent Tom a definition of a proper Petition for Redress – one that would require a response. Needless to say, a serious situation would ensue should Ron Paul fail to respond, responsively (i.e., with formal, specific answers to the questions in the Petitions for Redress). Absent such a response Ron Paul’s credibility as an adherent of the Constitution could quickly be called into question. The Constitution is not a menu. Rep. Paul is an official of the U.S. Government, and as a true believer and outspoken defender of the Constitution he cannot be found defending only some of its provisions, such as the war powers, money, privacy and tax clauses, while disobeying another, such as the accountability clause of the First Amendment. Again, it is important to note he has publicly admitted such an obligation to Respond. Ironically, should Ron Paul fail to Respond to the Petitions, he would in effect, not only be ignoring the affirmative duty expressly placed upon him by the last ten words of the First Amendment, he would (through his "Campaign for Liberty") be left promoting the notion of majority rule as the sole avenue of recourse by which the People can (peacefully) cure constitutional torts or secure their individual Rights. In other words, Ron Paul's potential failure to Respond would place him in the awkward position of publicly embracing political principles endemic to a pure democracy, while simultaneously holding himself, as a duly elected official, beyond the legal construct protecting the actual exercise of Individual Rights and Popular Sovereignty as guaranteed by the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and numerous other expressions of Fundamental Law dating back to Magna Carta. It is time to move the battle for Liberty beyond the limited paradigm of electoral politics and governance by the majority: It is time to exercise the individual Right to Petition our Government for Redress of Grievances and Restore Constitutional Order. http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/Update/Update2008-07-27.htm

So tell me, who besides Dr. Paul, received service of these petitions? I am hoping against hope, that you will say the other 534 members of Congress received identical petitions... Otherwise, this can only be construed as a political hit job... I eagerly await your response. I think it is painfully obvious he has put the Housing/Bank Crisis at a higher priority than the possible impeachment. He has noticed that Kucinich and others are carrying things just fine and his efforts appearing for this that and the other thing do not need to be averted by having to deal with questions about the hearings. Honestly if he takes a stance then every single financial related interview he has, the question has a possibility of coming up which could divert attention from what Paul wants in the spot light, the corrupted housing market. It's a difficult decision and a difficult perspective in my opinion but he IS playing hardball now and may not be able to get the time of day if he openly goes against bush as well.

Excellent analysis, and I agree with you... Dr. Paul has a lot on his plate, and he is fighting the good fight to protect our economy, and our money... With what is in the offing, after looking at the CNN Money report from foreign markets this morning... well, Dr. Paul has made the right decision in choosing this as his battle. http://money.cnn.com/data/world_markets/index.htmlJTCoyoté "There are people who think that plunder loses all its immorality as soon as it becomes legal. I take a diferent view of this.
This member is dissapointed that RP didn't make a comment. I beleive he is ragged by that as he considered this an opportunity for unity and and opposition to the Regime, looking to RP join in on the fracus.
No sence in getting all worked up about it, we all know RP's stand, OK, a cheer, or blessings for this hearings would have been nice. Supportive feedback so to say, not direct involvment.
As you verified he is not on the committe and could not be a part of the hearings.
RP has proven his method of attack over and over, I do no believe this silence is defeatist. I think however, it is methodry.

I could be wrong, but my take is that even though Dr Paul is being recognized as one of the few good guys, there is still a significant portion of the population who thinks he is just a big joke. By staying away from the impeachment question he may be helping to improve it's chances of success.
No one believed him about the fiat money, so it was ignored, now look at the mess we are in!
Just a possibility, in my opinion.

" ~Andrew Jackson - Farewell Address, 3/4/1837Thanks for getting rid of another cockroach, creeping around with ulterior motives. I think the majority here, myself included, are still in favor of RP for president. He has proven to me that he is true to his word. We all see that Ron Paul is publicly speaking out against nwo/neocon/neolibs in huge volumes, not only with his voice but his actions are even louder. He's doing the jobs the majority of the house, aren't even considering doing. Hes doing the job of 435 people, well minus a few patriots in there. That's stress! Stress on a level that pathetic keyboard punching trolls will never know, trolls will never know the pain of being a man, or the pain of being a woman. But I guess that depends on your definition of the two. Ron Paul is the one that was comparing the platform GW ran on in 2000, to the one he's currently running on. Remember Ron Paul said GW's campaign was based on peaceful free trade and no nation building. Wait, when did lil' W wanna bomb Iran, before or after the embargo sanctions?

See the following link: By now nearly all of Congress would have been served by 12 hundred volunteers all over the US. http://www.wethepeoplefoundation.org/Update/Update2008-07-18.htm"WTP’s Plan to Restore Constitutional Order is on track, but running behind schedule. By now, the Petitions for Redress should have been delivered to every member of Congress and we should have been able to proudly proclaim, “Congress has been served!” Unfortunately, we're not quite there yet. To begin with, we timely mailed 1219 sets of Petition packages to over 700 people who volunteered to serve 535 members of Congress in their district offices on June 30, 2008, and to return to us a notarized proof of service. By July 3rd and again after the July 4th weekend we had received and were processing hundreds of returns from volunteers who had successfully completed service. However, by July 10th it was apparent that 129 of the 535 members of Congress had still not been served! We scrambled to close the “service gap,” contacting volunteers associated with the still un-served congressmen. Due to the urgency of the task and the work involved, Bob Schulz cancelled his scheduled appearance at the Revolution March in Washington, DC."

"..." - Ron Paul
So I listened to them layout the argument, and everyone claps when the former prosecutor for Charles Manson makes a solid case, and is silenced by Lamar Smith. Why isn't Ron Paul making a statement whatsoever? He commented when Kucinich demanded a recount, but only because people pressured him into it a few days later, to which his response was acceptable. However, the fact that Ron Paul doesn't give his advice on the clear facts is questionable. Although he could have a wonderful explanation. Perhaps he feels it isn't going to happen, so it wouldn't be wise to waste his time about it. What I'm trying to figure out is why Ron Paul hesitates so often in response to the actions of Dennis Kucinich. What is the deal?
Ron Paul has his own things that he's trying to get going and he can't give them more ammo to use against him. He can't side with the Dems on everything. That would just add to their " He's not really a Republican" propaganda.

That is a great daily reminder. When I feel myself getting upset at how much AJ or RP or other patriots are NOT DOING, I tell myself something like what you mentioned and I immediately find 100 or more things they are doing that I AM NOT DOING. I make myself feel ashamed for what I'm not doing. Who am I to judge with such fervor when I cannot even match what they are doing.

I tell myself something like what you mentioned and I immediately find 100 or more things they are doing that I AM NOT DOING. I make myself feel ashamed for what I'm not doing. Who am I to judge with such fervor when I cannot even match what they are doing. Yes I also feel frustrated, Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, Alex Jones and many others are working overtime fighting for our freedom. So I have decided to help by signing every petition coming my way and to write constantly to the Senators and Congress. I recieved a letter from Senator John Tester this morning: Dear Susan:
Thank you for taking the time to contact me with your concerns about Iran and the continuing conflict in the Middle East. From both a military and a fiscal standpoint, we cannot afford to go to war with Iran. The facts are clear -- starting a new conflict in Iran will leave our military overextended and seriously undermine our credibility with our allies. This puts our troops in more danger and threatens the path to peace in the Middle East.
I voted against an amendment offered by Senator Kyl to the Defense Authorization Act that would have called on the President to label Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps a foreign terrorist organization. I am concerned that this measure could be seen by some as a reason to go to war with Iran. Instead, I believe that we must pursue robust diplomatic efforts and engage our allies in our efforts to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. To that end, I am proud to cosponsor S. 970, the Iran Counter-Proliferation Act of 2007. This bipartisan legislation would subject Iran to additional economic sanctions, tell Russia to stop their nuclear dealings with Iran, and require a new National Intelligence Estimate on Iran.
I also recently joined Senator Webb and over two dozen of my colleagues in signing a letter to the President emphasizing that no offensive military action would be justified against Iran without the express consent of Congress.
As any additional legislation regarding Iran comes before me, I will be sure to keep your views in mind. Please do not hesitate to contact me again in the future if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Jon Tester United States Senator

Assuming you're talking about Jessie Ventura, he was on Fox News last night with Hannity Colmes and had quite a few great things to say. As he ran out of time he even said don't get me started on 9/11. I love that guy! Even got a plug in on his book... "Don't start the revolution without me!"

I feel the same way, I write to congressman, senators, pledge on petitions, etc. I surely wish there was more I could do. Any way I know what you are saying. What you say about leaders, if I may comment. But we are all leaders, ya in a way, OK. But, let me interject a thought here. There must be a voice that stands out, even our revolution for Independence had leaders. Not dictators, leaders with courage, men follow courage and honor. Not ragging you , just my oppinion. No man should be held up as a demigod, agreed. But as our voice , I believe we need leaders. the very format of this nation was developed by leaders for the people. The Constitution if validated and adhered to by our elected oath taken officials would have stopped this criminal circus long ago. If the voice of a given leader does not stand by the people, well brother we are the power and can oust the barstard. I wish it were true today, the way it should be according to our birthrights.

I do agree, the same confusion I've experienced....just can not understand why Ron Paul has not acknowledged receipt of the people's call for redress of grievances ...and he was served, it was so upsetting that I wrote the contact in Campaign of Liberty to bring RP's attention to the matter. I think approx. one million people signed that petition of redress and all of Congress have been served by now. http://givemeliberty.org/Petition for Redress of Grievances
The First Amendment includes a provision that says that "Congress shall make no law . . . abridging the right of the people . . . to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Although there do not appear to be any Supreme Court cases that precisely define the contours of this provision of the First Amendment, it reminds individuals that, in a democracy, it is the Government's job to redress the legitimate grievances of its citizens.
The judiciary redresses grievances whenever it determines that constitutional or other legal rights have been infringed upon, and then attempts to remedy the situation. The Congress redresses grievances when it changes bad laws. The Executive Branch redresses grievances when its administrative agencies change inefficient regulations. When the President pardons someone who has been justly convicted, when extenuating circumstances exist, he also may be redressing grievances. Thus, although there is no definitive interpretation of this clause of the First Amendment, it seems that, each branch of government has specific means available to it to redress the grievances of the citizenry. http://www.uscourts.gov/outreach/topics/firstamendment/grievances/background.html This is what Kapitolg said: Why isn't Ron Paul making a statement whatsoever? He commented when Kucinich demanded a recount, but only because people pressured him into it a few days later, to which his response was acceptable. However, the fact that Ron Paul doesn't give his advice on the clear facts is questionable. Although he could have a wonderful explanation. Perhaps he feels it isn't going to happen, so it wouldn't be wise to waste his time about it. What I'm trying to figure out is why Ron Paul hesitates so often in response to the actions of Dennis Kucinich. What is the deal? True freedom includes being able to express one's concerns 'freely'. He spoke from his heart, with no disrespect or ulterior motive, in my opinion.

Lets see.
We have a congress ruled by a demo circus act.
What makes you think anything Ron Paul could say would mean anything to them? Maybe youve forgotten the many other addresses hes made to the house, with marginal if not lukewarm respones(if that.)
I have hope that Kucinich and Paul and others will find a loop hole AFTER GW is out of office, to have him brought to justice, with his other gang of tards. We will do this.

Lilly...
The hearings were on Friday... kapitolg's post was on Monday... What did you do over the weekend..? He then continued with 80 some odd posts in 2 days... every one of them aimed at casting doubt on Alex Jones, and Ron Paul...
As to Petitions de Droit... it will take every one of the congressman and senators being served... they would have to be closely scrutinized for any possibility of loophole, because the bad guys in Congress would exploit those... my understanding is that you still have one quarter of Congress that still must be served...
Your impatience betrays you!

OMG I cant voice my opinion on this forum ? When I've seen Ron Paul and they ask him who he's for he's never said Mr. Kunich. I'm putting Ron Paul flyers out everywhere.. Jesus! I just get frustrated that he doesnt say the same things that he says on Alex Jones show, when he's on a big show CNN. Whatever.. ban me.. But you're doing the same thing the NWO is. Censorship. I'm in like 2 Ron Paul Meetup Groups for gods sake. And I do not know anyone else here in this forum. So stop being so paranoid. let me voice my opinion.

You have obviously been hanging out in a distant parallel universe... where the CNN talking heads, ask the same questions as Alex asks... but here, in this universe, the CNN talking heads never ask the same questions as Alex asks... nor does CNN give as much time to Dr. Paul as Alex does... Also in this universe, at least in this country, free speech belongs to everyone... not just you... so when you make a silly statement... others exercise their free speech by questioning what you have said and why you have said it... all of this is free speech in action... you have never been censored here, and you won't be unless you break the rules... the rules you agreed to follow when you signed up to join this happy throng. You can voice your opinion here all you want, but you cannot stop anyone else from voicing their opinion of your opinion or questioning your opinion... that is not censorship that is free speech, everyone exercising free speech... Here are a couple of examples of Dr. Paul speaking about Dennis Kucinich... there are many other examples as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qx9a4hNeIRohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJcnoDfFWhMJTCoyoté "The power to tax is the power to destroy." ~John Marshall
