TRUTH-AID or TRUTH-STOCK

A serious question people.  read and consider please before flaming it out.

if the festival event discussed on today's show does happen,  public perception is the make or break factor for getting media coverage, especially the all important TELEVISION.  Which still should be our focus for TRUTH

in short we must focus on the the media friendly associations in the public memory

the public is more than those who are awake.  we must use the social programming in our favour for a change

To this end i suggest we do not use TRUTH-STOCK for the event.  The simplest reason is the public still has a very biased view of Woodstock that is not positive, and will be less productive in breaking into mainstream tv coverage.  There are too many historical reasons and examples to support my statement but a primary example is the non-productive aspect of Woodstock as an event.  It really was nothing more than getting a few friends together and listening to some tunes as the kids played in the back yard. ( yesi am very aware it was more than that but we have to focus here folks)

The reason we should use TRUTH-AID as the moniker for the festival/event is the associated 'good works' of the variety of events that have used the 'AID' label.  We stand a much greater opportunity of TELEVISION COVERAGE with a socially sanctioned good vibe event title.  TRUTH-AID hits the public with a highly resonsible and action heavy memory.  It is media friendly for the few that are adventurous enough to cover it and the TRUTH-AID title helps the message slide under the radar.

I am sure that there are many opinions on this matter, this has been one of them.

How about TruthFest '08 or something like that

putting the 08 can encourage more gatherings next year, or like Truth Fest Austin, Truth Fest San Antonio, something like that, so each city can be encouraged to do their own thing, like the we are change guys have
we are change chapters everywhere.

I like either- however pandering to the establishment media reminds me of the movie Braveheart, "you're too busy squabbling for the scraps from Longshank's table, to realize you're missing in your god given right to something better...."

It should be done because we need to see our numbers for ourselves. We need to understand our might, and place, and our cause- but not for them. I'm going to be very happy to close the door in their face one day, and let them howl in the lonely dark like we have done at times.

I bet HBO would bankroll this operation if they could create a 2 hour special from this concert, and put it on video store shelves, which we need, up to a million they spend and they reap all the profits via video and cable, and any donations could go to the feel good foundation or something similar, that's where the 9/11 truth comes in.

I think Neil and Toby are shoe-ins if the phone calls are handled right. Just supply airfare.

I could be completely wrong, but I'll work on a mock-up poster this weekend.
