Someone's gotta tell me what this is about. What do you call this? Cointel? Gatekeeping? Look at think.mtv.com, Truth Rising is on there. Ron Paul is on there. My only guess is that they're going to moderate it in order to steer youth opinion towards deluded left-right concepts, but even then, it's baffling. Thoughts? |

Nice observation, doktor.  notice how nobody was resisting? To be fair to them, nobody was resisting in the Holocaust images they were recreating. I often struggle with the 'they are preparing us' theory, as much as I can sympathise with the arguments behind it, it just doesn't make sense from a tactical perspective in my opinion. Why portray the police state in such a dark light? Not only does it seem aggressively charged against a police state, it also seems incongruous with the pros-and-cons discussion MTV Think is supposedly promoting. |

Credibility psy-op. Too many people know what's going on, so more and more the media outlets will be forced to at least try to maintain their credibility as a news-info sources. MSMBC has been forced more and more into a similar state, though no where near fully truthful. Even that boot licker Mathews has been forced to slither into more and more credible positions.
Still, that was a suprisingly compelling video.

Looking for allies is good policy, but don't expect the wolf in sheep's clothing to be anything but a wolf. MTV is owned by Viacom which is under Sumner Redstone's current rulership - born Sumner Murry Rothstein. None of the mega media groups is anything but anti-monopoly dodging propagangists. Doubt it? Google them and start reading. Its all over the place. Why do you think BET (Viacom holding) is little but a prision industrial complex-bling promoting directory of pseudo thugs with rented mansions dripping with rented ice. They create the identity boxes that they want us to climb into in trade for our own individual identities, in trade for a real sense of self which makes any of its patrons into market ready sheep - and wolves like sheep don't they? |

Precisely. Like a 'leader' who has to find out where the crowd is going so that they can try and lead it. MTV is little more than self promotion wrapped in the guise of truely popular culture. "Truth is popular", as Dr. Ron Paul said so well and more and more, MTV is not. |
