I'm a Time Warner cable customer in South East Ohio. On some of my TV channels, I have noticed a some what blurry line going across the screen every few seconds. It goes across the screen from left to right and then starts over.

Anybody else having this problem, or know what could be causing this?

Your TV could be dying. Mine started acting weird a year or so ago. I could turn it off and back on and it'd be fine for a few minutes. Turned out to be a CHIP that needed replacing.

If I were you I would ask around your neighborhood to see if they're having the same issue.

Check and if possible replace all of your connecting cables. I had a bad RCA cord that was picking up interference from my Time Warner Cable box and screwing up my audio. I changed the cord and it went away.

Usually thats the case.-- I have fixed many a friends tv just by checking all the coaxial are tight and check rca cords.
If you are running thru multiple units,-Dvd,vcr,etc. Run cable line directly into your tv and see if prob. still exist. I f prob. goes away w/ that done,-- then you know the bad cable is within other units.
Hope you get it worked out.
