Unless reconstruction (without permits/inspections) done in-between sales, annihilation of property owner and illegal takeover. Now being tied into “infrastructure upgrade.” Records altered to cover evidence of the major reconstruction, new property lines, relocation of storm drains, manholes, utility poles, etc.

People recruited to participate, then eliminated. People being run out of business and/or into foreclosure as this group seizes control. Evidence behind murders is altered – reports prohibited. Insurance fraud – agents / estate planners having their clients robbed and killed. Real estate theft – title companies recording the forged/fraudulent legal documents while altering parcel maps to line up to revised layout – with nothing on record, for any of this, these properties are re-sold as “original” to unsuspecting buyers.
