'People' like Kissinger are obsessed with the intricacies & intrigue of 'the great game', and as such view anyone outside of 'the loop' as literal pawns in a global game of chess. Those they term useless eaters are in fact central to what drives them - the need to classify specific groups which can then be manipulated into conflict with each other.

The question of why this conflict is seen as essential is may what draw you to form conclusions of the 'non-human' variety.
