Iodine Clears System of Fluoride

Studies I've read suggest that taking iodine will clear the body of metal compounds such as fluoride and aluminum. Iodine is an element found in seaweeds and such. It also has tons of other good effects and it's well known that we in North America are seriously lacking the daily amount needed. The FDA's recommended intake is of course way to low but we do not even meet that standard as a whole.

What the man says is true. There are many studies coming out on the benefits of iodine. Some also suggest strong evidence that it lowers breast cancer rates. I.E. Japanese women rarely get breast cancer, possibly because they eat tons of kelp, high in iodine. Their average daily iodine intake is way above ours.
