These are the same people who bashed on Jason Bermas...What exactly were you expecting?
I understand, trying to spread truth...But, as I learned in my Business English writing class, you have to frame your letter/memo/etc around the audience. If you listen to O&A you'll know they despise this topic. They avoid talking about it, if only to mock us. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't be surprised when you got this answer from their forum.

If you had a kid in school who pissed off another and that kid tried to get others to attack your house,-- and lets say they did. Would you blame the kid pushing everyone? -- I'm not attacking,-- I'm curious. It is possible to influence people. They write books about it. ha ha

reiko, reiko... Do you understand the Pandora's box this opened? Do you understand, how much influence he may have with his listeners? Have you read the penal code Mark Dice cited on his radio show? If, no is the answer to any of these questions. Well, than, I'd suggest you go read about the questions asked.

Mods, thanks for merging my thread. I wasn't really sure if my original post belonged in this thread since it was about another forum.
This Regan thing can't be allowed to die. Like the thread on the other board stated, radio hosts have been fired for merely poking fun at people but this is criminal! And to think I was once a fan of the Michael Regan show.
I played Regan's statement on the CB for the truckers to hear, and boy oh boy did it start a firestorm of controversy and arguing. A nice thing though, at least about 5% of the guys believed Dice is right and the 9/11 truth movement is on the right track..

Reiko, There is a Japanese word I'm assuming you know because your name is Japanese and that's bakatare. For you non-Japanese folks who don't know this word (kawaisou) it means stupid person. And Mike is baka. Mike has more than 3 million listeners nationwide. What are the chances a listener would do something stupid and follow Mike's advice? A lot better than if you were to say it in your home, alone. But the chances of something happening? Oh say 3 million times better than if you were to say it. But you said i say its only a crime if dice gets iced (lol that was smooth) otherwise what regan said doesnt hurt anyone.. a victemless crime isnt a crime at all Well guess what, it is a crime and it isn't victim less: Penal code Section 422 defines a criminal threat as: "Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, with the specific intent that the statement made verbally, in writing, or by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as a threat, even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out, which on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made, is so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate, and specific as to convey to the person threatened a gravity of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution of the threat, and thereby causes that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own safety or for his or her immediate family’s safety." Apparently, the law doesn't say it's a victim-less crime. Oh and I betcha a tough-on-crime conservative drafted too.

According to California state law, it's a felony, punishable by one year in prison. Of course, if somebody were to die as a result of what he said, it would be much worse.
Civilly, Michael Reagan could be sued for every penny he's got.
By the way, his audience is roughly 4 million, not 3.

Sorry about the mistake in numbers. But yes, there is a victim and I'm sure it was a tough-on-crime conservative, a real conservative who implemented this law. It just goes to show you that this conservative goes against everything the law stands for.

Like I said, I betcha it was a law-abiding conservative who wanted justice, but over the years, got greedy and liberals like me were hanged or burned at the stake, for asking questions. Now the roles changed, but this site proves that there are a lot of good conservative people as well as lefties.

Mike Reagan receives his talking points from the White House.
They are going for broke.
The death threats are not idle.
They are testing the waters and in this war of incrementalism, testing our resolve.
UNLEASH OPERATION INFORM THE SOLDIERS!
The Military is THE KEY.
MR knows this.
Hence his threats.
Don't Expect Blackwater, DynCorp etc to roll over and play dead.
1984
or
1776.
We decide.

You know what we should do? Burn a bunch of Alex Jones' DVD, put in the first few minutes or so the traditional we love you and support you troops, then play EndGame. Why? Because the military censors will just look over look it. Use kids, a lot of flag-waving, Uncle Sam, G.I. Joe stuff.

Most of the soldiers I know, know that 9/11 was an inside job. I've been handing them copies of Endgame etc... The local recruiting offices, the national guard, the police station, sheriff's dept, are all good places to start handing out DVDs. Mail them too! If the shit hits the fan, we need them on our side, not the NWO's.

Raping children. Putting grenades up childrens rectums and blowing them up. It's really not as bad as it sounds.............. I mean, at first it sounds real bad, but if you think about it for awhile, it's really not that bad. I mean, it's not MY child, right? And it's for "freedom", right? Cmon fellas..... raping children in front of their parents, crushing their testicles with pliers, sexually assaulting people with battery acid, fire squading 911 truthers without due process, putting grenades up childrens butts........... It's really not that bad............. Let's talk about it. It's "open for debate".......... Sort of makes me wonder if they could actually go any further. I mean, what's next? Ripping new born babies out of their mothers wombs and skull f**king them in front of their families over Reagans pentagram logo? Seriously though, If I were the judge, I would fine him $50,000 dollars, and put him in prison for 1 year FLAT TIME- no early release. But in order to do that, I better go earn my lambskin first at the lodge.........

goingeitherc - Thanks for reminding me about the sending DVDs thing, i saw that about week ago and really wanted to say something about it, but forgot.
Seriously....fu*k anyone sending the troops in iraq this 9-11 conspirocy sh*t on DVD. That's exactly why i say fu*k the alleged "truth" movement, and everyone in it. Sending those DVDs to our troops is inexcusable. That's crossing the line. These people are getting shot at every day. Watching their close friends die. They are stressed beyond their limit every single day, and for you people to send them DVDs full of this conspirocy crap is dispicable.
You are EXACTLY like the "NWO" people you claim to hate, when you do something like that. You are playing on their fear, and fragile emotional state, to personally advance your cause. Those are the EXACT SAME tactics you accuse the "NWO" of. So when you send a 9-11 conspirocy DVD to troops in iraq, you aren't being a patriot. Your stooping to the same level as the people in the government you claim to hate. You no better than them, in fact you the same as them.
I dont' support the war, OR the USA governement. I'm very anti gov and i wish we would just go to DC with some rocket launchers and get it over with already. But i would NEVER be so cruel as to put that added emotional baggage on our troops. I support the troops themselves, because their innocent. They have to deal with enough crap in Iraq, the last thing they need is you trying to play mind games with them, and forcing 9-11 conspirocys down their throats.
Anyone sending troops 9-11 conspirocy dvds deserves to go to Iraq, and get maimed or wounded. Its that exact type of bold disrespect, which makes the entire movement so laughable. Hmm i think i'm starting to agree with whoever said that 9-11 conspirocy theorists need to be killed, sounds like a very smart idea.....
Obviously an excusenik chained to the notion that disinformation and propaganda will set you free! HOWEVER HE DOES RAISE A TROUBLING POINT AS TO THE EFFECT SUCH REVELATIONS MAY HAVE ON IMPRESSIONABLE YOUNG MINDS FACED UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH THE STRUGGLES OF OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE COMBAT, CONFORMING TO DISCIPLINE, EXPOSURE TO UNSPEAKABLE POVERTY, DESOLATION, AND DETRITUS OF THE BUSH INVASION, THE MASSIVE CORPORATE CONTRACTOR CORRUPTIONS, AND THE MAD REVENGE KILLINGS AND HARDSHIPS OF IRAQI SURVIVORS. THE HORRIFIC CARNAGE OF THE IRAQI PATRIOTS FUTILE FIGHTING TO RESTORE THEIR ONCE FREE-FROM ESTABLISHED RELIGIOUS FASCISM, SECULAR REPUBLIC TO ITS FORMER INDEPENDENCE AND SOVEREIGNTY, IS A BATTLE NO AMERICAN CAN OR WILL EVER WIN! What our troops most need to know is that their criminal Boss and our Traitor-in-Chief not only shit on the Constitution he swore to defend, protect and uphold before the American people, he totally and criminally disobeyed it's precepts. protections and philosophy of human rights and political freedom by the way he criminally allowed established Sunni and Shiite religious tyrannies form and to run for political offices as established hate parties, in clear contravention of the 1st Amendment's most basic intelligent and reasonable requirements in all places of US territory, possessions and protectorates no matter how ill-obtained, criminally invaded nor illegally occupied! The MI6/CIA Mafia's Iraq Invasion was as Otto Von Bismark called "a defensive war'! There was no threat no danger, no confrontation, and no provocation by the humiliated nation already under siege owing solely to it's prior loss of a minor skirmish to liberate it's stolen southern city of Kuwait from corrupt criminal imperial-oil MI6 tyranny that stole it in 1948 as Iran insurance. This Kuwaiti tyranny (some tribal warlord the Brits dragged out of a tent to make their Royal Procurator for a BP oil drilling op in Iraq's Basra Province but it's only port) was necessary since they had got the criminal traitor Eisenhower to accede to MI6/CIAMafia demands defying the US Constitution in using US military spies and subversives in order to overthrow a free secular democratic government of liberal PM Mossadegh in Iran and replace it with a child-criminal elite noble racist-eugenic Brit-Fascist tyrant-warlord none other than British Petroleum Monopolies Shaw of Iran tyrant Mohamed Sleezeball Pavlavi (the last three letters should have been just two as in Pavlov's dogs for this little SAVAK Mafiosi merely followed orders from London for almost 20years selling Iran into poverty, oppression, slavery and despair. As Bismark further commented and Americans are now just discovering, "launching a defensive, preventative war is like committing suicide to avoid death!"" But this nonsense of Bush/Bremen/Rice "Nation Building" in the oldest nation on earth and having the unmitigated gaul to tell Iraqi's to vote Shiite or Sunni would be like Homer and Bart Simpson taking over America to "set us free" and then only letting us vote Catholic or Protestant! The post war episcopal anti-Leninist propaganda that made Liberal and Liberation dirty words and replaced them with the two wolves and a sheep treason of "DEMOCRACY" is what destroyed America and Iraq! Certainly someone needs to liberate Iraq from this Blackwater/Halliburton tyranny, and to liberate our armed forces from the idiots who have defiled our pride, dignity and the heritage of proud Republican Liberty and the pacific blessings of union and cooperation that freedom FROM religious fascism has proven to be! (until we surrendered to this Episcopalian Corporate tyranny after WWII to fight a 'red menace' that never was

I think this whole thing is embarrassing. No, Mark Dice, that's not how you go about convincing anyone to look at the evidence or to join our ranks. I think more people look at what he's doing and think, these guys really are crazy. It's one thing to bullhorn and confront leaders ala We Are Change, but it's another to try to send DVDs to troops in combat zones!
And I agree, who cares what Michael Reagan says? We probably are given him more attention and publicity than we are getting. And all this, Did you hear what he said?! Did you hear what he said?! How dare he! How dare he! Sue him! Force a retraction! and an apology!
It is possible to do more harm than good by being obnoxious and turning people off. Just being loud or getting attention doesn't mean you are waking people up or helping the movement.

I'd say Reagan was out of order, but I think that's just what this culture has degenerated into.
I think Reagan did all he could to apologise on his show, and I absolutely do not think this is some kind of op, despite the guy having the surname Reagan.
I also think that Mark Dice fared poorly in the interviews he did. He could have given susinct, simple answers to questions asked and instead he blabbered, seemed like a spoiled sport and actually made his arguments look weaker. He doesn't do all that well in interviews. It's like, he was asked who was behind the Project for a New American Century. He could have just said Rumsfeld and Cheney, but he stuttered and failed. And when he was interviewed on Fox, the whole argument degenerated into whether or not 25% of the troops know that it was an inside job. And that isn't how it should have gone. Dice should have just said "No, not many people do know, so that's THE WHOLE PURPOSE of this idea to awaken them"..
Anyway, I guess having had his life threatened and the web made a big deal about it, he's pretty nervous and unstable at the moment, so he did the best he can. I'm not trying to knock him. I really like the guy. His YouTube videos bring a desperately-needed sense of humour to the movement. Really great stuff!

Since when does free speech protect advocating murder? If we don't do something about this, then there's no point in continuing this fight. Bush lied to us about the WMD's in Iraq. I guess if he appologised, we should bury the hatchet and say everything's ok? NOBODY has the right to threaten death or harm to another person. If you can't see that, then just drink the fluoride and go to the camps. I want this dirtbag off the air for good and in jail if possible. Turning a blind eye to this will help THEM win. Either we make an example out of him to send a message, or let them say whatever the hell they want without consequence.

True that.
If this kind of thing is allowed to continue it'll turn into Nazi Germany.
Back then they would call for the murder of members of the opposition on the radio and then storm troopers would run out and do it!
We aren't that far away from that happening folks. Just look in the Hannity forum, nuff said.

Let me add a comment.
IF we were living in a Nazi Germany type society (which I don't doubt we will one day) and GOVERNMENT was saying these things then yes... by all means.. we need to take the threat seriously. But Reagan is a civilian, just like you and I. I don't condone or defend what he said at all. He's completely and unequivocally wrong. But it's not the first time these things have been said about us and it will definitely not be the last. No big deal, give him a big f**k off and let's move on. We're wasting the precious little time we have left on this nonsense.
You have a point about the dvd's and the troops, but making Americans aware of the mental conditioning to they have been under, the propaganda to hate and kill things they don't agree with or understand will help in the long run. Almost every rational thinking person I've come across on my e-mail list and online agrees that you shouldn't be issuing death threats or even suggesting that people should die for having their own opinions. I don't think I'll be sending any dvds to the troops, but making this a issue big deal only discredits Mike Regan and gives our side creditbility.

So lets roll over and let them say whatever they want. Yep, that's what I'm getting out of this. Just move on people, they can order the people to kill us. It's just the radio, so it won't hurt us.

If Reagan gets away with this, it gives the green light to the other Neocon propagandist to do the same.
Hopefully the FBI and FCC will do their job.

http://www.theresistancemanifesto.com/Talk show host Michael Reagan files copyright infringement claim to prevent audio clip of him calling for the murder of anti-war activist from circulating the Internet(San Diego, CA) Last week, radio talk show host Michael Reagan called for his listeners to track down and murder anti-war activist, Mark Dice. After Dice downloaded the show’s free podcast and posted the 3 minute and 21 second clip on YouTube, Reagan filed a copyright infringement claim to remove the clip in an attempt to prevent it from circulating. Friday June 13th Dice received a call from Reagan’s producer demanding the clip be removed, claiming they hold the copyright, and Dice explained that it falls under fair use laws, and the clip is evidence of a crime. The clip was available at the following URL, until Wednesday June 18th at 3:43pm Pacific Time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdJO-kUINMs Reagan also removed the entire hour of his show from his podcast directory so others can't download that part of his show and hear his statements. Hour number two of the June 10th show is now missing from the directory, located at http://www.radioamerica.org/POD_mrp.htmAudio clips of Reagan’s statements may still be available on other YouTube accounts if someone searches for it. Dice has a copy of the podcast, and will make it available to reporters upon request. Reagan’s statements were made after he heard that Dice and others were sending letters and DVDs to troops stationed in Iraq which support the idea that U.S. officials allowed the 9/11 attacks to happen on purpose and aided in their execution for political leverage. According to a 2006 Scripts Howard News Service poll, 36% of Americans believe this. Transcript of Reagan’s statements: “Excuse me folks, I’m going to say this. We ought to find the people who are doing this, take them out and shoot them. Really. You take them out, they are traitors to this country, and shoot them. You have a problem with that? Deal with it. You shoot them. You call them traitors, that’s what they are, and you shoot them dead. I’ll pay for the bullets.” Reagan continued, “How about you take Mark Dice out and put him in the middle of a firing range. Tie him to a post, don’t blindfold him, let it rip and have some fun with Mark Dice.” The statements were made June 10th and came to Dice’s attention a few days later. Dice immediately filed a report with the FBI, the FCC, and is considering legal action against Reagan. He is demanding that Reagan be fired immediately. “Calling for the murder of someone because you disagree with their political stance is absolutely unacceptable, un-American, and illegal,” says Dice. Radio America, which syndicates Reagan’s show, told Dice that no disciplinary action will be taken. Reagan called Dice and apologized but Dice says, “The Pandora’s box that Reagan has opened can never be closed. The ramifications of his threats and suggestions are enormous and frightening. In an age where a few clicks of a keyboard can result in anyone’s home address being found, his comments open the door for stalking, vandalism, and worse.” “What kind of a country have we become when a radio host with millions of listeners can call for the murder of someone, and not lose their job?” Dice asks. “He didn’t say that he hoped I am killed, or that he thought I should be killed, he specifically said I should be found and shot, and that he would pay for the bullets. This is a violation of California’s penal code 422.” Dice’s entire YouTube account, over 60 of his videos have been deleted. His channel was www.YouTube.com/TheResistance and had thousands of subscribers and his videos had been viewed over a million times.Dice is the author of a book titled, The Resistance Manifesto, which details how people involved in secret societies hold tremendous power in American politics. He has been featured in major media outlets around the world for various issues ranging from political activism to boycotts and pop culture criticism.

It seems that the only way to get it out there would be to mass submit it. There are many different video hosting sites, and all you would have to do is create an account and submit.
