Did you guys know that Corsi and  Kenneth Blackwell wrote a book together? Rebuilding America:" A Prescription for Creating Strong Families, Building the Wealth of Working People, and Ending Welfare"

Kenneth Blackwell is a former secretary of state of the U.S. state of OhioHe helped Bushie steal the 2oo4 election. I can not shake the feeling that Corsi is a intel pawn.

From wikipedia:(you should read this for more info)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerome_Corsi

Blackwell gained national prominence for his dual roles as Chief Elections Official of Ohio and honorary co-chair of the "Committee to re-elect George W. Bush" during the 2004 election. Allegations of conflict of interest and voter disenfranchisement led to the filing of at least sixteen related lawsuits naming Blackwell. Regarding voter disenfranchisement, the US Court of Appeals ruled, in agreement with Blackwell, that provisional ballots cast in the wrong polling location should not be counted in the election. Blackwell was also named in a 2006 lawsuit related to his office's public disclosure of the Social Security numbers of Ohio residents.

I didn't know that about Corsi...he seems to have a knack for writing books with unsavory characters, i.e. "Unfit for Command," co-authored with John O'Neill, the man recruited by the Nixon administration to be a sort of "anti-John Kerry" when Kerry was speaking out against the Vietnam War back n the day.

Here's something about my observations on the guy from another thread...I searched for Corsi threads yesterday but didn't find this one until today and what I wrote really fits better here...my apologies if this is against forum protocol...

Corsi perplexes me and infuriates me...he worked to keep Kerry out of office as co-author of "Unfit for Command" with its misrepresentations of Kerry's war record, which was stellar compared to Bush's, who never saw combat and did not volunteer to go to Vietnam as Kerry did.

Now Kerry was no great shakes, but the only other option was Bush.  By trying to hurt Kerry, Corsi helped elect Bush to a second term in which Bush was able to escalate the Iraq war, pass the Military Commissions Act, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, issue NSPD 51, let New Orleans and the Gulf Coast suffer, etc.

Hey, thanks a lot, Jerry!  It takes a lot of nerve to come on Alex's show and talk about how things are now going to hell in a handbasket and that the government is out of control when Corsi was actively working against Bush's only viable opponent during the last election.  Why should we trust Corsi's judgment now when it was so obviously horrible back in 2004?

Because now Corsi's on Alex's show contradicting himself, saying he doesn't favor an attack on Iran but thinks that our next president should be a guy who thought singing "Bomb Iran" to the tune of "Barbara Ann" was a good joke.  And now Corsi's doing a repeat of his 2004 song and dance, writing a book about how the Democrat--Obama in this case--sucks and saying that McCain--the Republican this time around--, who is running for Bush's third term, will be preferable because he'll be a "weak president" and that McCain doesn't have a "cult of personality."

That's entirely inaccurate--McCain has had a cult of personality for at least 10 years now, as the the straight-talking moderate and heroic veteran that both Democrats and Republicans can love.  He's the "maverick" of the Senate that's all about straight talk and talking straight.

Obama, by contrast, has only begun building a public persona.  For Corsi to suggest that Obama's cult could lead to Herr Obama while McCain's cult (which Corsi doesn't even acknowledge the existence of) would be totally benign and ineffectual is ludicrous.

Every time Alex announces that Corsi will be a guest, I cringe.  Not that people aren't allowed to be wrong and not that Corsi doesn't make some good points, but yeesh...I did appreciate how Alex pointed out that he disagrees with Corsi about some things...

Just the fact that he believes that Israel believes that Iran is actually a threat is reason enough for me to find him suspicious. It's like believing that the Bush administration actually believe that Iran is a real threat.

no matter what a "palooka" John Kerry was in the 2004 Presidential election (and what a fraud it was in the first place), Corsi was the force behind the "swift-boating scandal". even though there was NO "swift-boating" issue behind Kerry in the first place.
his credibility is completely compromised

I agree...He makes me squirm a bit when he's on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory discussing Iran/Israel...

Also, he voted for Bush in 2004...

Okay... a lot of people voted for Bush... I would venture that Ron Paul voted for George Bush in 2000 based upon what he campaigned on...

And many people who didn't wake up to 9/11 until 'Loose Change' came out in 2005.... and you can bet there are a bunch of those... probably voted for Bush in 2004...

The question has become, why does he make you squirm when on George discussing Iran and Israel... he has an opinion, based upon facts that he has gleaned... I don't agree with him on the thesis in his book "atomic Iran"... but I'm not going to act like a stupid neoconlib, and discount everything he says because of one thing he says that I don't agree with...
