Anyway, I like M&Ms, and I'm eating some Peanut M&Ms right now. I like cherry M&Ms the best, though, since they taste like cherry cordials.

Unfortunately, M&M's are loaded with soy lecithin. Just another poison added to eventually reduce your lifespan and make you stupid. Look around, soy is in everything. It does not need to be there, but it is. Read the labels. Soy products never used to be in anything, now it's in 90% of everything sold in the supermarket!
Google it and learn the truth about soy but beware, hundreds of millions are spent on advertising and phony lab reports to make it look good.
