Holy Shit, Wolf Blitzer kept trying to have Ron Paul say that he supports the Dem platform or candidates over the Rep nominee.
Finally Ron Paul says, "Well I see that the rhetoric is different with the Dem candidates, but their voting record does not match the things they are saying..."
Then came the nail in the coffin...
"At least John McCain is honest about his position."
Wolf stopped bringing up McCain after that.
IN YOUR FACE!!!
NWO's divide and conquer bull crap does not work on true American patriots!

Paul said they were voting today on another $100 Billion in funding for the war, That is just outrageous !!!! The Federal Reserve better start the printing presses rolling now as George will just keep spending gigaBillions on a useless war for his own profit.

Thanks for the play-by-play. Blitzer needs an atomic wedgie and Paul needs nothing.

they kept trying to bait paul do endorse someone, but he was smarter than them. then when that wasnt working they tried to paint the mental image of his book being like the communist manifesto. atleast that internet chick gave him some fair publicity.

Also, thank you for reminding me why I rid myself of television a few years back. That Blitzer is nausiating. The highlight of the interview, IMO, was the response to this nitwit question: "But don't you want a republican in the White House?"Ron Paul Response: "That's secondary to wanting the Constitution defended."The man is a genius and a patriot beyond anything America has seen in decades. And then, Blitzer's closing snipe: "Ron Paul supporters may not have given him the Republican nomination...." f**k you Wolf (excuse the language) but that's pure, refined propaganda and it makes me sick. It is you, Wolf, and your fascist psycho accomplices that are doing everything in your power to hide the truth from the lemmings in order to protect your disgusting ivory tower life. How dare you put the onus on the good people who know and care. End rant.

Indeed. Well since I just got back from the speech Ron Paul gave at UNC just prior to the CNN interview I missed the CNN thing. However I do have a rather decent video of the 45 minute speech Ron Paul gave today at Carmichael arena.
I am in the midst of trying to get it up on youtube and will post the link here as soon as I have it up.

I think Paul was right not to endorse McCain, right not to endorse any of the three major candidates, right to note that all three have continued to vote for war funding, but also right to state that of the three he would have a slight preference for Obama based on Iraq, Iran and other foreign policy issues. This is what I think, and is also what Jesse Ventura thinks as well. And I note that Obama is the one getting hit the most from Hillary, McCain, the Neocons, Kristol, AIPAC, and Fox News.

And RP also stated very clearly that although Obama may be "saying" that he does not support the war, he is less honest than McCain. He also said that although the rhetoric (not the voting) seems to indicate more alignment to RP's foreign policy, he would still spent at astronomical levels on something else. Obama has never mentioned the Federal Reserve. He hardly mentions the constitution. He thinks that the Iraq war was a "blunder." The Iraq war was not a blunder, it IS illegal, we are the aggressors, it is unlawful under the constitution and needs to end ASAP! The constitution was created so that we would never be sent into harms way because of a "blunder." To not accept this (as Obama does not), is to not accept reality.

Sadly, one Ron Paul interview per month isn't enough compared to the 24/7 coverage Obama, Hillary and McCain get.

truth cuts through bullshit like a hot sushi knife through butter. It only takes 2 minutes of RP to awaken an MSM drone.

Get that book to #1 on NY Times BS List (hehe) and they'll still have to cover Doctor Paul. Also, just out of curiosity, people will check out his book and ...who knows???.......
It was actually a good segment especially when they went to all the past achievements (money bomb, blimp). Would've never thought they'd give the public a good, healty reminder of what has been done. Kudos CNN, ya douchebags.

How was the speech at UNC? I meant to go but i never made it out there.
He was quite good. really energetic crowd. It was very cool. I'm doing the upload now... Had to put my daughter to bed and such earlier hence the delay .. but yeah it was cool. I apologize in advance for the jitters in the film but i don't have a tripod for my camera. However the audio quality is excellent. Google video states it's still processing the video so it should be up soon. as I said before i'll post the link when it's finally avaiblible for viewing ... Video Filename Title Status Date Uploaded Actions rp_at_unc.wmv Ron Paul at UNC Chapel Hill 05-02-2008 Processing May 2, 2008 Edit Video Info » Captions/Subtitles: What can I say google seems to like processing wvms best ... ( gotten some of the best quality vids on gvideo by uploading in wvm format but such if life .... ) wish that weren't the case but what can ya do ... trust me i've tried using direct mp4s from open qt and other codecs but even those look realy choppy after uploading ... guess I may have to mess with the encoding a bit more when I have time ... but yeah if any one knows a realy good and intuitive linux video encoding/editing app let me know i've tried many but am always open to trying new stuff as long as it works ....
