My philosophy is this, you cant eat gold, silver, or paper. Buy food, guns, nine hundered and ninety nine rounds of ammo (1000 rounds is stock pile hence illegal, hence black masks and flak jackets will go pew pew!! before the party even starts), a water purifier, and plan an escape route.

Oh yeah and one other thing, hope for the best and expect the worst!!

Anyone who would purchase a "Liberty Dollar" is out of there mind.  Why would I say that?  It's because you can get the same amount of silver for HALF THE PRICE through other mints.  For example, http://www.nwtmintbullion.com/silver_nwtmintbullion.php

Quoting for truth. If it gets to the point where you need gold then gold is going to be the least of ones concerns. Don't waste your money. Buy the above. Gold has as much value as our paper money. None what so ever. It has no relevance to the way we live today an exchange goods. This isn't the 1800's.
