"I personally believe" she had an earpiece, you can see her hair is covering her ears perfectly. I think someone was feeding something in her ear and she couldn't keep up or put it in the form that it was being fed to her. I don't see how else you could possibly mangle something like that and literally be all over the map with that response. it made zero sense and I am pretty sure she said "Osama" people. When she said U.S. Americans I pretty much wanted to cry.

Police radio theft sparks APEC fears
Saturday Sep 1 22:57 AEST
The theft of digitally encrypted police radios has prompted security fears on the eve of the APEC summit in Sydney.

Police have been advised against using special frequencies that can be picked up by the missing radios during the APEC long weekend, News Limited reports.

Sources told the paper three radios were stolen from Newtown on July 8, Leichhardt on August 10 and Burwood on August 27.

The radios are worth $5,000 each and cannot be picked up by regular scanners.

It is also understood several digital radios have been stolen from NSW Fire Brigade stations in the city's inner west in recent weeks.

A bulletproof vest was also stolen from a locked police car in Newtown on Thursday, police said.

"Between 6pm (AEST) and 8pm on Thursday, a ballistics vest was stolen from locked car parked in Australia St, Newtown," a police spokesman said.

"Police inquiries are continuing."

The vest can block .38 round, effectively rendering police firearms useless

regarding radio's and a flak jacket stolen:
what the hell do the expect when they are willing to show the
potential usage of excessive force, aiming at omnipotence,
against the people THEY are supposed to serve and protect.
their priorities are all screwed up serving "the elite".

I think it's an excuse for heavier measures.

Police tighten security in Sydney ahead of APEC

Sydney, Sept 01: A five kilometre metal fence was erected early on Saturday morning across the central business district of Sydney as security precautions increase ahead of next week's APEC summit.

The fence, supported by concrete blocks, are to prevent protestors getting close to meeting venues and delegation hotels.

Series of protests are expected to mark APEC week between September 2-9.

Leaders of the 21-member Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum, including U.S. President George W. Bush, China's Hu Jintao and Russian President Vladimir Putin, will attend the summit in Sydney.

The event will involve the biggest security operation in the nation's history, according to officials.

"This security operation is enormous,.We've got some three and a half thousand police officers supported by fifteen hundred defense force personnel to ensure that we have a multi-layered, multi dimensional security operation in place. It is extensive, it's certainly something we haven't seen by way of a security event in the past, and so we're preparing for it at an unprecedented level," said New South Wales Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione.

In the weeks preceding APEC, police have conducted air, sea and ground practice operations to prepare security for the event.

A 45-nautical-mile restricted airspace over Sydney will be enforced by FA18 Hornet fighter aircraft and police helicopters, while navy divers and special forces will patrol Sydney Harbour.

The protesters are a prime concern for police, who have been given extra powers to arrest troublemakers and hold them in jail until the APEC summit is over.

All courts in the city will be closed during APEC to free up police for security, a move which will also mean anyone arrested cannot be freed on bail.

Many protesters, however, say they want to protest peacefully, but that they have become victims of police intimidation.

"I think the police action has definitely been provocative. I think there's been a campaign of intimidation actually organised by the state government and the federal government and the police to try and scare people away from attending protests during APEC," said Alex from the Stop the War Coalition protest group.

Sydney residents have also complained of the disruption to the city during the event, with a large part of the business district blocked off to cars and pedestrians with barricades.

One small businessman who says he will suffer is cafe owner Les who fears his customers will be taking their annual leave to escape the APEC disruption.

"We're still going to be paying the same amount of rent that we pay for every week but we're going to have a decrease following because the people that we serve every week won't be here," he said.

Thousands of Sydney residents plan to flee the city over the summit week, according to travel and real estate agents.

APEC street security was dealt a blow on Tuesday when the city's mounted police horses were diagnosed with equine flu and quarantined in stables for a month, ruling out a major crowd control measure. Police say they have backup crowd control measures, including a 12,000 litre (2,640 gallon) water cannon.

IF the USA Bombs Iran the consequences would be:

  • Increased False Flag Al CIA-dia activities
  • WMD program would survive intact
  • Oil Price would increase

Ulitimate goal, to provoke Iran into attacking Israel.

Increased Al CIA-dia activities
The Iranian's do not have a terrorist army, they may support a few groups, but these are militias, and they are restricted to the middle east. However the public are largely un-aware, and so Al CIA-dia could carry out False Flag Operations and blame the Iranians.

WMD program would survive intact
The Iranians are only to aware of the US air force capabilities. Examples of how to avoid bombing, and how ineffective bombing campaigns usually are are littered throughout history. As a rule of thumb, Bombing just does not work. Nothing beats troops on the ground.

Oil Price would increase
A rise in the price of oil is not a bad thing if you are an Oil Producer, or own shares in an Oil Company. If you can manipulate the supply so that a few pumps are dry and show queues of angry drivers on TV you gain the power to manipulate.

The consequences for the world, it will affect all of us, their wont be a man, woman, and child affected, only the elite will be safe, it will be their war, and the fodder will suffer as always. I couldnt say if its dis-information, especially with dick cheny telling certain publications to "hype" the possible attack on iran, with recent news that iran as tip-toed a little further towards a nuclear missile, i feel that its going to be sooner rather than later, more carnage for the people in the middle east, and i dont exactly like the iranian regime, however, the genuine people of iran will suffer just like those in iraq are now.
