This song was wrote in the late 80's and it has alot of NWO type lyrics. Die with your boots on: Yeah! Another Prophet of Disaster Who says the ship is lost, Another Prophet of Disaster Leaving you to count the cost. Taunting us with Visions, Afflicting us with fear, Predicting war for millions, In the hope that one appears. (Bridge) No point asking when it is, No point asking who's to go, No point asking what's the game, No point asking who's to blame. 'Cause if you're gonna die (If you're gonna die) If you're gonna die, (If you're gonna die) If you're gonna die (If you're gonna die) If you're gonna die... (Chorus) If you're gonna die, die with your boots on. If you're gonna try, well stick around, Gonna cry, just move along, If you're gonna die, you're gonna die, Gonna die! Die with your boots on, If you're gonna try, well stick around, Gonna cry, just move along, If you're gonna die, you're gonna die! 13, the Beast is rising, The Frenchman did surmise, Through earthquakes and starvation, The warlord will arise. Terror, death, destruction, Pour from the Eastern Sands, But the truth of all predictions, Is always in your hands. (Repeat Bridge and Chorus) (Guitar solo - Dave Murray) They died with their boots on, yes they died... They died! They die with their boots on, they die... We die! We die! We die! We die! We die! (Guitar solo - Adrian Smith) (Repeat Bridge) If you're gonna die, die with your boots on. If you're gonna try and try then just stick around, Gonna cry, just move along, If you're gonna die, you're gonna die Gonna die! Die with your boots on, If you're gonna try, well stick around, Gonna cry, just move along, If you're gonna die... Die!

I am looking for the title to that song that plays on Alex's show that starts with drums and builds up to a guy yelling "yeaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!". It usually plays going out to commercial, never coming in. It sounds recent, kinda heavy metal. Please help me! I want to hear the full song!

Does anybody know the name of that kiddie song Alex plays as bumper music now?
If anyone still cares, it was the "Kuschel Song" by the Schnuffel Bunny, a novelty song which was a number one hit in Germany in 2008. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16_9-xcPSsYNo idea how it made its way into Alex's music collection but it was very funny when he played it. "Ahh, it's our new theme song!"

I can't think of the name of the song with the words "can you hear me" in it. It is one of the bumper music pieces that Alex uses.
Can anyone help?
"Silent Running" by Mike and the Mechanics. I've searched this whole thread to see if it was mentioned. It's an essential song to this list IMO. Here are the lyrics: Take the children and yourself And hide out in the cellar By now the fighting will be close at hand Don't believe the church and state And everything they tell you Believe in me, I'm with the high command Can you hear me, can you hear me running? Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you? Can you hear me, can you hear me running? Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you? There's a gun and ammunition Just inside the doorway Use it only in emergency Better you should pray to God The Father and the Spirit Will guide you and protect from up here Can you hear me, can you hear me running? Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you? Can you hear me, can you hear me running? Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you? Swear allegiance to the flag Whatever flag they offer Never hint at what you really feel Teach the children quietly For some day sons and daughters Will rise up and fight while we stood still Can you hear me, can you hear me running? Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you? Can you hear me, can you hear me running? Can you hear me running, can you hear me calling you? Can you hear me running (can you hear me calling you?) (Can you hear me) hear me calling you? (Can you hear me running) hear me running babe? (Can you hear me running) hear me running? Calling you, calling you Here is it on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ep7W89I_V_g

There is a song that goes something like this "Ohhhhhhh ohhhhh ohhhhhh ohhhhh ohhh ohh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh" It's a female voice and that is pretty much the extent of the clip Alex plays. Anyone know the name of this song?

Could possibly be "Middle of the Road" by The Pretenders.

I'm not sure if it's the one you want but it might be this one which is in the list of songs (he shouts "yeah" about halfway through): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHDA5nHlDrQ

It's "Run Like Hell" by Pink Floyd. OMG I LOVE that tune! Just learning it now, on guitar! (will listen and offer feedback in about 6 minutes... assuming your link isn't a trick to introduce us to Boy George or, God forbid, Michael Bolton)

Band: Clutch Album: Clutch Song: 05 "Escape from the Prison Planet" - - Then against my better judgement I went walking out that door I smiled at one person then I nodded to three more One man asked me for a dollar, I asked him, "What's it for?" He said, "I have seen them" I said, "OK, it's yours" And as featured on the MTV The local highschool lets out and the town becomes anarchy Parties are crashed, skid marks are measured The story's in the paper, you may read it at your leisure Get out! Eject! Escape from the prison planet! Get out! Eject! Escape from the prison planet! And to the tune of a billion dollars I supplied to the D.O.E. Some tasty little nuggets of alien technology And as one might expect I've been harassed for years The 'Men in Black' have been bending my ear As a matter of fact they were just here today but I escaped them through a secret passageway Once I lived there for one thousand days Get out! Eject! Escape from the prison planet! Get out! Eject! Escape from the prison planet! I have plans for the future, guess they're futuristic plans Move out West and buy some desert lands Or maybe up North, just past Alaska You know nothing of this if they ask you Red rover, red rover, Bob Lazar's coming over So honey, clear the airstrip and light up that stove By Jove, I think it's started, oh yeah Escape from the prison planet Billion people harvest on Mars Rebuild the remnants of the obelisk one mile from the pyramid Escape from the planet of the apes Go forth ad infinitum Return the relics to the Elephant and Atlantis rises Get out! Eject! Escape from the prison planet! Ejector seat ignite, oh yeah Billion people harvest on Mars Rebuild the remnants of the obelisk one mile from the pyramid Escape from the planet of the apes Go forth ad infinitum Return the relics to the Elephant and Atlantis rises http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCUABdgqg64

its just,
dun-dun dun-dun.... dun-dun dun-dun..... dun-dun dun-dun.... then the drums come in and the same.. dun-dun dun-dun... dun-dun...

no, not even close, but thanks for trying.
since alex plays what i think is just the intro, there is no lyrics, so i may never find this song, unless someone randomly guesses it, oh well.

Some new additions - There is a new bumper from the 80's that I live where the announcer talks over the Intro "Live from Austin TX behind enemy lines..." That is the Cult - She Sells Sanctuary http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8I8mWG6HlmUThey are one of my all time favorite bands - we used to surf to this on our teens and it was in all the surf movies from the late 80s. BUT there is one I need everyone heres help with - it sounds techno and astronauts talking, i think I hear one saying 'We can see the Earth" That song sounds very cool... I would appreciate a title and artist please All the best to everyone here! Nice to know the Sons of Liberty v 2.0 like to rock!

Sorry meant to say one of the new bumps I'm hearing is - "One from the 80's that i love..." If anyone can help with that Astronaut techno tune that would be great. Also have you heard the one with the voice from "1984?" - "These are our people." "...<blah> dark Armies ... blah, blah" Sounds like some of those clips from the Huxley talking about loving being a neo-serf.
