PRESIDENT TRUMP's FIRST TRIP ABROAD
« on: May 19, 2017, 06:05:21 PM »
... Mr. Trump goes to HOLY LAND ... and UN-HOLY LAND:

(Of course, the media plays up
the silliest of angles)

Worldwide effort set to keep Trump happy on 1st trip abroad
JULIE PACE

WASHINGTON (AP) — When President Donald Trump sits down for dinner in Saudi Arabia, caterers have ensured that his favorite meal - steak with a side of ketchup - will be offered alongside the traditional local cuisine.

At NATO and the Group of 7 summits, foreign delegations have gotten word that the new U.S. president prefers short presentations and lots of visual aids. And at all of Trump’s five stops on his first overseas trip, his team has spent weeks trying to build daily downtime into his otherwise jam-packed schedule.

It’s all part of a worldwide effort to accommodate America’s homebody president on a voyage with increasingly raised stakes given the ballooning controversy involving his campaign’s possible ties to Russia. For a former international businessman, Trump simply doesn’t have an affinity for much international.

Even before Trump’s trip morphed from a quick jaunt to Europe into a nine-day behemoth, White House aides were on edge about how the president would take to grueling pressures of foreign travel: the time zone changes, the unfamiliar hotels, the local delicacies. Two officials said they feared that a difficult trip might even lead the president to hand off future traveling duties to Vice President Mike Pence.

Quote
Nearly all of Trump’s senior White House officials are traveling with him.
First lady Melania Trump will also be on the trip, headlining her own events on each stop.

... the red carpet in Islamaland:

Trumps on tour:
Donald and Melania (plus Ivanka) are greeted by
the Saudi king as they land in Riyadh for
his crucial first test abroad

  *  President touched down in Saudi Arabia after flying overnight
on Air Force One to Middle Eastern state
  *  After two days of meetings in Riyadh, during which he is set to
call for Arab nations to help in the fight against ISIS, Trump will travel to Israel
  * He will then have an audience with Pope Francis at the Vatican on Wednesday
  *  Trump has become the only US president to make Saudi his first overseas stop
By David Martosko, Scott Campbell and Dave Burke

      PUBLISHED: 03:00 EDT, 20 May 2017

Quote
"Melania and Ivanka Trump seemed determine to make a statement by deplaning without head coverings, a rare sight among women in Riyadh whose main choices are the hijab and the niqab. Still, the first lady stayed a half-dozen steps behind King Salman and her politician-husband, escorted by a lone U.S. Marine in full dress uniform."

The president's stop in Saudi Arabia kicks off an ambitious international debut.

Quote
RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA, May 20-21
The president will meet with King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for coffee and participate in a signing ceremony expected to focus on arms sales. After a meeting with leaders of more than a dozen Muslim-majority countries, he will deliver a speech about Islam that the White House is hoping will diffuse tensions resulting from his travel ban while also cementing the U.S.-Saudi relationship as a bulwark against both ISIS and Iran's nuclear ambitions. Trump will also participate in the grand opening of a cultural center dedicated to fighting Islamic radicalism and promoting a more moderate approach to practicing the religion.

TEL AVIV AND JERUSALEM, ISRAEL, May 22-23
Trump will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and visit Jerusalem's famed Western Wall. A planned trip to the ancient Masada fort was scrapped after it was determined that the Marine One helicopter couldn't land there – and the U.S. Secret Service was unwilling to put the president in a dangling cable car. Trump does plan to visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, built on the site where Christians believe Jesus Christ was buried and rose from the dead. He will also stop to pray at the Western Wall and lay a wreath at Yad Vashem, a Holocaust memorial.

BETHLEHEM, THE WEST BANK, May 23
A high-stakes meeting with Mahmoud Abbas will mark Trump's second sit-down with the Palestinian Authority's president. Making progress toward an ever-elusive peace deal between Arabs and Jews is the most crucial foreign policy objective of the trip, according to White House insiders.

VATICAN CITY, May 24
Trump's audience with Pope Francis could be a tense one, since the Pontiff questioned Trump's commitment to Christianity during last year's election campaign in reaction to his pledge to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico. Trump fired back, writing that '[f]or a religious leader to question a person’s faith is disgraceful.' Still, he will take advantage of the Holy See's hospitality with a full tour of St. Peter's.

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM, May 24-25
The president's first meeting with leaders from all 28 NATO member nations will provide him the opportunity to press them for greater financial contributions toward keeping Russia in check. His scheduled speech at the summit will also give him the breathing room to proclaim America's undying commitment to NATO, even though Trump called the alliance 'obsolete' while he was campaigning. Along the way the president will meet Belgium's King Philippe and Queen Mathilde and Prime Minister Charles Michel. He will also have a working lunch with newly elected French president Emmanuel Macron.

TAORMINA, ITALY, May 26-27
The 43rd G7 summit, held on the island of Sicily, will be a chance for Trump to 'press America's economic agenda and call for greater security cooperation,' according to National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster. It will also allow the president to appear presidential and calm the free world's top economic powers about his leadership style. Trump will also attend a dinner hosted by Italian President Sergio Mattarella, after seeing the famed La Scala Philharmonic Orchestra perform.

Trump, Cabinet members join in
traditional Saudi sword dance

PAULINA FIROZI - 05/20/17

President Trump and members of his administration who traveled
to Saudi Arabia took part in a traditional "Ardha" sword dance.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross were spotted linking arms with other Saudi performers during the ceremonial dance. According to videos and reports, Trump joined the dance and was swaying and smiling.

The dance took place outside the King Abdulaziz Historical Center, The Associated Press reported, before a banquet dinner for Trump and Saudi Arabia's King Salman at Murabba Palace in Riyadh.

... jobs, jobs, jobs ... Big League!

High Fives in Riyadh as Trump Leaves Woes Behind for Deals
Margaret Talev and Jennifer Jacobs - May 20, 2017

Quote
“Tremendous investments,” Trump said on Saturday as he headed into a
meeting with the Saudi Crown Prince. “Hundreds of billions of dollars of
investments into the United States and jobs, jobs, jobs.”

EXCERPT:
Executive Signings

The first of Trump’s two days in Riyadh culminated in U.S. executives signing several agreements with Saudi institutions. General Electric Co. secured $15 billion in deals to provide technical support across different sectors of the kingdom, including the oil and gas industry. Lockheed Martin Corp., with Chief Executive Officer Marillyn Hewson on hand, committed to the assembly of 150 S-70 Black Hawk helicopters in Saudi Arabia. And Saudi Arabian Oil Co. Chief Executive Officer Amin Nasser said the kingdom would enter into deals with the U.S. valued at about $50 billion.

Altogether, the package would support “tens of thousands of new jobs in the U.S. defense industry,” the White House said in a statement. Boosting manufacturing employment is a major policy goal of the Trump administration.

Tillerson: "We're Charting a Renewed Path Toward a Peaceful Middle East"

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/jennifervanlaar/2017/05/20/secretary-of-state-rex-tillerson--historic-day-n2329705

Quote
When Tillerson was nominated for the Secretary of State post, critics claimed he wasn't qualified because he lacked formal diplomatic experience. As CEO of ExxonMobil, though, Tillerson was involved in negotiations and agreements with Saudi Arabia and other Middle East countries and has a great deal of knowledge about its leaders. The benefits of that experience were visible today in both the formalizing of the agreement and the tone of Tillerson's address.

... I detest everything I know about Saudi Arabia ...
but the truth is, I detest everything I know about
all muslim countries! I suppose it is true that we
have to 'partner' with some muslims willing to back
our attempts to rid the world of the more violent
and virulent ones, as are, SUPPOSEDLY the Saudis.
As crazy as it sounds, both Israel and US now view
the 7th C., throwback Saudis as the 'guarantor' of
stability among all muslims ... (at least they don't
attack Israel).

Sharia law, suks. This LAW goes way back, century`s, the people are born and raised beleiving this is what Alah (God) wants.  Do I detest this method of leading, controlling a population YES, Realistically the the people actually beleive this and live by this, not all, but the greater of the masses. It`s generationaly, inbred .
My take, we never, never, should have stepped foot in  the ME. We know this was their plan since 911, the key to Pandoras box.. Now even the Muslims who once beleived in any scriptures in the Talmad found that indicate peace are turned. The true powers have used this to expand the finatics ,they have been funded, and saddly have been led to the conclusion ALL Americans are resposible for the genocide. The elites planned this, had they been left alone, we would not be in this sh**tshow. Yes, there were finatics and will allways be those who are nutters and surely they will be used by controllers. But not in the numbers , funding, backing we now have to deal with.
Not to blow smoke, but I understand your disqust, they unfortunetly have been given every reason to despise the USA during and after the regimes multiple invasion we could expect no less. Quadaffi for example, hated the USA, however he was considered by Christians to lead the golden era of Christianty in Lybia. He left them to their own beleifs.  The big faces HRC for example can spin all kinds of sh**t about this guy, some are factual, many are not.
Lets not forget he gave his people free medical ,electricity, water and the Dumar, soveriegn gold coinage, tons upon tons of it. All the slicing of this guy was in part factual, but the true reason for invasion was the oil, gold, chaos, the takeover. Human life didn`t matter a twit.
Nation tumbling has collateral effect, we are on the receiving end. I am with hope the best we can hope for is to reign in the finatics by chasing down their funding, revealing their intetnions, unfortunelty using armed forces, ours and others as Trump has made clear. Establish safe zones for the commoners caught in the middle of this insanity. They were soveriegn nations, they are now Zip, destroyed. Redmption will be allowing them to establish their own regimes, should their tribal backed inatics continue to fight for controll they will be targeted.
Trump is out there as we post seeking redemption,  he only way available.  Arabia knows he is playing hard ball, they do not know he too is disqusted with Sharia law, though it is the unspoken bottom line.
Lakes of blood, my the elites swim in for all eternity.  To lump together a group of any releigion is tossing stones and glass houses.I often wonder how many people in these nations are contrary to their insane laws.
I pray Trump has a plan, a common sense act of redemption, and allowence for those who have jack sh**t to do with the multiple global regimes involved. One fine day they may see the light and understand they have a mind of their own.. God is one, though given various manes and beleifs, I feel the creator is awaiting for that one fine day when humans recognize the light of the one true Lord. For so many centurys organized religions have controlled the most basic of human needs, the beleif in our creator.

Trump’s Saudi Arms Deal Helps Leading
Exporter Of Islamic Extremism

SCOTT GREER - 05/20/2017

President Donald Trump officially signed a $110 billion arms deal with Saudi Arabia on Saturday, and it’s just another sign that Trump is diverging from his campaign rhetoric on foreign policy.

On the campaign trail, Trump said the Gulf state was involved in the 9/11 terror attacks, and previously wrote that it funds terror. Now he’s trying to start an “Arab NATO” with the Saudis and sell them high-grade military tech.

The primary argument for the creation of an Arab NATO is that it would help fight Islamic extremism in the Middle East and be a force for good.

But more concerning than the president’s apparent flip-flop is the deepening ties with a nation that is arguably the leading exporter of Islamic extremism in the world and not exactly a force for stability in the Middle East.

Quote
This is a question we need to start asking as a country before we start selling them more high-grade military equipment. It’s hard to say you’re putting America first when you’re allying yourself with a country that it’s totally okay with fueling the flames of Islamic extremism in the West.

NEXT STOP FOR TRUMP IS ISRAEL,
IN PURSUIT OF 'ULTIMATE DEAL'

JULIE PACE AND JOSEF FEDERMAN

JERUSALEM (AP) -- President Donald Trump has cast the elusive pursuit of peace between Israelis and Palestinians as the "ultimate deal." But he will step foot in Israel having offered few indications of how he plans to achieve what so many of his predecessors could not.

Trump has handed son-in-law Jared Kushner and longtime business lawyer Jason Greenblatt the assignment of charting the course toward a peace process. The White House-driven effort is a sharp shift from the practice of U.S. previous administrations that typically gave secretaries of state those reins.

Quote
While Netanyahu in the past has expressed support for the establishment of a Palestinian state, he has been vague about this goal since Trump gained power.

... Meanwhile, Palestinian activists are calling for a "Day of Rage" when Trump visits the West Bank on Tuesday. The demonstrations are meant to draw attention to a month-long hunger strike by hundreds of prisoners being held by Israel and to protest what many Palestinians say is unfair U.S. support for Israel.

Listening to Trump speak in Saudi Arabia, what stood out to me was  It seems both America and the Saudi's have a common enemy -- Evil.

It makes sense this divide-&-conquer agent would make Americans believe most of Islam is the devil incarnate and needs to be erradicated from the world. (I just take a look at the barbaric behavior and it is easy to see why.)  Indeed, the Islam side thinks Americans are the devil incarnate and need to be erradicated from the world.  (I just take a look at the gay parade in Folsom, CA and it is easy to see why just about anyone would think this.)

Typical operations of divide and conquer.  This time on a global level of religion with each side thinking they are erradicating Evil.  wow.  Evil itself pits huge masses against each other, in the name of fighting itself.  Seems like a huge psy-op.

love, e

I went off the map on my last post, my bad.
What Trump accomplished was genius level diplomacy. artfull targetting of backers and funders of the the so called rebels.
He didn`t grovel to the past deeds of the USA regimes, he began a fresh and necessary means of making it crystal clear the USA wants peace and called the ME nations to comply. The flat calling out of the end to  terrorism and leaving the future generations a chance A united effort. ( he did kind of *demand it skillfully)
Some folks lump together a regimes clustermuck as if all of the nations people are in agreement, LUMPING is not my favorite desrcription. To say, all iranians are evil, or Americans, or any nation as if it was the populations in total, when the truth is this is not the case.
Now that he is making a  pact or call to unify and expell the nutters, mercs, etc. he has in effect targeted the shadow groups within these nations.
People, family`s worldwide want a life, he is essentially calling out the fact the greater % GP of all nations want peace, those who do not, who feed on the blood of innocents will be truly pizzed off.
HIS  Coming home to this sh**tshow will tell the story, afterall he accomplished the insiders will ignore and focus on jack Sh**t to ,blaming Russia as an example for anything they possably can, ,* anything to slice this guy CNN style. Here USA is the true difinitive group, the headmasters of the NWO, the dark state , yes here on home turf they have infiltrated  for decades and will fight for their very survival and control.

Trump brings the muslim issues to the heart of the muslim faith. He tells them America is a sovereign nation. Aka you guys need to deal with your muslim terrorists, if you all dont want to be perceived as the same. The killing of innocent people has to end. If you want a future for good muslims and their children, then deal with the criminals among you.

That took a real backbone!

Hamas rejects Trump's classifying
them as terrorist group

Ynetnews & Reuters|Published:  21.05.17

The Islamist group that controls Gaza bristles at being lumped together with ISIS and Hezbollah by the US president; Jordan's king asks Trump to seek peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

The Islamist Palestinian group that controls the Gaza Strip on Sunday rejected US President Donald Trump's linking it to terrorism and said his description of the group showed his "complete bias" towards Israel.

"The statement describing Hamas as a terror group is rejected and is a distortion of our image and shows a complete bias to the Zionist occupation (Israel)," Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said in a statement.

"Mr. President, a second and equally vital challenge is a just and comprehensive settlement of the Palestinian cause, based on the two-state solution and the Arab Peace Initiative. This can bring an end to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and guarantees peace for all Israelis, Arabs, and Muslims."

... this shot first appeared on someone's twitter acct, then
spread like wildfire. The King (ctr) for some reason thought
this 'show of solidarity' was significant, so Trump graciously
played along ...

Trump visits new Saudi terrorism-monitoring center

The picture of the Saudi terrorism center is impressive.  It reminds me of the NASA control room for their launches.

We are a fallen nation.  Saudi Arabia is a fallen nation.  It's by design.   They are outrageous, horrific & unacceptable to us, and vice-versa.  This is on many issues.  I just hope this can be realized.  Put all the bad on one side of the list for both nations and the same for all the good.  Find some middle ground.  There's room for much growth on both ends.  One thing that is interesting to me, is that female genital mutilation is performed by the women, not the men.  I wonder if men would prefer non-fgm women.

Our country has been turned into an engine of evil that we hope President Trump rectifies, or at least provides a small reprieve.  It seems the same with many countries being used as engines of evil.   If regular people had their say, it probably wouldn't be this way at all.

Donald Trump Meets With Pope Francis
For The First Time At The Vatican

Donald Trump met Pope Francis for the first time at the Vatican Wednesday morning, where the two men exchanged gifts and pleasantries inside the Apostolic Palace after meeting privately for nearly half an hour.

“Thank you so much,” Trump told the Pope. “It’s a very great honor.”

After the meeting, he added, “Thank you. Thank you. I won’t forget what you said.”

The pope gifted Trump with a medal designed by a Roman artist in the shape of an olive, which he said represented peace and had signed personally for him.

“We can use peace,” Trump said. “That’s so beautiful.”

Meanwhile, Trump gave the pope a first-edition set of writings from Martin Luther King Jr. and a bronze sculpture created by an American artist who lives in Florida.

Trump and the pope have a contentious history. Throughout the campaign, the two clashed after the pope criticized Trump’s intention to build a wall on the southern border and restrict immigration.

“A person who only thinks about building walls, wherever they may be, and not building bridges, is not Christian,” the pope said at the time.

Trump later shot back: “For a religious leader to question a person’s faith is disgraceful.”

However, Trump said the two leaders had “a fantastic meeting” Wednesday and that “it was an honor” to be with him.
