Commuter-In-Chief: Obama Sets New Single-Day Clemency Record; More Than Previous 11 Presidents Combined

Generally a full list of the drug dealers that will be released back on to the streets in the near future can be viewed on the Department of Justice website.

That said, Obama seems to be releasing criminals faster than the DOJ can update their site, so you’ll have to check back later for the official list.

Obummer has done nothing good for the country he was CIA skull&bones' slick front boy like slick Billy before him.

That said, maybe this could be a good thingy, the more drug dealers on the street the lower the street prices become from the much purer stuff also. I think it's about time to decriminalize the drugs scene and see it for the problem it realy is for some see:
Heroin Overdose Epidemic http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=244596.0 without creating and keeping criminal mafia cartels in business by keeping it illegal.

Not only ruining people's lives and turning them into prison slaves for just a little drugs possession but it's ruining complete societies that way. These inhumane penalties can not serve no other purpose than keeping the crony capitalistic prison slave industry in business by piling up prisoners on Stalinist like 'people to nail' quantum contracts. That's gotto stop!

People instead have got to get educated on drugs, the good, the dangerous and the bad of it so they can make there own decisions. If a state realy cares about it's citizens it should provide the people with real affordable health care and a well developed infrastructural system not like some of them Banana republics.

Personally I feel that a lot of public goods should be for free since the public as a whole always has to pay for them anyways like the railway system for instance but also many of the toll roads should be unnecessary. These are the 'grease' basics to keep a country up to date and going. Good affordable healthcare good infrastructure also for the internet, pro-local businesses and business in general and not trying to micro manage everything that has never worked out well for anybody.

Obama has a soft spot for Cocaine Crack and Meth Dealers ... hmmm wonder why
I'm still looking for a political prisoner

https://www.justice.gov/pardon/obama-commutations

....

Darnell L. Walker

Offense: Conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base; possession with intent to distribute cocaine and cocaine base; possession of firearm by convicted felon (two counts)
District/Date: Northern District of Ohio; December 26, 1995
Sentence: Life imprisonment
Terms of grant: Prison sentence commuted to a term of 360 months' imprisonment.

as an example a lifer Darnell L. Walker :

http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/appellate-courts/F3/160/1078/533971/

The defendants, Darnell L. Walker and William A. McKinley, appeal from the judgments of conviction and sentences imposed following a jury trial on various drug and firearm charges in connection with a conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base in Youngstown, Ohio. The appeals present numerous issues, none of which warrant setting aside the defendant's convictions. We will, therefore, affirm both defendants' convictions, and Walker's sentence. We conclude, however, that McKinley's sentence must be vacated because the district court clearly erred in finding that McKinley was a leader of the conspiracy
...
Between April and October 1993, Walker and McKinley were members of a Youngstown, Ohio, gang known as the Ready Rock Boys. The raison d'etre of the Ready Rock Boys was the processing and distribution of cocaine and cocaine base, also known as "crack." The defendants, along with nine others, were named in a 13-count indictment handed down in January 1994, charging them with conspiracy to possess cocaine and cocaine base with the intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a) (1). The indictment alleged that various codefendants sold cocaine or cocaine base in furtherance of the conspiracy, in a total amount of 25.2 grams of cocaine and 175.2 grams of cocaine base.
...

Walker challenges the government's method of proving the prior-conviction element of his two felon-in-possession charges under § 922(g) (1), contending that there was a violation of the rule announced in Old Chief v. United States, 519 U.S. 172, 117 S. Ct. 644, 647, 136 L. Ed. 2d 574 (1997).
...
In this case, Walker was charged with two violations of section 922(g). One count charged him with possessing, on April 30, 1993, "a Dan Wesson .357 caliber revolver, Serial Number 232360, which had been shipped in interstate commerce," after having been convicted of a felony on April 22, 1993. A second count charged him with possessing, on May 21, 1993, "a 9mm Ruger semiautomatic handgun, Serial Number 302-45136, which had been shipped in interstate commerce," having earlier been convicted of the same April 22, 1993, felony.
...
Walker contends that he should not have received a life sentence, arguing that he had only one final prior felony conviction at the time he committed the first overt act in the conspiracy, because at the time, he had not been sentenced on one of his two felony drug convictions; collaterally, he contends, the cocaine in that first sale should not be included in the amount personally attributable to him, meaning that he is responsible for less than the 50-gram threshold specified in the statute. He also argues, alternatively, that it is inappropriate to aggregate the separate overt acts in the conspiracy to reach a 50-gram total; he should only be subject to a life sentence if a single transaction was for more than 50 grams. These disputes raise issues of statutory interpretation, and we therefore conduct de novo review. United States v. Brown, 151 F.3d 476, 482 (6th Cir. 1998).

Oh but he's not black drug dealer - years ago the natives americans were at war with the govt.  - it's time to let it go  :

Leonard Peltier, a Native American who has been in jail for more than 41 years, unjustly convicted of the 1975 murders of FBI special agents Jack Coler and Ronald Williams on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota
. Barack Obama just pardoned or commuted the sentence of 231 individuals on Monday, and Peltier was not among them.

President Obama: use clemency to free a wrongfully convicted Native American

...

We represent Leonard Peltier in his 2016 clemency petition, which asks Obama to allow him to live his final years at home on the Turtle Mountain Reservation in North Dakota. Mr Peltier is old, ill and a threat to no one. The petition seeks his release in the interests of justice and reconciliation and is supported by Nobel Peace Prize laureates, humanitarians and scholars. Rights groups have embraced his cause, including more than 100,000 people who have signed an Amnesty International petition calling for his release.

Obama is an Evil; Heartless; Self Centered Person: as he allows criminals to go free & the innocent to be held in hell.

I pray the lord has mercy on Mr. Peltier.

side note: O'Bumbles played more Golf than he ever did Governing our Nation: what a Legacy from a Loser...I heard his 'Lame Duck' speech a few days ago; and he said: 'Everything is great!'  I thought: "What planet are you on?"

Chelsea Manning to Be Released Early as Obama Commutes Sentence

By CHARLIE SAVAGEJAN. 17, 2017

WASHINGTON — President Obama on Tuesday commuted all but four months of the remaining prison sentence of Chelsea Manning, the Army intelligence analyst convicted of a 2010 leak that revealed American military and diplomatic activities across the world, disrupted Mr. Obama’s administration and brought global prominence to WikiLeaks, the recipient of those disclosures.

The decision by Mr. Obama rescued Ms. Manning, who twice tried to kill herself last year, from an uncertain future as a transgender woman incarcerated at the men’s military prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. She has been jailed for nearly seven years, and her 35-year sentence was by far the longest punishment ever imposed in the United States for a leak conviction.

At the same time that Mr. Obama commuted the sentence of Ms. Manning, a low-ranking enlisted soldier at the time of her leaks, he also pardoned James E. Cartwright, the retired Marine general and former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who pleaded guilty to lying about his conversations with reporters to F.B.I. agents investigating a leak of classified information about cyberattacks on Iran’s nuclear program.

Obama to grant more commutations in final days
By Dave Boyer - The Washington Times - Tuesday, January 17, 2017

President Obama plans to grant clemency for many more federal convicts before he leaves office on Friday, but fugitive national-secrets leaker Edward Snowden isn’t among them, the White House said.

The administration’s office of pardon attorney is still working hard at processing applications for commutations and pardons, White House press secretary Josh Earnest said. To date, the president has commuted 1,176 prison sentences, including more than 400 people who were serving life terms for drug crimes.

“That work continues,” Mr. Earnest said.
Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5
