Ansbach, Germany (CNN) The Syrian suicide bomber who injured 15 people in a Sunday night attack on a music festival in Ansbach, Germany, left behind a video pledging allegiance to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann said Monday.

The ISIS-affiliated media group Amaq also claimed responsibility for the attack.

In the video left on a mobile phone, the 27-year-old Syrian announced his threat to carry out an attack "as an act of revenge against Germans, because they obstruct Islam,"
Herrmann told a press conference. The man said the attack would be committed in the name of Allah as retaliation for the killing of Muslims. The bomber, who has not been named, was killed.

'Suicide Bomber' Injures 12 Outside German Bar

Three people have been seriously injured after a man carrying a backpack detonated a device in a city centre.

A suspected suicide bomber has killed himself and injured 12 others, three seriously, in an explosion outside a wine bar in the German city of Ansbach.

Detectives have said the attacker was a 27-year-old Syrian man who had been denied asylum in Germany.

Security officials say he detonated an explosive device after being turned away from a music festival being attended by thousands of people because he didn't have a ticket.

Interior ministry spokesman Tobias Plate said there had been a continued intention to deport the man.

"Syrians cannot be deported to Syria at the moment, but that doesn't mean that Syrians overall cannot be deported,"
he said at a news conference.
Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5
