Minister of Justice Nela Kuburovic spoke on Monday with the World Bank Country Manager for Serbia Tony Verheijen about previous cooperation and plans for future projects...Considering that, Verheijen pointed out that the World Bank will continue to give support to Serbia on its European path as before. >:(

The IMF Executive Board Wednesday completed the combined fourth and fifth reviews of Serbia's economic performance under a stand-by arrangement, noting the country's economic recovery "has exceeded expectations, supported by efforts to strengthen public finances, advance structural reforms and boost investment confidence."

Pg 5 #4 looks like their goal is EU membership. The country is being groomed to enter the EU. How do the people feel about membership in the EU, after BREXIT exposing many reasons to not be in the EU?

The first reaction of the Serbs for Brexit was if he left the United Kingdom EU then the Serbs see the EU as the former Yugoslavia: "we know how it starts - the first country to secede, but the second, third ... and nothing is left."

However, the Serbian PM Vucic immediately stopped and the mood of the nation said loud and clear: "We're going to EU!"  :o
On this spin through HIS media and he helps the media under the control of foreigners from the West who criticize PM Vucic only when approaching Russia or China.

Vučić @ LSE: Serbia’s PM on EU membership, censorship, and Russia
http://www.thelondonglobalist.org/vucic-lse-serbias-pm-on-eu-membership-censorship-and-russia/

Quote
Although some such moves are painful, they are necessary to improve the Serbian economy and prepare for eventual membership to the European Union in 2020, Vučić said, reaffirming Serbia’s commitment to “the European path.”

Serbia was the only country that took on such reforms without outside pressure, he noted.

“I am absolutely certain Serbia won’t be the poorest country in the EU,” Vučić said. “We won’t be a burden.”

When the floor opened up for questions, however, audience members focused on free speech restrictions in the country and the close ties between Serbia and Russia, as well as the fallout from a football match between Serbia and Albania which ended with both teams fined by the Union of European Football Associations, or UEFA.

Serbian press groups and the European Federation of Journalists raised protest at the removal of popular Serbian news show “The Impression of the Week,” which members took to be the result of political pressure.

A man who identified himself as a “Serbian working in London” suggested that repression of the media was the worst its been since the 1990s when Vučić was the Minister of Information under former Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic, the first sitting head of state to be charged with war crimes.

That's pretty good Al.  We are less than 1% in the USA.  THEY EVEN INCLUDE GOVERNMENT SPENDING HERE IN THE USA AS PART OF THE GDP.  Do they include government spending in Serbia?

Obama has increase our national debt by $10 TRILLION DOLLARS.  OBAMA HAS INCREASED THE US DEBT MORE THAN ALL THE PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS PUT TOGETHER.  That starts way back in the 1790's.  OBAMA HAS DOUBLED THE NATIONAL DEBT IN 8 YEARS.
I'M A DEPLORABLE KNUCKLEHEAD THAT SUPPORTS PRESIDENT TRUMP.  MAY GOD BLESS HIM AND KEEP HIM SAFE.

Serbia's economic growth is projected to accelerate from 2.5 pct in 2016 to about 3.5 pct over the medium term, driven by an increase in investment and a recovery of consumption, the World Bank announced in a report Monday.
