Well GSK as they are known by many has it's hands in alot of interesting  classified projects.
(having finally filed the suit yesterday ,as I mentioned before.... I am now willing to disclose the company's name ...)

My position there gave me the ability to login with any user account in the entire company if I so desired - and do it nearly undetectably. That said I think they were worried about my exposing some of the more sensitive information about some of the drugs and chemicals they are cooking up. (Not that I would have done such .... I'm a highly ethical person and would not stoop to such measures even  when I have been given the ability to do such....however if I were directly involved in some of these projects I would have littel qualms about being a whistle blower... but since my role was in IT I am not about to go digging through corporate data that doesn't belong to me and I have not been given direct permission to access...) But the windows of opportunity did exist while I was employed there for the brief 2 week stint I was there. So i believe that was the major concern they had since I tend to be very vocal about my opposition to the NWO outside of the workplace.

I believe when they were doing their cleaning-of-house they fast-tracked your dismissal when seeing prisonplanet.tv.

It's all speculation from our end and might be just way off...depending on who 'they' are and what resources they have it's a guess that they'd recognise your association of prisonplanet.tv as a threat, or perhaps they knew full well.

If "prisonplanet.tv" is actually on this report then you should forward the details to Alex and call into his show.

If you create a product and someone states that simply by purchasing it you have become unemployable and then moves to enforce that it opens the doors for all sorts of civil suits for things like defamation (against Alex) not to mention the restriction of commerce, etc.

This is the kind of thing, that if true, Alex would cover without a doubt.

I don't doubt that there are massive databases with all of our info in them, but the fact that someone said to you "prisonplanet.tv subscriber" seems unbelievable.

Additionally, discrimination can only be based on things like race, sex, disabilities, etc. not criminal history in any state that I'm aware of. Most states have "at will" employment laws meaning that they can dismiss you for anything at any time. Additionally, you most likely signed an employment contract stating that your employment was "at will" and could be terminated by either party at any time for any reason, and certainly for a criminal background check. These massive corporations have employment lawyers fulltime that handle these things so they DON'T get sued.

What state was this in?

Chances are, a company could run a team of 500 felons and still legally fire you for a jaywalking conviction...

In all high-up positions of power, whether they be in government, think-tanks, corporations, even some smaller businesses, pharmaceutical, agriculture, etc. They strategically place their own yes-men and yes-women so that they can maintain all levels of control over any and everyone.

So, yes, I believe that this actually happened to you and I believe that it will happen to more people until the real power - us - takes it back en masse. Problem is, convincing people that they need to do this to make a difference. Hold tight and have faith that God is there for you because relying on other men to help you will only get you so far.

 Ok, let me break this down....

As I stated before the reason I was given for my dismissal via an inside source - One of my prior managers who I had befriended during my time there - was that I was listed in this Federal database they use as part of back ground checks - primarily for key positions within the company.

The database itself is an extension of TIDE a federal database which the Government claims is used to identify and aide in the monitoring of  "Terrorists and Potential Terrorists"

TIDE is a blanket cover for the entire project which aims to create a set of federated databases encompassing every person in the world.

 My friend - as I stated before - stated, that the interface they use for this DB (database) gave a list of reasons that are the reasons for inclusion in TIDE itself. Please realize as stated before I do not have an official hard or soft copy of this listing in the DB I merely have what I transcribed word for word from the conversation I had with my friend a former manager. Yes, they included being a prison planet.tv subscriber among the reasons for inclusion in TIDE. Other reasons did also include being a Ron Paul supporter, having stated public knowledge of the constitution to a judicial official (having cited the 4th amendment to a judge on one occasion in court and multiple police officers over the years this comes as little surprise to me..), subscriber to Al Jazeera news feeds,   Involvement with Vigilante Group Cyber Angles ( an organization that seeks to stop internet child porn http://www.cyberangels.org/ kinda baffles me here since they tend to work with law enforcement often ...), Association with "Known/ Suspected  Terrorists <list of names of some of the people I know ...>, Known to Have Purchased Liberty Dollars,  Known Support of Gun owner's rights, Known to associate with Drug dealers and terrorists <List of names....> ( in college I smoked pot ... eventually I realized that I never did anything but eat and watch TV when I got stoned and I got bored with that -  but, this list of names included nearly every one I had ever purchased marijuana from in college which shocked the hell out of me a good a bit), Former member of computer hacking organization CyberArmy.com,  and  Known to have attended Anti Government protests (having been harassed by police at a few different protests  this reason was also of little surprise to me).

As you can most likely tell from my prior posts as well as the list of reasons for inclusion in TIDE I am a very blunt and vocal person with my beliefs and while I don't own a bull horn I do make it a regular habit of turning on the outside porch speakers and jacking the volume on a regular basis when I manage to catch Alex's show durring the day.

So it was not entirley hocking to me having been told this by my friend at my former job. Sadly since filling the law suite he has not been returning my calls. I have a strong feeling that Glaxo's legal team most likely has something to do with that and is putting pressure on this individual not to say anything.

However as I stated before the law suite is proceeding under grounds of wrongful termination due to discrimination based on the copy I did manage to obtain from the former fellow co-worker with a felony charge on his record. So at least we are still moving forward on that front.

Back to what I would consider the core of this issue.  Companies and Organizations  like IBM, Symantec and the RSA Consortium are pushing for use of this federal DB system as a standard  for all background checks. In fact I have heard from many people that TIDE checks should become part of the DB they hope to enact under the new Worker ID bill. While I cannot confirm this it would not surprise me if this were going to be the case.  For those who don't know the Worker ID Database is a DB that would be formed and would essentially  be tied to  citizens "REAL IDs" to determine employment eligibility. I have tried several times recently since posting the initial story to call in to the show however I have yet to  manage to make it on. I will keep trying and hopefully be able to discuss this issue with Alex on air sometime soon.

Initial Court Day was Yesterday. The case will be continued to the first week in May to allow the defense time to prepare evidence pertaining to their case ....

That former manager still has not gotten back to me and seem to be ignoring my e-mails and phone calls.
