Dozens die in Israel-Gaza clashes

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/7272329.stm

There is no sign the fighting is abating
At least 46 Palestinians and two Israeli soldiers have been killed in one of the deadliest days of fighting in Gaza since troops withdrew in 2005.
Medical staff said at least eight were children and up to 16 were militants. Israel said most were militants. Seven Israeli troops were lightly injured.

Israel says it wants to stop rocket attacks from Gaza, but about 50 hit Israel on Saturday, injuring five.

The Palestinian leader has demanded urgent UN Security Council talks.

Mahmoud Abbas said the Israeli raids were "more than a holocaust".

He was apparently alluding to controversial remarks made on Friday by Israel's Deputy Defence Minister Matan Vilnai, who said Palestinians risked a "shoah" - the Hebrew word for a big disaster as well as for the Nazi Holocaust.

Mr Vilnai's colleagues insisted he had not meant "genocide".

Khaled Meshaal, Hamas' exiled leader in Syria, went further, calling Israel's actions "the real Holocaust".

Civilian deaths

Israel has said it may launch a full-scale attack on Gaza in response to militant rocket attacks.

The BBC's Katya Adler in Jerusalem says Israel's leaders have been under pressure from some quarters to launch a ground invasion.

However, a recent opinion poll has indicated a majority of Israelis favour a truce with the Islamist movement Hamas, which controls Gaza.

Israeli government spokesman David Baker said "Israel is compelled to take the proper steps to bring an end to these rocket onslaughts" on about 200,000 Israelis living alongside Gaza's border.

Tanks and troops have made an incursion into northern Gaza, encountering resistance from Palestinian militants, as Israeli planes made several air raids.

On one occasion, a house east of the Jabaliya refugee camp was struck - two children, a brother and sister, were killed.

Israel says it wants to end the agony caused by militant rockets
Later, a 15-year-old girl and her 16-year-old sister were also killed.

In another attack, a mother was killed as she was preparing breakfast for her children, medical workers said.

"We are in the middle of a total war. We hear the rockets and the explosions everywhere... we cannot leave our homes," a Jabaliya resident, Abu Alaa, told the AFP news agency.

"They're shooting at everything that moves."

There was also fighting in and around the camp between Israeli troops backed by tanks and Palestinian militants equipped with crude rockets and mortars.

Israel says its aim is to stop Palestinian militants firing rockets across the border.

On Wednesday a rocket fired by Hamas militants killed an Israeli student in the southern town of Sderot, the first such death in nine months.

Palestinian militant leaders say they are responding to Israeli attacks.

More than 70 Palestinians have been killed in the violence since Wednesday.

Medics: Israeli army kills 56 Palestinians in Gaza on Satruday
http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/189288,medics-israeli-army-kills-56-palestinians-in-gaza--summary.html

Author : DPA

Gaza - The Israeli army killed 56 Palestinians and wounded 200 Saturday in a large-scale ground operation in the northern Gaza Strip, Hamas sources said. This brought to 90 the number of Palestinians killed - many of them civilians - since the Israeli action began Wednesday, the Hamas- controlled health ministry said.

Two Israeli soldiers were also reported killed in eastern Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip and four wounded, and ten Israelis were reported injured by the homemade rockets militants fired into southern Israel from Gaza.

The Palestinian leadership meanwhile called off the talks it has been holding with Israel on the Middle East peace process, the Israeli Foreign Ministry confirmed.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert have been holding bi-weekly meetings since they relaunched peace talks at the Annapolis conference last year.

The Hamas sources said Israeli warplanes and tanks continued to fire missiles and shells at houses and individuals in northern Gaza Saturday. At least 20 of the victims were civilians, including four women and 11 children.

Mo'aweya Hassanein, chief of emergency and ambulance services at the Palestinian health ministry, told reporters: "I have never witnessed such a high death toll since I started my career 20 years ago."

The highest number of death casualties in a single day was in November last year, when the Israeli army killed 21 Palestinians. Saturday was the bloodiest and the most violent since 1967.

Hassanein warned of a humanitarian disaster if Israeli airstrikes were allowed to go on, referring to the lack of medical support and fuel for ambulances after more than eight months of Israeli closure on the Gaza Strip.

Several militant groups, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad (Holy War), meanwhile claimed to have launched dozens more homemade rockets and mortars at Israel despite the offensive.

Speaking to members of the Palestinian National Council (PNC) in a meeting held earlier in Ramallah, Palestinian President President Abbas said: "What is actually happening in Gaza is more than a holocaust" - a reference to a recent statement by an Israeli official.

"I do not think what Israel is doing is in retaliation to the missiles, which we condemn," said Abbas.

"These missiles cannot be of the volume to justify this horrifying act, which required, regrettably, the use of a word despised for over 60 years and this word is 'holocaust'."

Hamas police sources said dozens of Israeli army tanks backed by helicopters and drones attacked an area east of Jabalia town in the northern Gaza Strip, with heavy gun battles erupting.

A fresh Israeli airstrike was carried out at a house in northern Gaza City, killing the owner of the house and another child. Three were injured, witnesses and medics said.

In Jabalia, Israeli aircraft carried out two separate strikes on a van and on a car, killing four people in each strike, Hamas police sources and witnesses said.

The Israeli army rolled into the eastern areas of the northern Gaza Strip after midnight, apparently to remove Palestinian rocket squads from the border and curb their home-made rocket attacks.

On Friday, Israeli Deputy Defence Minister Matan Vilnai said that unless Palestinians in Gaza stopped firing missiles into Israel, they would face a holocaust. The word "holocaust" in Israel is highly bound to the concept of the genocide of World War II.

His statement provoked widespread condemnation and concern that Israel intended to escalate its military operation in the Gaza Strip.

Abbas, who is to meet US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in Ramallah early next week, called on the international community "to take the necessary steps, which I hope will stop this Israeli belligerence that targets only innocent children and women."

"We tell the world, look and judge what is going on and decide who is carrying out state terrorism," Abbas said.

Abbas also called on all militant groups to stop launching rockets at Israel, adding, "This would help in ending the suffering of our people and avoid them more disasters."

"It is a high interest for the Palestinian people not to give Israel any excuse to continue its aggression," Abbas said.

Palestinian negotiator Yasser Abed Rabbo on Voice of Palestine Radio also called for a stop to Palestinian rocket fire, saying that "the Israeli occupation exploits them to kill more victims."

Abed Rabbo in addition accused Hamas of profiting from the distress of ordinary Palestinians.

Meanwhile, the European Commission representative in Jerusalem expressed concern over the impact of Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip.

"This loss of life highlights even more the need to find a political solution to what is essentially a political crisis," John Kjaer said in a statement issued by his office.

Expressing condolences to the families of those killed in the Gaza Strip, Kjaer said: "The tragic loss of civilian life, particularly of innocent children, saddens me deeply. My heart goes out to those who have lost dear ones and family members and my thoughts are with them at this terrible time."

EU foreign policy chief, Javier Solana, was expected in Israel and the Palestinian territories on Sunday to help salvage the crumbling peace process.

Abbas: Gaza Attacks 'A Holocaust'

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article19446.htm
By Al Jazeera

01/03/08 "Al Jazeera" --
- The Palestinian president has accused Israel of "international terrorism", saying its assault on Gaza constitutes "more than a holocaust".

Mahmoud Abbas's comments on Saturday came as more Israeli air raids brought the total death toll over four days to 86 people, at least a third of which have been children, according to medical sources.

Fifty-two people were killed during Saturday's raids alone.

"It's very regrettable that what is happening is more than a holocaust," Abbas told reporters in Ramallah.

"Children who are barely five-months old are being bombed by the Israeli army."

"We tell the world to see with its own eyes and judge for itself what is happening and who is carrying out international terrorism."

Khaled Meshaal, the exiled Hamas leader living in Syria, also denounced the Israeli attacks against Gaza's civilians as "the real holocaust".

Abbas later requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council to discuss the Israeli incursion into the Gaza Strip, a spokesman for the Palestinian leader said.

Marwan Bishara, Al Jazeera's senior political analyst, said that "at best" Abbas could hope to get a Security Council resolution condemning the Israeli action.

"And as we know, Israel has ignored tens of UN Security Council resolutions over the last 40 years, and hundreds of UN assembly resolutions - so this is going to be more talk and probably not much will come out of it in the end," he said.

Children killed

Rana el-Hindi from Save the Children, speaking from inside the Gaza Strip, told Al Jazeera children were suffering greatly from the Israeli bombardment.
"In the last three days at least 19 children have been killed ... it's a real concern for all organisations here," she said.

"Most of the time, when we go into the field and talk to the children about their fears and concerns, they are always afraid of a new [Israeli] invasion to the Gaza Strip - and obviously the current situation is just ... what they fear."

She said the number of children being hospitalised was increasing "day after day".

Eissam Younis, director of the Al Mizan Centre for Human Rights in Gaza, told Al Jazeera that the Israeli army was "intentionally and systematically targeting civilians" and criticised world powers for their muted response.

"Israel puts itself above the law because the international community is always silent," he said.

Missile attacks

The latest attacks mark the fourth day of Israeli bombardment and follow the death of an Israel civilian in a Palestinian rocket attack.

Those killed in Saturday's attacks included at least eight civilians, four of them women, said Dr Muawiya Hassanein, head of Gaza's emergency services

At least 15 of those killed were fighters, including 10 fighters from Hamas and two from the Islamic Jihad.

An operation in the Jabaliya refugee camp on Saturday marked the deadliest day of fighting in the Hamas-ruled territory for more than a year.

Witnesses said the Jabaliya deaths occurred as a result of gun battles between Palestinian fighters and Israeli soldiers.

Tariq Dardouna, a Palestinian resident trapped in his house in east Jabaliya, told Al Jazeera that Israeli forces targeted civilians.

"The Israeli army opens fire at everything in our area, including children and houses. There are injured children bleeding inside their houses," Dardouna said.

"They are opening fire at everything."

Witnesses also reported clashes in the nearby Tufah neighbourhood in northern Gaza City.

The Israeli army confirmed its operations in northern Gaza, with the Israel Army Radio reporting that five Israeli soldiers were wounded in the fighting.

Threat of invasion

There has been increasing domestic pressure in Israel to mount a full-scale invasion of the Gaza Strip.

Ehud Barak, Israel's defence minister, said on Thursday that "a major ground operation was real and tangible" and that Israel was "not afraid of it".

Senior Palestinian officials have told Al Jazeera that the peace negotiations begun in Annapolis last year, could be at risk if the Israeli military assault on Gaza continues.

Tzipi Livni, the Israeli foreign minister who heads the Israeli negotiation team, reacted by saying that the Israeli military action would be unaffected by any suspension of the peace talks.

"Even if the Palestinians suspend talks, it won't influence in any way the decisions or operations Israel carries out to defend its citizens," she said.

Gaza rockets

In Israel, six people were wounded, one of them seriously, by long-range rockets fired from the Gaza Strip on Saturday, the Israeli army said.

Fighters in Gaza fired over 40 rockets and mortars at southern Israel.

Eight of the missiles were long-range rockets that travelled as far as the seaside Israeli town of Ashkelon, some 11km north of the Gaza Strip.

Israel's political and military leadership has been considering a major ground offensive in the Hamas-ruled territory to prevent fighters from deploying more long-range rockets like those that hit Ashkelon.

Palestinian fighters have launched frequent volleys of rockets and mortars at Israeli communities near the Gaza border, though the missile attacks rarely cause injuries.

Israeli Missiles Silence Baby's Laughter in Gaza

By Sami Abu Salem writing from the occupied Gaza Strip

http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article19441.htm

29/02/08 "Electronic Intifada" --

- The innocent laughter of six-month-old baby Mohammed al-Bor'i stopped forever on Wednesday night when shrapnel from an Israeli missile and rubble struck the infant in the head, minutes after he enjoyed his last meal.

"The baby sucked milk, he was playing with his mother; I was reading a book when a rocket hit the Ministry of Interior," said Nasser al-Bor'i, the baby's father.

With the first missile, the electricity was cut and darkness filled the ill-fated house. Stones and pieces of the asbestos ceiling fell onto the head of the laughing child. The explosions continued as two other missiles hit the building.

"I looked for my baby in the darkness between the rubble; I did not know where he was. When he cried once I followed the direction of his voice," Nasser al-Bor'i said. "My hands touched my baby who was breathing hard; I felt warm liquid on my two hands and realized that he was wounded."

Al-Bor'i carried his son to the nearby Shifa Hospital as the blood streamed from his tiny head. In the hospital, al-Bor'i became hysterical when he realized that his only child had been killed.

Tears poured from al-Bor'i's eyes when he saw Mohammed's shoes. "After five years of treatment for sterility, [my wife and] I had a baby. I can't imagine that I lost him in a second."

Toys, a plastic bike, a crib and clothes were covered by the heap of rubble inside Mohammed's bedroom. Cutout magazine pictures of laughing babies decorated the walls, a sad reminder of the joy lost in the strike.

Mohammed's mother sufered shock and fell unconscious when she realized that the child had died. She laid on a hospital bed while her baby was in the morgue. On Thursday morning she cried when she returned home from the hospital to see Mohammed's empty crib.

Mohammed al-Bor'i was not the only child to be killed in the series of Israeli air strikes across the Gaza strip on Wednesday. In the northern Gaza Strip town of Jabalia, three other children, Anas al-Manama, 10, Bilal Hijazi, 11, and Mohammed Hamada, 11, were also killed in an Israeli air strike, Palestinian medical sources reported.

At least 19 Palestinian civilians and militants were killed and dozens wounded by the continuing Israeli air strikes on Gaza in the last two days.

Israel aims to stamp out missile jihad by destroying Hamas rule of Gaza
March 1, 2008, 7:36 PM (GMT+02:00)

http://www.debka.com/headline.php?hid=5068

DEBKAfile’s military sources report the Israeli military command is now targeting Hamas rule of the Gaza Strip as ultimately the only effective way of halting the Palestinian missile offensive against civilian locations. It therefore proposes to systematically destroy Hamas institutions one by one until its rule of Gaza caves in.

This tactic was presented to prime minister Ehud Olmert Friday on his return from Japan. If Hamas alternatively decides it can no longer afford the exorbitant price exacted by the Israeli military for sustaining its missile offensive and abandons it, the IDF will halt its military operations. This would lead to an informal truce.

The IDF has now set itself the following targets:

Every Palestinian military and security installation belonging to Hamas, as well as its Al Dawa social welfare branches used as meeting places and the money changers’ places of business.

A series of ground operations on the same lines as the Sejayia raid will be launched to drive Hamas and its allied terrorist groups out of northern Gaza – the sites of most missile launches against Ashkelon and Sderot. Once this part of the territory is purged, Israeli military control can be exercised without reoccupation.

DEBKAfile’s Palestinian sources report that Hamas leaders are well aware of the IDF’s revamped tactics and have employed counter-measures.

1. Their heads of government, armed wings and clerical authorities have gone to ground.

2. Their rank and file have taken over an estimated 3,000 to 4,000 civilian homes around Gaza City active and set up a wall for the town’s defense. Each home is provisioned with sufficient ammo, water and food for three weeks’ combat.

3. All Hamas operatives have dumped their cell phones and all means of communication which could betray their whereabouts. Orders and messages are carried by courier, usually children.

4. Thousands of missiles and rockets of different types are stocked in private homes and schools inside Gaza City and its refugee camps to escape Israeli attacks. This stratagem allows Hamas to calibrate its missile barrages on Israeli civilians according to the intensity of Israeli strikes against them.

Two Israeli soldiers killed, 6 injured in heavy battles in Gaza. Palestinians report some 50 dead
March 1, 2008, 11:30 PM (GMT+02:00)

Israel self-propelled gun in N. Gaza
The Israeli fatalities are identified as 1st Sgt. Doron Asulin, 20 from Beersheba and 1st Sgt. Eran Dan Gur, 20, from Jerusalem.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report: Israel’s Givati Brigade troops engaged in heavy fighting with Hamas armed forces in the northern Gaza Strip’s Sejaya and Jebalya areas Saturday March 1 in the IDF’s first extended challenge to Hamas' protracted missile and rocket offensive on Ashkelon and Sderot regions. Tanks, self-propelled guns, F-16 fighter jets and helicopters took part in the combat. Two Israeli soldiers were killed by Palestinian fire, six injured. The Palestinians reported some 50 dead – 20 in battle, the rest civilians, including 5 children, as well as 120 injured.

A Palestinian truck loaded with 160 missiles, rockets and mortar shells was blown up in Jebalya by an Israeli air strike Saturday night. A large store of war materiel, including missiles was struck earlier.

Throughout the battles, the Palestinians continued firing scores of missiles and rockets – more than 50 by evening. Three waves of extended Katyusha rockets hit Ashkelon, under attack for the third day running. One set the shopping center on fire after two crashed into houses, injuring 6 people, two of them children. There were dozens of shock victims.

After the Red Color code alert was installed, furious Ashkelonites said they will never let their town become Sderot No. 2, a much smaller Israeli town whose population has dwindled under years of missile attacks from Gaza. Leaders of Ashkelon’s 120,000 inhabitants are demanding tough Israeli military action against Gaza to nip its expanded rocket aggression in the bud. More sirens were installed in Ashkelon Saturday, public bomb shelters opened and Magen David emergency services reinforced with extra ambulances and medical teams.

Sderot and its kibbutz and moshav neighbors sustained 50 Qassam missiles. One exploded harmlessly in an empty nursery school. Six shock victims were hospitalized.

A Grad rocket reached Kfar Silver which is situated between Ashkelon and the big port town of Ashdod to the north. This town, 27 km north of Gaza, and just within range of the larger and more powerful Palestinian rockets, is preparing for attacks to start. Twelve alert systems are ready. DEBKAfile’s military sources report that the 120mm Grad, which is based on the Soviet Katyusha artillery rocket, has a maximum range of 30 km and packs 15-20 kg. of explosives.

The education minister is drawing up plans to evacuate children from towns and villages in direct line of fire from Gaza.

The IDF’s Homeland Command has installed Red Color code alerts in 8 locations around Ashkelon: Kfar Silver, Berachiya, Bat Hadar, Beit Shikma, Mavki’im, Talmei Yosef, Gaya and Mishan.

10 killed on Sunday, the death toll in Gaza hits 98 since Israel's holocaust began Wednesday.
Ghassan Bannoura - IMEMC News

 http://www.uruknet.info/?p=m41640&hd=&size=1&l=e

Sunday March 02, 2008

Palestinian medical sources stated that 10 Palestinians were killed on Sunday due to ongoing Israeli army attacks of the Gaza strip, the number of Palestinian killed by the Israeli army in the Palestinian costal Region now totals 98.

Two Palestinian resistance fighters, from the Al Qassam brigades the armed wing of Hamas, were killed and another injured on Sunday at midday when Israeli jet fighters targeted a group of Palestinian fighters east of Jabaliya town in the northern part of Gaza.

Earlier in the day Ahamad Abu Wardah was killed when Israeli troops opened fire on his house in Jabalyia town. Medics said that Israeli troops shot Abu Wardah then prevented the ambulance from reaching him. Abu Wardah bled to death.

On Sunday morning medics found the bodies of Raja' Attallah, 31 and her sister Ibtesam, 25. Their house is located in Jabalyia refugee camp and was bombed by Israeli jet fighters Saturday night. Their parents and two brothers were also killed in the Saturday's attack.

Sunday morning, Khlaid Rayian, from the Al Qassam brigades, was pronounced dead from wounds incurred during Jabalyia clashes with invading Israeli troops.

Another two were also killed on Sunday morning. Thabet Dardonah, and Wesam Abed Raboh were shot by Israeli troops in Jabalyia and left to bleed to death, Medics said, they added that there was also a girl who shot and killed in her home in Jabalyia but once again ambulance crews were prevented from reaching her.

Including the ten killed on Sunday the death toll in Gaza since Wednesday totals 98 dead. On Saturday at dawn the Israeli army started a ground offensive targeting Jabalyia town and the nearby refugee camp. By Saturday night Israeli attack left 56 Palestinians killed, 36 of whom were civilians.

Today the Palestinian ministry of Health in Gaza announced that some hospitals in Gaza can not provide medical care because they have no electricity or medical supplies.

The Israeli army has kept Gaza under siege since June 2007, leaving Gaza suffering from severe shortages of medicine, food, electricity, and fuel supplies.

Hi Haitham,

When the Virginia Tech shooting happened in the united states about a year ago, many people posted black-ribbon-vt pictures on their facebook/myspace profiles which spread the word and caused more awareness of it. Similar black ribbons were used in other tragic incidents.

Thus, i made this simple gaza black ribbon for use on facebook, so that people with Western contacts could help raise awareness of this human massacre. What do you think of that idea? Can you please put it up on your blog and encourage readers to spread the word as well please?

It is really unfortunate because here in the United States, not a single word was mentioned about the situation in Gaza in any of the major news networks. Not a single word. Nothing!! None of my colleagues know that anything is happening in Gaza at all.

Best Regards,

Za3tar

Thank you, Za3tar!

Please use the "Black Ribbon for Gaza" in all your communication media (e.g. email, forums, flickr, facebook, blog, etc…). Spread the awareness about the atrocities and war crimes conducted by the Israel-Nazi.

HOW MASS MURDERERS JUSTIFY MASS MURDER=========================================

WAR IS PEACE?
Sabbah's blog

http://www.uruknet.info/?p=m41639&hd=&size=1&l=e

March 2, 2008

The best piece of shit you will ever hear:

Via: Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs

PM Olmert to Cabinet: "Striking at Hamas increases chance for peace."

Israel will continue to defend its citizens and will continue to make efforts to hold negotiations in order to reach a dialogue and understanding with the Palestinian leadership that wants this.

(Communicated by the Prime Minister’s Media Adviser)

Following are Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s remarks at the start of the weekly Cabinet meeting today (Sunday), 2 March 2008:

"Last weekend was marked by the continuing violence by the Palestinian terrorist organizations, which attempted to shoot Kassam rockets and GRAD missiles at the areas they have been shooting at all the time and at the Ashkelon area, to which they have expanded their range.

The start of this round was the result of a strike on a cell that was attempting to perpetrate a high-profile attack in Israel, which was successfully foiled by our forces. The security forces are worthy of praise for this achievement in preventing such an attack, as a result of which, expanded Kassam rocket and GRAD missile fire was begun. It must be clear.

The State of Israel has no intention of halting counter-terrorism actions even for a second. If somebody thinks that by extending the rockets’ range, he will succeed in deterring us from our activity, he is gravely mistaken. We will act in accordance with the outline that the Government will decide on, with the means that we decide on, at the timing we decide on, with the strength we decide on, without respite in order to strike at the terrorist organizations - Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the others, including their leaders, those who dispatch them, those who provide their weapons, those who allow them into act in given places, according to the outline that we will choose.

We lost two soldiers in the recent fighting: St.-Sgt. Doron Asulin and St.-Sgt. Eran Dan-Gur, from the Givati Brigade. The Government and the entire country send condolences to their families.

I have recently heard criticism and claims that civilians are being hurt, that the State of Israel is using too much force. I do not recall that some of those making these claims have - over the years - said that the situation in the south was intolerable and that measures had to be taken to out a stop to it. It must be noted that the State of Israel defends its residents in the south and that, with all due respect, nothing will deter us from continuing to defend our residents. Nobody has the right to preach morality to the State of Israel for taking basic action to defend itself and prevent hundreds of thousands of residents of the south from continuing to be exposed to incessant firing that disrupts their lives.

I am encouraged by the residents of the south. I spoke with the mayors of Sderot and Ashkelon over the weekend and I felt that there was great determination, fortitude and appreciation for the untiring actions of the IDF and the security forces. Today and in the coming days, we will hold security discussions, including a Cabinet discussion on Wednesday, in order to consider the ways in which the security forces can operate.

Naturally, we are interested in continuing the diplomatic negotiations. When the diplomatic negotiations began, we made it clear that they would not, in any way, be conducted at the expense of our right to defend the residents of Israel against the intolerable actions of the terrorist organizations. Nobody in the world would deny that striking at Hamas strengthens the chance for peace. The more that Hamas is hit, the greater the chances of reaching a diplomatic agreement and peace. It is clear to me that beyond these and other statements that the Palestinian leadership with whom we are trying to make peace, understands this.

I'm so weary with Isreal.  What's their chokehold on the U.S. anyway?

yes their actions are quite sickening, as for their chokehold on the US, certainly on one level there is one with all the jewish and Zionist lobbies, however, these lobby groups are permitted and encouraged by the NWO as they neeed aggressive Zionism to make sure there is chaos and bloodshed in the middle east.

So in a way Zionism is just a tool of the NWO, rather than being the driver for the NWo as some would have you believe.

I have just heard that Israel has re-invaded Gaza on Tuesday night,

this short was in the jeruslalem post

http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?cid=1204546399531&pagename=JPost%2FJPArticle%2FShowFull

IDF troops clashed with gunmen in central Gaza on Tuesday night, Palestinians reported.

Eyewitnesses said that Hamas operatives opened fire toward the soldiers who had entered the territory accompanied by armored vehicles.

The IDF said that it was a routine counter-terror operation rather than a major incursion into the Strip.

Why do people all think Judaism is Zionism?

I'm just annoyed because saying all Jews are Zionists is like saying all Muslims are Taliban or all Buddhists are Hippies and all Christians are Westboro Baptists.

In my perspective, I think all people are descended from Noah. So in a sense, all people are of Jewish lineage.

No you're right not specifically, I just wanted other opinions since my friend was heavily censored when he proclaimed that he was a Jew against Judaism, his posts were deleted on infowars.com, however posts in response to his, mostly hateful, weren't deleted.

oh I see, yes that is not ideal, did you mean "Jews against Zionism"? rather than against judaism?

Yes I am afraid that the Alex Jones and crew get a bit nervous about such topics, I am not sure it is their speciality and they do not know quite where they stand - to be fair once people get into Jews against Zionism there are all sorts of things come out the woodwork, often the Torah or Talmund and it can get complex. But even so a Jew against Zionism seems pretty innocent to me, I guess the mods there made an error and are uncomfortable with the topic.

either that or it ahs bene taken over by Zionists in which case we have a problem LOL

HI Sui,

welcome to the forum  Smiley, the article is excellent and very relevant, it was posted in the general discussion forum yesterday, however, please feel free to start threads when they contain such a worthwhile level of relevance, a double posting is not the end of the world by any means  Smiley

Generally we copy and paste everything into the field here (as it is not a site which raises any revenue the letter of the law allows us to do so).

So if you want to start with this article on this forum section then please do so.

regards
