Carcass - R**k the Vote
Hands in another's pocket The bed they make Is not the one in which they lie The same old faces The same old establishment The same old lies Cross your 'x' It's your only voice Do as you're told Stay in line Don't rock the boat And buy what you're sold
Believe the lie The line that you toe Doing fine If you just do as you're told
No dissident voices The faces merge Are one, absolute A comfortable, privileged White over belly Revolution No threat, no change No gain, just pain The same old scheme No hope, no choice No future, no voice This is no pipe dream All is not what it seems

Colony 5 - New World Arise (Had to make it a slideshow to upload it but here it is.) http://www.stage6.com/user/Zedicus/video/2065922/Lyrics:The sky is red with the colour of the dead Feel the flames touching your face The fields are gone, everything is burned to the ground We hope for an answer, we hope for rain How can we move on, how can we explain This is a sign This is a wake up call The ashes will be new life We have to face the dawn With a hope of a better world We walk away and let it burn We are too old -- it's our children's turn To sow the new seeds and make it grow again To create their answers and create their rain

HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?Ashdown, Ryan and Caswell (ARC) ©2004 Allan Caswell http://www.solutionassoc.com/truthfire/audio/HowDoYouSleep.mp3Lyrics: Every generation throws up leaders of your kind. One-eyed fools who rule by thinking most of us are blind. Might is right, greed is good. That might work in Hollywood. Couldn't you try something good next time? You charge the cost of freedom using other people's lives. Keep plowing on regardless, thinking God is on your side. But what if Jesus loves them too and helps them to stand up to you? Couldn't you try something new next time? [CHORUS] How do you sleep at night? How do you sleep at night? You got your doctors spinning it to prove that you were right. How do you sleep at night? There's no room for conscience on your global balance sheet. The Third World does the sweat and toil while you provide the heat. You cut the cost to make the deal. Imagine how those children feel. Couldn't you put Nikes on their feet? CHORUS It may be true on Judgement Day the meek will get the Earth. But after you get through with it, what'll it be worth?

this would be great i think and the tune kicks ass too. its by the dead soul tribe, they're kinda prog/nu metal/rock. this song is america right now and the NWO, this would be perfect!!! no question! Why?
Blindfolds and cigarettes Black hoods and camcorders televise homicide Soldiers in shallow graves Martyrs and thought police waiting to take you away
Why don't you let it lay Won't you walk away Let it end today Why don't you let it go
Land of democracy Land of hypocrisy Forced down our throats, the indescents of pleasure While violence and war deemed appropriate measures
Land of morality Hand of brutality Kill on command over corporate profit Don't let them send you away
Why don't you let it lay Won't you walk away Let it end today Why don't you let it go
And we have such a long way to go But we've taken the wrong way to go There's one thing i want you to know There is something they don't want to show
Why don't you let it lay Won't you walk away Let it end today Why don't you let it go go listen to it here : http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=1233 its the only track on the page at the bottom. every time i heard it it makes me mad! and disgusted PEACE.

Exodus - Scar Spangled Banner
Oh say you can you f**king see The missiles fall like rain Bloody mountains majesty Dead bodies on the plain
By the bombing’s eerie light See the crimson waves of red What so proudly they all fell The twilight of the dead
[Chorus] America -- the violent The indifferent God shit his grace on the America -- the arrogant The belligerent Will live in infamy We the people, for no people Secure the blessings of tragedy Do ordain we have established The scar spangled banner
We pledge allegiance to no god Only to the blood Liberty is just a dream When dying in the mud
This, the land of the deceived, home of the depraved Bombs, they drop like falling leaves And the deadly flag still waves
Repeat chorus
Red -- the beautiful color of blood Flowing like a stream White -- the color of bleaching bone Lovely and obscene Blue -- the bruising color of flesh Battered, ripped, and torn And the colors of the flag of hate Of violence and porn
What you see is what you get You haven’t seen the bloody trail yet I’m no patriot, just a hate-triot Blood sport, my sure bet See the flag, get a body bag Salvation from a .44 mag. Nothing left, no one saved Cause our dog damn motherf**king bloody ass banner still waves

Nuclear Assult
Critical Mass
The bio-sphere, the place we live It seems like we don't give a damn Other species flushed down the tubes We need another race to rape The way we live we will destroy Every other living thing 'Til none are left except our race And then we will destroy ourselves
Another oil spill Atomic waste displaced Another forest dies Bring on the acid rain
Slightly insane, the type of greed That makes a world unfir for life Toxic wastes destroy the seas While poison gas pollutes the air A waste of life, while no one cares The earth becomes a giant tomb Critical mass will be achieved And ruins will be all that's left
Another oil spill Atomic waste displaced Another forest dies
A Hell on Earth, what we create Dragging life to death with us All living things destroyed or used By shortsighted human beeings We do these things, let them be done Apathy creates despair The damage done will be too great The world wounded beyond repair
Another oil spill Atomic waste displaced Another forest dies

Napalm Death - In Deference
Ethically aligned to the cause - Or so I thought A cause that decried the exploits Where masses are coerced
Often, social justice is a cynical smokescreen Only at their bidding
Close-circuit reach - don't overstep my boundaries Such boundaries that crumble under order
Sincerely you serve your own ends - Do as I do I can't tell my left from my right - Corruption blurs
Face the wrong direction And we risk containment Whilst they sanction murder
Close-circuit reach quickly erases all travesties Such travesties waved away with feeble ease
It's adjudged to be uncivil You should be at a lower reach Bound over Because open thinking is an act of complicity
Leaders are leading by example 'Rights' and 'wrongs' on a sliding scale Sit atop the order of importance You too can reap the power harvest
The 'deviant' young get in the way We become suitably distraught Whilst their judges take lives near and afar And reap the power harvest

Nasum - Living Next Door To Malice
I decline your words of wisdom Stop spitting your views in my face A cancer eating freedom All values lost without a trace
Close, so close but yet so far away - You breed on hate and prejudice Entangled in your web of lies - Malevolent scum! So close, so close but stay out of my way! - Your breed of hate I will dismiss Disgusted my anger will rise
I object to your senseless oppression Shocked by the deeds you do You're enslaved to a mental regression In fear that they're equal with you
Close, so close but yet so far away - You breed on hate and prejudice Entangled in your web of lies - Malevolent scum! So close, so close but stay out of my way! - Your breed of hate I will dismiss Disgusted my anger will rise
You're red and white - you think you're strong You're only white - right is wrong
Wake up and smell the cancer You reek of shit! Always there with no good answer Now here's my spit
Nasum - Just Another Hog
From the highest tower You pull the puppet's strings While you command your slaves Someone is watching you
You're enslaved, you're their slave They dominate your fate
When all is said, you're a living dead They dominate your fate
All that massive power You're just another hog Sucking up to the master While feeding from the trough
You're enslaved, you're their slave They dominate your fate
When all is said, you're a living dead They dominate your fate
Your stink suffocates me! Your stink suffocates me! Suffocates me!
They dominate your fate! They dominate your fate! They dominate your fate! They dominate your fate!

Some a lawful, some a bastard, some a jacket: Oh, what a rat race, yeah! Rat race!
Some a gorgon-a, some a hooligan-a, some a guine-gog-a In this 'ere rat race, yeah! Rat race! I'm singin' that When the cat's away, The mice will play. Political voilence fill ya city, ye-ah! Don't involve Rasta in your say say; Rasta don't work for no C.I.A. Rat race, rat race, rat race! Rat race, I'm sayin': When you think is peace and safety: A sudden destruction. Collective security for surety, ye-ah!
Don't forget your history; Know your destiny: In the abundance of water, The fool is thirsty. Rat race, rat race, rat race!

Definitely Schuldiner. I think Cliff Burton was highly overrated (just like Metallica). I have to add.. I'm kicking myself on Nödtveidt though. I was in Stockholm and saw the flyers for what would be the last Dissection show before he blew his brains out. If I was there a week later I would have gone!!

I've always wanted to see Dissection live but never had the chance unfortunately. But I DID get to see Emperor a few months back That's probably the only time I'll ever get to see them though. Actually, we've been getting tons of good shows down here over the past year. I'm seeing Exodus on the 29th

Used to live in Scandinavia so that makes it much easier.

Yeah, sure does. I had the opportunity of going to Wacken this year but my friends who were supposed to go with me backed out, I found out one of them didn't even have a passport. Instead I ended up playing live bass with a friend's band the night I should have arrived in Germany.
But, whatever. I have my own bands/projects to focus on. Maybe I'll get there next year (I always say that).

How about something from Boston Grindcore outfit Anal cvnt's frontman Seth Putnam? You're Fired... Here's a few songs. BILDERBERG the prominent cast in shadows appropriately dark for their deeds hidden from view by their own choosing power elite gather as they have now for years (big) media toes the party line silent per their masters' bidding why tip your hand? (besides) you hold all the cards anyway but you don't want the feeders getting wise to the game since '54 you've called the shots incremental in design stripping rights from the "undeserving"-- off whose backs you live like kings Bilderberg!! PEACE BAIT bodies raining from the sky high death toll amidst the smouldering debris insular bubble now burst disloyal servants make our lives even worse sweeping martial tactics propose liberty's fabric depose-- the cries for peace and safety bleated out by braindead sheeple who are already put to sleep draconian measures implement freedom now as good as dead the lines are being drawn; which side will you be on? the traitors will be tried and then we'll hang them by a rope fattened lazy populace slaves to comfort, self-absorbed letting politicians do their thinking too ignorant or scared to be armed falling for the phony peace bait the Ministry Of Information sold to them-- the cries for peace and safety bleated out by braindead sheeple who are already put to sleep HIDING BEHIND THE FLAG 17 children slaughtered back on april 19th, '93 PCA ignored, another crimson brick on the road to tryranny government thugs--these are the very ones we're supposed to trust with the guns it's high time to arm ourselves to the teeth and put the Gestapo on the run i hope the feds in the agencies will stop to think from time to time that we've got 300 million guns to make the punishment fit their crime they could blacken the horizon, but in a shooting war there's a bunch of us ready to protect ourselves and to balance out the score CS gas at point blank range--hiding behind the flag a shaped charge to finish the job--hiding behind the flag women and children blown to pulp--hiding behind the flag BATF killing kids in a church--hiding behind the flag i hold true to the fact that if i see the illegal use of deadly force i don't care what he's wearing, i'm prepared to put a round in the offender's head and i don't care who he works for it's a damn crying shame there weren't a bunch of us around back in '93 to surround you bastards and take you down ANTI-HOPLOPHOBE living in a world of make-believe utopia you think you'll achieve your phobia of independence's implements makes you choose a course devoid of common sense if we ban guns, do you think armed thugs won't be on the streets at night? if we ban guns, can we trust our government to do what's right? reaping the bitter fruits of the fear they're sowing around the globe police state rise and violent crime, enabled by the hoplophobe you don't trust yourself with a gun so you turn around and try to stop me from owning one do you really believe armed burglars will move along when they see that "gun-free zone" sign on your lawn? laws only disarm the law-abiding! anti-hoplophobe!! IMMIGRANT SONG illegal immigration scourge upon the nation sneaking into our land with nothing but an outstretched hand welfare recipients more and more the number of taxpayers less and less we need to stem the human flood so we can begin to sort out this mess a country without borders isn't a country at all if we take in more than we can support then it's certain we're heading for a fall automatic democrats vote for the ones that keep them fat as it is they take half your pay they've no qualms to take the rest away socialists like Kennedy (and their) non-existent immigration policy spreading misery, putting the screws to you and me

I'm not a fan by any stretch but that side project You're Fired has good lyrics. Was it after he downed a bottle and a half of whiskey during the set and then a case of Mountain Dew?

Eyes... persuade the Mind Ears... believe the Lies One's own Society cries Such a wasted Fate Pre-programmed Hell Reality is just a state of mind And you can't believe the things you hear and see Getting caught in fear that climbs Escalating high For your inferior mind Can't cope with your right to decide Waiting for your life to be Having no ideas nor dreams to live Believing all of the others' beliefs Determining your fate eternally Your mind is free To believe in what you need To live and breathe Your destiny Each of us has ideas of their own Depicting original thoughts our own seeds to sow Believing what is right to be real Navigating one's own path to stray from ideals Waste your thoughts Follow their lies Believing the false Close your eyes Deceptive perceptions
Sabbat (UK) - Behind the Crooked Cross
One man - one vision, racial purity, madman or magician? A mystery to me, he who scorns the teachings of Blavatsky count the cost, there's more than superstition hides behind the crooked cross.
Our destiny in prophecy - we learn by our mistakes, through each strata of society - the poison infiltrates, adding hatred to the embers - 'till the fire burns out of hand, to spread the dark cloud swiftly - 'cross our 'Green and Pleasant Land'.
Security in ignorance, out of sight is out of mind, while children weep on city streets - the blind deceive the blind, they say 'welcome your lost brother all he touches turns to gold', yet my 'brother' tries to kill me - out of love so I am told.
My blood with yours shall mingle, our spirits unify, if our hearts are joined as one then we can never die.
Now the 'Dove of Peace' lies dead, upon this land our fathers bled, and 'Drakes Drum' lies deserted on the sand, I see the keepers of the peace - hacked to pieces in the streets, victims of the 'brotherhood of man'.
History repeats itself - of this fact I am sure, stupidity defeats us if its lessons we ignore, so heed these words of warning before it is too late, to preach the 'New Religion' - the philosophy of hate.
One man's condition - pure insanity? a nation's submission - embracing destiny, driven by compulsion - powered by the Vril, do not mock the Crooked Cross - its power is growing still.

Death - Altering The Future
Creating a life only to destroy Saved from a life of the unemployed Where crime is the only way to survive Which is the best to be dead or alive? Maybe a chance but maybe not Born to be thrown in the trash to rot To exist in this world may be a mistake The one who is with child, it's their choice to make
Death and life taken so easily Right or wrong, whose choice will it be?
Abortion, when it is needed Execution, for those who deserve it The giving and taking of life will always be Altering the future
Look into the future to prepare us for our fate Controlling our existence with every life we take
Life for a life should remain the rule The innocent victim that is what's cruel Look to the past is what we should do When justice was done and justice was true Using our laws to help their escape An easy way out is what they create Claiming insane is the way to freedom People are stupid enough to believe them
Death and life taken so easily Right or wrong, whose choice will it be?
Abortion, when it is needed Execution, for those who deserve it The giving and taking of life will always be

Hey Alex & All! You know what? I think Alex's choice in music for his radio show is quite commendable (...and I'm a musician/lead-guitarist and a Christian as well)! If I might add a bit of suggestion to the mix, perhaps the musicians/guitarists listed below will added some extra spice to the fray. They are as follows: 1. Robin Trower - This guy can play, even though most of his best stuff hails from the 70's. I would suggest the following tunes: " Twice Removed from Yesterday", " Day of the Eagle", " Too Rolling Stoned", " Shame the Devil", " Messin' the Blues" & " Pride". 2. Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush - This guy is also a formidable lead guitarist hailing from the 70's. Noteworthy tunes include the following: " I'm Going Away", " Moonwalk", " World Anthem", " Ditch Queen", " Strange Dreams" & " Juggernaught". ...Keep on Jammin' Alex & Down w/The New World Order! \m/ MORE METAL! \m/
Carcass - Room 101
Don't claim to be a prophet Don't claim to read the stars But I can see a future Mapped out in scars Look to the skies Keep praying to your gods Your only salvation Will come in the shape of the bomb
No clockwork orange The doom watch ticks There's no second coming Only final conflict Blind pessimism? Only time will tell The cold hard reality Is that this world had gone to hell
And this is where I belong In my room one zero one As I sit here all alone In my own private year zero
These numbers branded Embedded in the mind How can your herald a future When it's already arrived? Keep looking to the skies Keep waiting for your lord You fools there's no second coming To redeem you all
And this is where I belong In my room one zero one As I sit here all alone In my own private year zero
(leads)
Don't claim to be a prophet Don't claim to sight the stars But I can read the future In anguished mental scars I have no faith In anything that you hold dear The future is ours Only in sweat and tears And this is where I belong In my room one zero one As I sit here all alone In my own private year zero
And this is where I belong In my room one zero one As I sit here all alone In my own private year zero

Don't tell the guys in the other thread discussing metal on here this, but thinking about how Alex said he listened to some metal back in the day, doing (what did he say?) doughnuts in some mud-boggin' truck. (Sounds like fun). A simple explanation for the heavy bumper music. Oh, and he had Mustaine on.
People who haven't listened to it might think it's just about aggression, and seem to actually fear the appropriated Christian symbols, but for all the times you get some idiot stumbling to put two words together (I'm looking at you, Glen Benton), you also get musically lucid, visceral gems like stuff from early Metallica. These guys were good technicians on their instruments and at the time they just seemed to crawl right inside the mindset of the sort of people that would push killing for profit. Death cult, almost (see also Slayer) It doesn't sound like they thought about the NWO's threat so much as they felt it in the air around them or *something*. Sometimes, metal - named for a biking song, right? - and weren't bikers WWII vets? - teaches people to value freedom by showing them the darkness of war. It offers that "frozen moment when everyone sees what is at the end of every fork".
Like this apocalyptic ditty. The first two lines pose a good question.
Fight Fire With Fire by Metallica
Do unto others as they have done to you, But what the hell is this world coming to?
Blow the universe into nothingness, Nuclear warfare shall lay us to rest
Fight fire with fire, Ending is near, Fight fire with fire, Bursting with fear
We all shall die
Time is like a fuse, short and burning fast, Armageddon's here, like said in the past
Fight fire with fire, Ending is near, Fight fire with fire, Bursting with fear
Soon to fill our lungs the hot winds of death, The gods are laughing, so take your last breath
Fight fire with fire, Ending is near, Fight fire with fire, Bursting with fear
Fight fire with fire Fight fire with fire Fight fire with fire Fight fire with fire Fight fire with fire Fight fire with fire Fight fire with fire Fight fire with fire Fight!
or Gotterdammerung itself:
War Pigs Sabbath
Generals gathered in their masses Just like witches at black masses Evil minds that plot destruction Sorcerers of deaths construction In the fields the bodies burning As the war machine keeps turning Death and hatred to mankind Poisoning their brainwashed minds, oh lord yeah!
Politicians hide themselves away They only started the war Why should they go out to fight? They leave that role to the poor
Time will tell on their power minds Making war just for fun Treating people just like pawns in chess Wait till their judgement day comes, yeah!
Now in darkness, world stops turning As the war machine keeps burning No more war pigs of the power Hand of God has struck the hour Day of judgement, God is calling On their knees, the war pigs crawling Begging mercy for their sins Satan, laughing, spreads his wings All right now!
Also, Ride the Lightning... the galloping jam at the end of Iron Man... what else?
= Respect to the old school =
Oh dogmadestroyer, what do the symbols in your avatar mean?

But every genre has brilliant stuff...
Television, The Drug Of The Nation Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy
One nation under God has turned into one nation under the influence of one drug [chorus:] Television, the drug of the Nation Breeding ignorance and feeding radiation (2x) T.V., it satellite links our United States of Unconsciousness Apathetic therapeutic and extremely addictive The methadone metronome pumping out 150 channels 24 hours a day you can flip through all of them and still there's nothing worth watching T.V. is the reason why less than 10 per cent of our Nation reads books daily Why most people think Central Amerika means Kansas Socialism means unamerican and Apartheid is a new headache remedy absorbed in it's world it's so hard to find us It shapes our mind the most maybe the mother of our Nation should remind us that we're sitting too close to... [Chorus:] Television, the drug of the Nation Breeding ignorance and feeding radiation (2x) T.V. is the stomping ground for political candidates Where bears in the woods are chased by Grecian Formula'd bald eagles T.V. is mechanized politic's remote control over the masses co-sponsored by environmentally safe gases watch for the PBS special It's the perpetuation of the two party system where image takes precedence over wisdom Where sound bite politics are served to the fastfood culture Where straight teeth in your mouth are more important than the words that come out of it Race baiting is the way to get selected Willie Horton or Will he not get elected on... [Chorus:] Television, the drug of the Nation Breeding ignorance and feeding radiation (2x) T.V., is it the reflector or the director ? Does it imitate us or do we imitate it because a child watches 1500 murders before he's twelve years old and we wonder why we've created a Jason generation that learns to laugh rather than to abhor the horror T.V. is the place where armchair generals and quarterbacks can experience first hand the excitement of warfare as the theme song is sung in the background Sugar sweet sitcoms that leave us with a bad actor taste while pop stars metamorphosize into soda pop stars You saw the video You heard the soundtrack Well now go buy the soft drink Well, the onla cola that I support would be a union C.O.L.A.(Cost Of Living Allowance) On television [Chorus:] Television, the drug of the Nation Breeding ignorance and feeding radiation (2x) Back again, 'New and improved' We return to our irregularly programmed schedule hidden cleverly between heavy breasted beer and car commercials CNNESPNABCTNT but mostly B.S. Where oxymoronic language like 'virtually spotless', 'fresh frozen' 'light yet filling' and 'military intelligence' have become standard T.V. is the place where phrases are redefined like 'recession' to 'necessary downturn' 'Crude oil' on a beach to 'mousse' 'Civilian death' to 'collateral damages' and being killed by your own Army is now called 'friendly fire' T.V. is the place where the pursuit of happiness has become the pursuit of trivia Where toothpaste and cars have become sex objects Where imagination is sucked out of children by a cathode ray nipple T.V. is the only wet nurse that would create a cripple [Chorus:] Television, the drug of the Nation Breeding ignorance and feeding radiation (4x)

U.S Forces by Midnight Oil (early '80s but still true today). The guy who wrote this is now a prominent australian politician.
Us forces give the nod, its a setback for your country Bombs and trenches all in rows, bombs and threats still ask for more Divided world the cia, who controls the issue You leave us with no time to talk, you can write your assessment
Sing me songs of no denying, seems to me too many dying Waiting for the next big thing
Will you know it when you see it, high risk children dogs of war Now market movements call the shots, business deals in parking lots Waiting for the meat of tomorrow
Sing me songs...
Everyone is too stoned to start emission People too scared to go to prison Were unable to make decision Political party line dont cross that floor Lt. ron hubbard cant save your life Superboy takes a plutonium wife In the shadow of ban the bomb we live
