"Red Sector A" and "The Enemy Within" these two are the most poignant on the album "Grace Under Pressure" by Rush.  I used to listen to this album "flying the trace"(East/West German Border) in Fulda, Germany.  I guess whether it's 1984 or 2004 we find that the music is still relevant and we still find ourselves on the Frontiers of Freedom.  The locale is different, the facists remain the same:

Red Sector Ahttp://youtube.com/watch?v=lrR6kh_uOUU

The lyrics:

All that we can do is just survive
All that we can do to help ourselves is stay alive

Ragged lines of ragged grey
Skeletons, they shuffle away
Shouting guards and smoking guns
Will cut down the unlucky ones

I clutch the wire fence until my fingers bleed
A wound that will not heal
A heart that cannot feel
Hoping that the horror will recede
Hoping that tomorrow well all be freed

Sickness to insanity
Prayer to profanity
Days and weeks and months go by
Dont feel the hunger
Too weak to cry

I hear the sound of gunfire at the prison gate
Are the liberators here?
Do I hope or do I fear?
For my father and my brother, its too late
But I must help my mother stand up straight

Are we the last ones left alive?
Are we the only human beings to survive?

"The Enemy Within"  = http://youtube.com/watch?v=5KeRL07xVAg

Things crawl in the darkness
That imagination spins
Needles at your nerve ends
Crawl like spiders on your skin

Pounding in your temples
And a surge of adrenaline
Every muscle tense to fence the enemy within

[Chorus:]
I'm not giving in to security under pressure
I'm not missing out on the promise of adventure
I'm not giving up on implausible dreams
Experience to extremes
Experience to extremes...

Suspicious looking stranger
Flashes you a dangerous grin
Shadows across your window...
Was it only trees in the wind?

Every breath a static charge,
A tongue that tastes like tin
Steely-eyed outside to hide the enemy within

To you, is it movement or is it action?
Is it contact or just reaction?
And you...revolution or just resistance?
Is it living, or just existence?
Yeah, you! It takes a little more persistence
To get up and go the distance

Even thought this was shot on the Grace Under Pressure tour,  "Witch Hunt" is off of the Moving Pictures album.  Remember this album came out in 1981!!!!

Witch Hunt = http://youtube.com/watch?v=ljSISPBITt4

The lyrics:

The night is black
Without a moon.
The air is thick and still.
The vigilantes gather on
The lonely torchlit hill.

Features distorted in the flickering light,
The faces are twisted and grotesque.
Silent and stern in the sweltering night,
The mob moves like demons possesed.
Quiet in conscience, calm in their right,
Confident their ways are best.

The righteous rise
With burning eyes
Of hatred and ill-will.
Madmen fed on fear and lies
To beat and burn and kill.

They say there are strangers who threaten us,
Our immigrants and infidels.
They say there is strangeness too dangerous
In our theaters and bookstore shelves.
Those who know what's best for us
Must rise and save us from ourselves.

Quick to judge,
Quick to anger,
Slow to understand
Ignorance and prejudice
And fear walk hand in hand...

Althought this song was written for nuclear war, the lyrics apply to every info warrior and specifically Alex Jones! IMO

Distant Early Warning = http://youtube.com/watch?v=qGBN48CPTUs&mode=related&search=

The Lyrics:

An ill wind comes arising
Across the cities of the plain
Theres no swimming in the heavy water
No singing in the acid rain
Red alert
Red alert

Its so hard to stay together
Passing through revolving doors
We need someone to talk to
And someone to sweep the floors
Incomplete
Incomplete

Chorus
The world weighs on my shoulders
But what am I to do?
You sometimes drive me crazy
But I worry about you
I know it makes no difference
To what youre going through
But I see the tip of the iceberg
And I worry about you...

Cruising under your radar
Watching from satellites
Take a page from the red book
Keep them in your sights
Red alert
Red alert

Left and rights of passage
Black and whites of youth
Who can face the knowledge
That the truth is not the truth?
Obsolete
Absolute

Chorus

Absalom, absalom, absalom

"Dollar Day for New Orleans (Katrina Klap)"
by Mos Def

(Speaks)

This is for the streets, the streets everywhere,
The streets affected by the storm called, America,
I’m doin’ this for ya’ll, as for me, for the Creator,

(Chorus)

God save these streets,
One dollar per every human being,
Feel that Katrina Clap,
See that Katrina Clap,

(Verse I)

Listen homie, It’s dollar day in New Orleans,
It’s where there water everywhere and people dead in the street (eet eets),
And Mr. President he ‘bout that cash,
He got a policy for handlin’ the bruthas and trash,
And if you poor you black,
I laugh a laugh, they won’t give when you ask,
You betta off on crack, dead or in jail, or with a gun in Iraq (a aq),
And it’s as simple as that,
No opinion my man it’s mathematical fact,
Listen, a million poor since 2004,
And they got illions and killions to waste on the War,
And make you question what the taxes is for,
Or the cost to reinforce the broke levee wall,
Tell the boss he shouldn’t be the boss anymore (or or),
Ya’ll bae-li-means (???),

(Chorus)

God save these streets,
One dollar per every human being,
Feel that Katrina Clap,
See that Katrina Clap,
God save these streets,
Quit bein’ cheap brutha freedom ain’t free,
Feel that Katrina Clap,
See that Katrina Clap,

Lord have mercy,
Lord God God save our souls,
A-God save our souls, A-God,
A-God save our souls,
Lord God God save our souls,
A-God save our soul soul soul,
Soul Survivor,

(Verse II)

It’s dollar day in New Orleans,
It’s where water everywhere and baby’s dead in the stree (ee eets),
It’s enough to make you holler out,
Like where the f**k is Sir Bono and his famous friends now,
Don’t get it twisted man I dig U2,
But if you aint about the ghetto, Then f**k You Too,
Who care bout Rock N’ Roll when babies can’t eat food,
Listen homie that shit ain’t cool,

It’s like dollar day for New Orleans,
It’s where the water everywhere and homies dead in the stree (ee eets),
And Mr. President’s a natural ass,
He out treatin’ bruthas worse than they treat the trash,

(Chorus)

God save these streets,
One dollar per every human being,
Feel that Katrina Clap!
See that Katrina Clap!
God save these streets,
Quit bein’ cheap brutha freedom ain’t free!
Feel that Katrina Clap!
See that Katrina Clap,

Soul Survivor,
Lord God God save our souls,
A-God save our souls, A-God,
A-God save our souls,
Lord God God save our souls,
A-God save our soul A-God A-God save us,

(Verse III)

Lord did not inten (yen-end) for the wicked to rule the world,
Say God could not inten (yen-end) for the wicked the rule the wor (o oorld),
God did not inten (yen-end) for the wicked to rule the world,
And even when they knew it’s a matter of truth, before they wicked ruling is through,

(Chorus)

God save these streets,
A-dollar day for New Orleans,
God save these streets,
Quit bein’ cheap homie freedom ain’t free,

God save these streets,
One dollar per every human being,
Feel that Katrina Clap!
See that Katrina Clap!
God save these streets,
Quit bein’ cheap brutha freedom ain’t free!
Feel that Katrina Clap!(Ha)
Ghetto Katrina Clap!(Ha)

Soul Survivor,
Lord God God save our souls,
A-God save God save our souls,

Feel that Katrina Clap!
Let’s make them dollars stack!
And rebuild these streets,
God save these streets,
God save these streets,
God save the soul,
Feel that Katrina Clap!
See that Katrina Clap!

Soul Survivor,

Don’t talk about it, Be about it, Peace.

Here is another one that hits a chord!!!!  And before anyone says it I will stop posting anymore Rush with this one.

Between The Wheels = http://youtube.com/watch?v=yPmuCmKmPr8&mode=related&search=

The Lyrics:

To live between a rock and a hard place
In between time
Cruising in prime time
Soaking up the cathode rays

To live between the wars in our time
Living in real time
Holding the good time
Holding on to yesterdays

[Chorus]

You know how that rabbit feels
Going under your speeding wheels
Bright images flashing by
Like windshields towards a fly

Frozen in the fatal climb
But the wheels of time
Just pass you by
Wheels can take you around
Wheels can cut you down
We can go from boom to bust
From dreams to a bowl of dust
We can fall from rockets' red glare
Down to "Brother can you spare..."
Another war
Another wasteland
And another lost generation

It slips between your hands like water
This living in real time
A dizzying lifetime
Reeling by on celluloid

Struck between the eyes
By the big-time world
Walking uneasy streets
Hiding beneath the sheets
Got to try and fill the void

[Chorus]

There's only one song I wanna hear for Alex's bumper music

Black Eyed Peas - where is the love

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJV9EMkv0u4

The rap part says it all

Whatever happened to the values of humanity
Whatever happened to the fairness and equality
Instead of spreading love, we're spreading anomosity
Lack of understanding, leading us away from unity

Half Life 2 battle songs (OK, I'm a little biased... Wink )

HL2_song16.mp3 would be an excellent choice.  It would be recognized by 25M people around the world, since that is how many have played this game.

In fact, Alex has already played this tune and a few others from the game as bumper music on his radio show.  They sound GREAT and are quite apropos.

(spoiler: the game is primarily about battling NWO-like forces in a post-apocalyptic environment.  VERY popular).

Rammstein's Amerika

Little Anti American no?

    Refrain:
    We're all living in America,
    America is wunderbar.
    We're all living in America,
    Amerika, Amerika.

When I'm dancing, I want to lead,
even if you all are spinning alone,
    let's exercise a little control.
I'll show you how it's done right.
We form a nice round (circle),
freedom is playing on all the fiddles,
music is coming out of the White House,
and near Paris stands Mickey Mouse.

    We're all living in America...

I know steps that are very useful,
and I'll protect you from missteps,
and anyone who doesn't want to dance in the end,
just doesn't know that he has to dance!
We form a nice round (circle),
I'll show you the right direction,
    to Africa goes Santa Claus,
and near Paris stands Mickey Mouse.

    We're all living in America,
    America is wunderbar.
    We're all living in America,
    Amerika, Amerika.
    We're all living in America,
    Coca-Cola, Wonderbra,
    We're all living in America,
    Amerika, Amerika.

This is not a love song,
this is not a love song.
I don't sing my mother tongue,
No, this is not a love song.

    We're all living in America,
    Amerika is wunderbar.
    We're all living in America,
    Amerika, Amerika.
    We're all living in America,
    Coca-Cola, sometimes WAR,
    We're all living in America,
    Amerika, Amerika.
