KEVIN JACKSON

… take a break from this BALTIMORE/FERGUSON racist Fairytale
and listen to this conservative black guy 'give 'em some truth':

Conservative Provocateur: ‘Democrats Have Raped Black People’
~> VIDEO: http://dailycaller.com/2015/05/02/conservative-provocateur-democrats-have-raped-black-people/

With degrees in electrical engineering, computer science and math, and multiple black belts in martial arts, this Texas-raised conservative wants to end identity politics for good in America. He thinks conservatives need new people, like him, selling conservative ideas.

If he gets the right attention and support, he just may put the left on defense.

Kevin Jackson was raised by his grandparents after his mother died when he was five. His father was in jail. His grandparents were caretakers on a huge ranch where the white family owners treated Kevin and his guardians like family, too. Color wasn’t ever an issue, he says. Because of this positive environment, he says he was raised both “rich and poor.” He explains more in his three books.

Now a popular blogger, appearing frequently on Fox News and the speaker circuit, the well-traveled Jackson loves America and says it is time to “show the idiocy of liberal ideas.” He has heard all the pejoratives thrown at him by liberals for violating their orthodoxy, but he is unapologetic in his pro-American, limited government views.

‘It’s Ridiculous and Enough Is Enough’:
Fed-Up Former FBI Official Chews Out
Baltimore Protesters for ‘Basically
Advocating Anarchy’

May. 3, 2015 9:06pm    Dave Urbanski

Tom Fuentes, a former FBI assistant director and former police officer, chewed out Baltimore protesters and city officials during an on-camera interview at a rally Saturday.

“For the last two hours I have listened to this screaming over here in front of several thousand people,” Fuentes told CNN’s Poppy Harlow. “They’re not saying some police are good, some are bad, let’s work together in the community and fix the problems we have.

“They are saying all police are bad, everybody that’s been locked up is good and should be released right now, and basically advocating anarchy in a town that averages five black kids being murdered a week … and the whole crowd is buying it and cheering it on. And I just think it’s ridiculous and enough is enough.”

Quote
“You have a black mayor, a black commissioner of police, 50 percent of the department is black, the last commissioner was black,” Fuentes pointed out. “Now if they can’t work together to try to fix what’s going on in this town and do something about the unbelievably high crime rate here and murder rate in Baltimore, then I don’t know, I think it’s almost going to be hopeless …”

Baltimore: Man reportedly shot at by police, pepper spray used against crowd
http://rt.com/usa/255517-baltimore-shot-pepper-spray/
May 04, 2015

A man was shot reportedly by the police during daytime protests in Baltimore on Monday afternoon.

The incident happened at 2:45 p.m. ET close to the intersection of Pennsylvania and North avenues in Baltimore near the epicenter of where protests have occurred in the days since the arrest and death last month of Freddie Gray, a young black man.

It was not immediate clear who had fired, but eyewitnesses at the scene and a reporter for Fox News said that it was an officer-involved shooting.

RT’s Manual Rapalo reported from the scene that authorities were quick to clear the scene by discharging pepper-spray as a crowd gathered. Fox captured paramedics rushing the man away and onto an ambulance.

Man has been reportedly shot at by police in Baltimore, in the corner of Pennsylvania and North streets, the epicenter of the protests.

Fox News reports the suspect was shot as he was “running away.” A revolver was found near the scene.

The suspect was rushed to the hospital, condition unknown.

It’s unclear what prompted the reported shooting.

This story is developing and will be updated.

Baltimore is the largest city in the U.S. state of Maryland, and the 26th-most populous city in the country. Founded in 1729, Baltimore is the second largest seaport in the Mid-Atlantic.

Conflicting reports on gun incident in Baltimore
« Reply #409 on: May 04, 2015, 03:53:06 PM »
Baltimore PD just did a presser saying the suspect was not hit by any gun fire, neither his own nor police.  He was found with a revolver and three loaded rounds, one having been spent.  The police were attempting to apprehend him for a handgun violation.

Witness still disagree.

A CNN correspondent just went on to air say that people on the ground neither trust the police to do an honest accounting of the incident nor does the current police account match multiple witnesses'.

Conflicting reports on gun incident in Baltimore
May 04, 2015

DEVELOPING: Conflicting reports about a police chase that may have involved gunfire roiled Baltimore Monday, just a week after riots rocked the city.

Initial reports, including from a Fox News Channel crew on the scene, said a man had been shot, but police then said a gun dropped by a man running from police went off, and that no one was hit by a bullet. Earlier, Baltimore Police tweeted the man was shot "multiple times," but police later said no one had been shot. The first report may have referred to a separate incident.

Police said the man's gun had fired when it fell during the chase. The witness, however, said she saw no weapon.

Police reportedly used pepper spray on the crowd after the shooting.

Baltimore Cops Deny Shooting Man During Chaotic Arrest Captured on Video
Jordan Sargent - 5/04/15

According to several witnesses, including producers at Fox News, Baltimore cops chased down and shot a man in the street this afternoon, but police officials say that no shooting occurred and the man was hospitalized “out of an abundance of caution.”

On Twitter, Fox’s Greta Van Sustren said that a crew working for the channel saw a man wounded by the officers. Van Sustren described the victim as “alive, but in bad shape” before being transported to the hospital, and Fox cameras caught footage of man being put into an ambulance.

That story runs counter to what was reported by witnesses at the scene, including one woman who spoke to a Fox reporter on the ground. That woman said that the victim, who she said was unarmed, was sitting with his friends on a bench when police approached. She said the man was shot in the back as he fled on foot.

Al Sharpton Reveals Federal Agenda: “We Need the Justice Department to Take Over Policing”
Mac Slavo - May 4th, 2015

It isn’t really about Freddie Gray. And it isn’t really about race, either.

It’s about federal power over policing in America.

That agenda, which SHTF reported on back in December, is made plain by the latest from the Rev. Al Sharpton.

His march on Washington isn’t just an attempt to stir up sympathy points in a divided political landscape. By his own words, Sharpton is trying to use the issue to fight states’ rights and have the Justice Department intervene at the federal level with local police affairs:

“We need the Justice Department to step in and take over policing in this country. In the 20th Century, we had to fight states’ rights to get the right to vote, and we got to fight states’ rights in terms of closing down police cases. Police must be held accountable. I don’t think all police are bad; I don’t even think most are bad; but those that are need to be held accountable.”

Black Crime Facts That The White Liberal Media Daren’t Talk About

Black Crime Facts That The White Liberal Media Daren’t Talk About
Police brutality targeting blacks will not subside until this becomes part of the national conversation
Paul Joseph Watson | May 4, 2015

Despite the revelation that half of the officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray – the incident that led to the Baltimore riots – are black, the narrative that black people are being disproportionately and unfairly targeted by predominantly white police officers and a racist criminal justice system in the United States continues to dominate.

This has led to the growth of a divisive movement – ‘Black Lives Matter’ – which has only served to further polarize America down racial lines, obsessing on skin color and invoking white guilt, while ignoring the true causes of and solutions to police brutality.

Until the following facts become part of the conversation, we’re never going to see a real reduction in the number of violent confrontations involving black people and police officers. But the mainstream media, political leaders and white people in general are afraid to even mention these facts for fear of being labeled racist.

I’m not here to win any popularity contests. I genuinely care about less black people and less police officers dying in the streets. So I’m going to give it to you straight.

Black people in the United States are more likely to be victims of violent confrontations with police officers than whites because they commit more violent crimes than whites per capita.

SAVAGE: OBAMA MAY ARM U.S. GANGS FOR RACE WAR

Warning of a coming race war, talk-radio host Michael Savage, appearing as a guest on Alex Jones “Infowars” program Monday, said President Obama would deputize and arm gang members such as the “Crips and the Bloods” to keep order in American streets.

“Remember my last book, ‘Stop the Coming Civil War’? Guess what. It started,” said Savage.

“Has there been a civil war? Yeah, it’s a slow-burning civil war. What do you think we are looking at here? It’s a race war. These are their shock troops, they don’t have the brown shirts yet, they don’t have the armbands, but soon Obama could deputize them. Isn’t that a natural army for him, Alex? Take the Crips and the Bloods, give them a green uniform and give them a weapon and they’ll keep order in the streets. Won’t they?”

The federally militarized corruption of all too many local police departments has led unavoidably to the failure of many of those local police departments; failure to uphold their basic responsibility and accountability to the citizenry which they are in fact apart, in spite of their militarized de facto de-civilianization.

Its not the weapons that turn a cop into a soldier, but the training, and its not just unaccountable federal militarization at the local level as so many good journalists have pointed out for years.  No, its worse than that, its unaccountable global militarization.  There's scarcely a hypothetical situation that could violate the third amendment more than hijacking the law enforcement mission of our family, our friends and our neighbors and make them occupiers living in our midsts.

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. - Third Amendment

Baltimore Police Major Attending UN “Peacekeeping” Course - 05 April 2013, excerpted
http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/crime/item/15009-baltimore-police-major-attending-un-peacekeeping-course
...the agenda is learning about “human rights” as defined by the international organization. Under the UN concept, rights are granted (and therefore can be qualified or withdrawn) by government. This concept is diametrically opposed to American traditions of unalienable rights endowed by God and guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.

...Baltimore Police Department Director of Public Affairs Anthony Guglielmi...  it was important to train the department’s commanders and “give them fresh perspectives and scenarios from outside the United States." He also noted that outside of the United States, in many countries at least, policing functions fall under the military. In other places, he added, “police departments are actually federalized, part of that military structure.”

...It will not be the first time that police officers from Baltimore are learning about military tactics, however. "We actually structured our police officer training around what the U.S. military is teaching troops in Afghanistan to kind of mobilize and engage the community,” Guglielmi said. “We use that same template, we brought in folks from the Department of Defense ... we learned from them." He said it was important to learn how to build relationships with the community.

The United States and International Civilian Policing (CIVPOL) - May 18, 2005, excerpted
http://2001-2009.state.gov/p/inl/rls/fs/47799.htm
CIVPOL missions vary. In some missions, officers perform typical law enforcement functions (patrol, investigation, etc.) in the absence of professional indigenous police forces. In other cases, CIVPOL may be responsible for restructuring, monitoring, and/or advising local police who are making the transition to democratic policing. They also may be directly involved in the training and development of local police.

...CIVPOL not only assist international military forces in the short term by addressing civilian law enforcement matters, but also help to develop the local democratic policing institutions that ultimately will be responsible for all law and order functions once the military and CIVPOL depart.

...[between 1994 and 2005], over 4,000 experienced U.S. police officers and law enforcement experts have participated in CIVPOL missions...

...To handle such a large task, the State Department contracts with private companies, currently DynCorp International, Civilian Police International LLC, and PAE Government Services, Inc....

“Accountability of UN civilian police [CivPol] involved in Trafficking of Women in Bosnia and Herzegovina”
http://www.monitor.upeace.org/pdf/bosnia.pdf
The main focus of this article is the accountability and immunity of United Nations Civilian Police monitors (hereinafter CivPol) involved in trafficking of women for the purpose of sexual exploitation. The emphasis is on Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter BiH), but the issues and problems it raises have been seen in other peacekeeping missions as well. One of the key issues will lie on criminal responsibility of CivPol and the level of their accountability for alleged crimes. This issue is looked at in relation to the failure and lack of political will for prosecutions of those responsible for these crimes. While on missions, CivPol enjoy immunity from criminal prosecutions.

Detective reveals expansive use of StingRay surveillance in Baltimore
April 09, 2015

The Baltimore Police Department used controversial cell phone surveillance tools more than 4,000 times since 2007, an officer revealed this week, but has stayed largely silent on the topic until now upon orders from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

In a rare admission, Detective Emmanuel Cabreja testified in court on Wednesday that the city has deployed “cell site simulators,” including the increasingly prevalent StingRay device, 4,300 times during the last eight years. According to the Baltimore Sun, Cabreja said he personally used that tool, and another known as a ‘Hailstorm’, upwards of 800 times during only a two-year span.

Baltimore riots: FBI admits monitoring Freddie Gray protests with spy planes
http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/baltimore-riots-fbi-admits-monitoring-freddie-gray-protests-with-spy-planes-10233290.html
Justin Carissimo - 07 May 2015 - excerpted

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has admitted using secret planes to monitor the civil unrest in after protests turned violent following the death of Freddie Gray.

Baltimore police requested aerial support from the FBI to investigate riots after the death of Freddie Gray, spokesperson Amy Thoreson confirmed to the Baltimore Sun.

“The aircraft were specifically used to assist in providing high-altitude  observation of potential criminal activity to enable rapid response by police officers on the ground,” Ms Thoreson said....

...The light aircraft used infrared technology to monitor movements of people on the ground, a source told the Washington Post on the condition of anonymity.

“These are not your parents’ surveillance aircraft,” Jay Stanley of the ACLU told the writes for MSNBC.

“Today, planes can carry new surveillance technologies, like cellphone trackers and high-resolution cameras that can follow the movements of many people at once. These are not the kinds of things that law enforcement should be using in secret.”

Mr Stanley and fellow civil liberties advocates are concerned that the planes were merely patrolling or using “very and very powerful” information gathering technologies.

About TWO DOZEN Murders Have Happened
In Baltimore Since Freddie Gray Fell Into Coma

ERIC OWENS
10:37 PM 05/09/2015

The city of Baltimore, Md. has been home to roughly two dozen murders since police arrested Freddie Gray on April 12 for possession of an illegal switchblade.

At some point while police were transporting Gray in a police van, he fell into a coma. Police then took the 25-year-old man to a trauma center, where he died 10 days later.

Meanwhile, searchable data from The Baltimore Sun shows that 26 homicides have occurred in the city limits of Baltimore during the last 30 days — or since April 9.

"
There have been 82 homicides in Baltimore thus far in 2015.

… just out @WND … Must Read!

Blacks need to get over their ‘blackness’ and become Americans
rather than ‘African-Americans. They must overcome their false
sense of victimhood and stop blaming whites. They need to stop
relying on the government and leaders so they can become
independent and think for themselves.”

TODAY'S BLACK LEADERS 'WORSE
THAN KKK, SKINHEADS COMBINED'

We may 'continue to be divided for another 50 years'

Baltimore is in crisis. Violent crime is surging. Police are afraid to chase crooks, because they fear for their jobs. And State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, who filed charges against six officers in the death of Freddie Gray, is partying with pop stars even as her case falls apart.

Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson calls it nothing less than a “betrayal” of the civil-rights movement and says the situation in Baltimore illustrates how African-Americans are worse off than they were 50 years ago.

And he’s not hesitant to pin the blame.

“Modern-day civil-rights leaders are the worst enemy of black Americans,” he charged. “These black ‘leaders’ are worse than the Ku Klux Klan and skinheads combined.”

More than 50 people have been shot in Baltimore since the city was gripped by riots and disorder following the death of Freddie Gray. Homicides are up from last year after last weekend’s wave of shootings. There are even safety concerns for the upcoming Preakness horse race in Baltimore Saturday.

Quote
… Peterson also believes whites are enabling black
dysfunction by refusing to tell the truth about race.

Quote
He remains pessimistic about the situation of blacks in America.
“I cannot think of any notable positive developments taking place at this time,” he said.

There is a big difference between a binge of violence and a protest. A protest is a statement - orally or in writing - that you take exception to something somebody did or said. A binge of violence is just a binge of violence, and that is what it ought to be called. There are plenty of reasons to take exception to the treatment of Freddie Gray by the officers who took him in custody, and it would not be surprising to see the day coming soon when these officers will have just become former police officers. That will happen, if it happens, because people raised questions about what happened in that incident. The raising of questions was the protest. The burning of stores and vehicles was just the burning of stores and vehicles.

A massive trove of evidence has been given by Baltimore prosecutors to lawyers representing the six officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray — and it may include evidence that conflicts with what Donta Allen, the man who rode in the van with Gray, told reporters.

Attorneys in Freddie Gray Case Drop Bombshell
Claim About Evidence They Say Was
Withheld by Prosecution

Aug. 7, 2015  2:36pm    Jon Street  Story by the Associated Press

BALTIMORE (AP) — Attorneys for the six police officers charged in Freddie Gray’s death say prosecutors steered investigators away from allegations about Gray’s behavior in past interactions with law enforcement. The attorneys claim detectives were told Gray had a history of participating in “crash-for-cash” schemes in which people hurt themselves to collect settlements – a piece of information attorneys say would be useful for their case.

"

In a motion filed Thursday in Baltimore Circuit Court,
defense attorneys allege that investigators for the
Baltimore Police Department had information that
Gray had a history of intentionally injuring himself
in order to collect insurance money.

…...defense attorneys have asked for State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby
and her office to be removed from the case, citing alleged conflicts of interest.

Ferguson protesters arrested as county declares state of emergency

Ferguson, Missouri (CNN)—As police rounded up protesters at a federal courthouse in St. Louis on Monday, a top county official declared a state of emergency, saying violence had marred demonstrations marking the one-year anniversary of Michael Brown's death.

"The recent acts of violence will not be tolerated in a community that has worked so tirelessly over the last year to rebuild and become stronger," St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger said in a statement.

The arrests came shortly after the St. Louis County Police Department announced it had arrested a teenager who police shot after he unleashed a "remarkable amount of gunfire" on officers during Sunday's protests in Ferguson
-- a characterization the man's aunt contends is not true

… WashPo reports on OATH KEEPERS and
INFOWARS … and confuses the whole issue …

Who are the Oath Keepers, and why has
the armed group returned to Ferguson?

Sarah Larimer and Abby Phillip August 11 at 12:49 PM

On Monday night, protesters again gathered in the streets of Ferguson, Mo. Demonstrations in the St. Louis suburb have flared up in recent days to mark the one-year anniversary of the death of Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager who was fatally shot by a white police officer.

[In Ferguson, protesters challenge state of emergency]

Also on the scene overnight: Members of a citizen militia group known as the Oath Keepers.

The men — all of them white and heavily armed — said they were in the area to protect someone who worked for the Web site Infowars.com, which is affiliated with talk-radio conspiracy theorist and self-described “thought criminal against Big Brother” Alex Jones.

An e-mail to Oath Keepers was not immediately returned Tuesday.

But here, from the Alex Jones Channel on YouTube, are videos of Oath Keepers engaging with some of the Ferguson protesters:

Sharpton calls for justice department takeover of policing

by IAN HANCHETT   30 Apr 2015117

Rev. Al Sharpton called for the Justice Department to “take over policing in this country” and stated “we’re going to have to fight states’ rights” in comments recorded by the Baltimore Sun on Thursday.

Sharpton said, “we need the Justice Department to step in and take over policing in this country. In the 20th century, they had to fight states’ rights in — to get the right to vote. We’re going to have to fight states’ rights in terms of closing down police cases.”

He added, “police must be held accountable. I don’t think all police are bad. I don’t even think most are bad. But those that are need to be held accountable.”

Feds returning to local crime fight
Kevin Johnson, USA TODAY  September 28, 2015

WASHINGTON — Mounting concern over recent violent crime surges in some U.S. cities has prompted the Justice Department to call a meeting next month of more than a dozen local law enforcement officials to deal with persistent public safety threats, ranging from criminal gangs to domestic violence, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates told USA TODAY in an interview.

The Justice summit builds on an increasing federal re-engagement with local police whose forces in the past two years have been buffeted by questions over lethal force policies and flagging public trust.

Earlier this year, in the face of rising tensions between the police and the public in communities across the nation, a special White House policing task force issued a slate of recommendations aimed at restoring public confidence. The Justice Department also has opened inquiries into the operations of more than 20 police departments across the country since 2009, including earlier this year in Baltimore where days of civil unrest was sparked by the death of a local man in police custody.

"
… our response is always going to be the same:
that is to dig in to try to find out what the causes are.''

Earlier this summer, while cities such as Chicago and Baltimore continued to battle worrisome rashes of violence, Attorney General Loretta Lynch directed the nation's 93 U.S. attorneys to begin gathering information about local crime trends in their jurisdictions to better measure the needs of state, county and municipal agencies.

... UPDATE!

Two Freddie Gray Officers File Suit Against Maryland
By admin on May 26, 2016

Quote
The Baltimore police officers charged with the death of Freddie Gray are in a similar situation. With one hung jury and one not guilty verdict already handed down, the chances of them being convicted grow smaller every day. But even if they are exonerated, their lives can never go back to normal. They will forever be tainted by an incident that may very well have been out of their control.

Two of those officers are fighting back. Alicia White and William Porter have filed suit against Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby, Sam Cogen of the Sheriff’s Office, and the state of Maryland in an attempt to get some basic compensation for what they claim was an “overzealous prosecution.”

According to the lawsuit, Mosby made several public statements last year that were untrue and inflammatory, thus harming the officers’ reputations and their right to justice. The suit claims that neither Mosby nor Cogen had the right to charge them criminally “when such charges were unsupported by the facts and evidence.”

They allege that the charges and the statements were pushed through for ulterior motives.

Highest Ranking Officer Found Not Guilty
Of All Charges In Freddie Gray Case

July 18, 2016 9:13 AM   By Brandon Longo

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore Circuit Court Judge Barry Williams has ruled that Lt. Brian Rice, the highest-ranking Baltimore City Police officer facing charges in connection to the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray, is not guilty of all the charges he faced — involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office.

“The judge decided that there was no proof of any of the charges ..."

“I already knew,” Baltimore resident Perry Bailey Jr. told WJZ after news of the verdict reached the streets of Baltimore Monday morning. “All six officers that’s involved with the Freddie Gray trial, all of them will be found not guilty and the reason why is because the system is biased.”
