RON PAUL: LOCAL POLICE NOT ‘WARRIORS’ - "Police are supposed to be local people, and they’re supposed to be peace officers"
http://www.infowars.com/ron-paul-local-police-not-warrior/

Quote
Former Rep. Ron Paul on Monday called for the elimination of the Defense Department program that has transferred billions of dollars in surplus military equipment to local and state agencies.

“It should be gotten rid of,” the Texas Republican said on MSNBC of the Pentagon 1033 program, which has come under increased scrutiny because of the equipment used by St. Louis County police forces in Ferguson, Missouri.

“Police are supposed to be local people, and they’re supposed to be peace officers,” he added. “They’re not supposed to be warriors.”

The former presidential candidate and libertarian favorite said he was “strongly opposed” to the program when it was introduced in Congress in the 1990s.

I agree! Also, some of them are probably fed provocateurs! Got to keep the racial division going to justify the police state and divert from the takedown of America on many fronts!  >:(

The police mishandled this from the start, and the buck stops with them and their police state overkill unprofessional tactics!  Shameful!

… it does look like the local cops (and Feds) have
been trying to ramp up the racial divides from the
start. It's still to be seen if the shooter cop, Wilson,
just killed Brown for the hell of it, or if it was more
in self defence … myself, I tend not to believe Johnson's
version … he was, after all, Brown's buddy and perhaps
partner in crime.

Also, the protesters got pretty violent the first night,
as I remember … looting and burning … the cops HAD to
do something to get a handle on that … but with all the
First Infantry gizmos and machine guns they were, as advertised,
WAY OVER THE TOP and continue to make things worse.
With the Black Panthers and Black Muslims now running the
show, it is … as ncjoe says … no longer a 'protest march' …
it's communist agenda 101.

Absolutely! Perfectly stated by Ron Paul.

Back in the day Policemen walked the beat
in the neighborhoods, got to know the people
they served … they dressed more like milk men
and less like robocop. If the SHTF for some reason
there was the local State-run National Guard who
were 'military-lite' and could maintain order on a
larger scale. Now, the National Guard, for the most part,
are fighting Rothschild's wars in who-knows-where.

I just finished watching all the live streams, I had multiple windows open and then I watched the press conference.  The Captain from the State police said there were 7-8 arrests and that there had been coordinated, premeditated violent attacks on police tonight, including protesters that came to attack the staging area at Target with Molotov cocktails. He said these attacks invoked a response from the police.

Well there was no sign that I could see of an attack at the staging area. Nothing seemed coordinated, in fact nothing seemed to go down on the protesters side until the police started shooting tear gas at them at 8:30pm, 3 and half hours ahead of curfew. One of the streams I was watching was VICE news, independent media and they decided to wander off from the press are at the Target and saw them bringing people in on a bus, far more than the 7 or 8 that police claim to have been arrested. The Captain was also asked how he knew the attacks were coordinated, by multiple journalists, in which there was no response and he was quickly wisked away. They are really trying to control the narrative.

To me it seems that the police are provoking the situation in order to incite violence to bring this situation to a rapid end. VICE went off air so I'm waiting until tomorrow to see what else they have to say as they got caught filming the bus and was sent back to the media staging area, after the press conference they were going to try and sneak back to the bus. I'll leave the link. It starts just as they are about to leave the press conference.

Autopsy Shows Michael Brown Was Struck at Least 6 Times
By FRANCES ROBLES and JULIE BOSMANAUG. 17, 2014

FERGUSON, Mo. — Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.

One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.

Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.
...

Mr. Brown was a big man at 6-foot-4 and 292 pounds, though his family and friends described him as quiet and shy, a homebody who lived with his grandmother.

DEATH WISH? Media Draws Map to Home of Ferguson Police Officer Who Shot Mike Brown
Posted by Jim Hoft on Saturday, August 16, 2014, 4:38 PM

Is the media trying to get Ferguson police office Darren Wilson lynched?

CNN broadcast a report Friday that showed the house, including the street number, of the Ferguson police officer who police say shot Mike Brown. The officer has been in hiding due to death threats since the shooting last Saturday. His name, Darren Wilson, was just released Friday morning.

Another news outlet apologized for broadcasting video of Wilson’s home while others have virtually drawn a map to Wilson’s house for those bent on vengeance.

Yahoo News named the community Wilson where Wilson resides and published a photograph of the officer.

The UK Daily Mail also named the community, posted photos of the officer and gave a description of the house.

USA Today also named the community and reported a local police presence.

The Washington Post named the street where Wilson lives.

In the video report, CNN reporter Ed Lavandera is seen walking in the street where Wilson lives. The CNN video shows a wide view of Wilson’s house and then pans around the street to show its relative position in the neighborhood. While Lavandera does not name the street, he gives its approximate location.

Missouri governor sends National Guard to Ferguson
6 hours ago

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon ordered the National Guard to Ferguson early Monday, hours after police used tear gas to clear protesters off the streets following a week of demonstrations against the fatal police shooting of a black Missouri teenager.

In a statement, Nixon said the National Guard would help "in restoring peace and order" to the St. Louis suburb that has been filled almost nightly with angry, defiant crowds since 18-year-old Michael Brown was killed Aug. 9.

"These violent acts are a disservice to the family of Michael Brown and his memory and to the people of this community who yearn for justice to be served and to feel safe in their own homes," Nixon said.

How can you have your hands up after getting shot in the arm? So did he get shot in the back?

'Don't know' if Missouri teen shot with hands up

By ALAN SCHER ZAGIER
From Associated Press
August 18, 2014 12:33 PM EST

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — A Missouri teenager fatally shot by police suffered a bullet wound to his right arm that may indicate his hands were up or his back was turned to the shooter, but "we don't know," a pathologist hired by the teen's family said Monday.

An independent autopsy determined that 18-year-old Michael Brown was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, according to the family's attorneys and hired pathologists. Brown was unarmed when he was shot by a police officer Aug. 9 in Ferguson, touching off a week of rancorous protests in the St. Louis suburb. Police have used riot gear and tear gas, and the governor called in the National Guard early Monday to help.

Forensic pathologist Shawn Parcells, who assisted former New York City chief medical examiner Dr. Michael Baden during the private autopsy, said a bullet graze wound on Brown's right arm could have occurred in several ways. He said the teen may have had his back to the shooter, or he could have been facing the shooter with his hands above his head or in a defensive position.

Governor Nixon: No curfew in Ferguson Monday night

(KTVI) – Missouri Governor Jay Nixon says law enforcement will not use a curfew Monday night in Ferguson.  In a news release, Nixon said the role of the National Guard will be to protect the Unified Command Center so that officers can protect peaceful protesters, citizens and property.

Nixon says coordinated attacks Sunday night on officers and civilians prompted him to activate the National Guard to help restore peace.

The curfew was instituted on Saturday, but looters and aggressors have mostly ignored it and tried to attack police.

U.S. Army Releases Action Plan for Civil Unrest During Ferguson Riot

Additional effort to nullify Posse Comitatus

On Friday, as the disturbances in Missouri reached a crescendo, the Department of the Army released an innocuously titled document, ATP 3-39.33.

The document provides an action plan for the military as it responds – in violation of Posse Comitatus – to the exercise of the First Amendment and the right of the people to seek redress of grievances as guaranteed by the First Amendment.

“The Constitution of the United States provides two exceptions for which the Posse Comitatus Act does not apply,” the ATP 3-39.33 document argues. “These exceptions are based upon the inherent right of the U.S. government to ensure the preservation of public order and to carrying out governmental operations within its territorial limits by force, if necessary.”

From lordssyndicate Prison Planet Forum. The federal government is gaming the situation, laying the bait so to speak.

http://www.indepthinfo.com/rand/game-theory.htm
The RAND Corporation and Game Theory

Game theory is the idea that games can be used in order to understand, and predict complicated human behavior. The idea first came under intense study in the late 1940s and early 1950s. John Williams, one of the founding fathers of the RAND corporation, was fascinated with the idea that game theory could help American analysts to calculate the possible Soviet responses in the event of a nuclear conflict. RAND would hire the foremost thinkers in Game Theory including John von Neumann, the author of Theory of Games and Economic Behavior, John Nash, as well as list of prominent economists.1

The classic example of a game in game theory is one that presupposes that two bank robbers have been arrested. They have stashed the loot and they are the only two who know where the money is hidden. Each is held separately and told by the District Attorney that if he confesses, rats on his partner, and tells where the loot is stashed, he will go free. If both partners confess, they will both end up getting reduced time (two years in prison). If neither confesses, there will be insufficient evidence to convict either one and they can later rendezvous and split the money.2

The consequences of the various decisions can be interpolated to the nuclear question. For RAND the question was what would the Soviets do if both sides have nuclear weapons? If both sides cooperated the results would be a peaceful world. But since both sides had difficulty trusting each other, either one might be prompted to make a pre-emptive strike to ensure their own survival. This prompted the people at RAND to advocate that the United States have a second strike capability that would ensure that the Soviets would be punished if they should make an unprovoked attack. This led to the idea of mutually assured destruction, which proved to be sufficient deterrent for conflict for over 40 years.

More than a dozen witnesses have backed up the account of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the controversial shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, police sources reportedly told St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter Christine Byers.

Byers also reported on Monday that Brown’s body was transported from the county medical examiner to a funeral home and then back to the medical examiner for three autopsies.

A document released by the U.S. Army details preparations for “full scale riots” within the United States during which troops may be forced to engage in a “lethal response” to deal with unruly crowds of demonstrators.
The appearance of the document amidst growing unrest in Ferguson, Missouri, with the National Guard now being called in to deal with the disorder, is an ominous coincidence.

The 132-page document, titled U.S. Army Techniques Publication 3-39.33: Civil Disturbances (PDF), was written in April 2014 and recently obtained by Public Intelligence.

SAN DIEGO (AP) — Move over vampires, goblins and haunted houses, this kind of Halloween terror aims to shake up even the toughest warriors: An untold number of so-called zombies are coming to a counterterrorism summit attended by hundreds of Marines, Navy special ops, soldiers, police, firefighters and others to prepare them for their worst nightmares.

"This is a very real exercise, this is not some type of big costume party," said Brad Barker, president of Halo Corp, a security firm hosting the Oct. 31 training demonstration during the summit at a 44-acre Paradise Point Resort island on a San Diego bay. "Everything that will be simulated at this event has already happened, it just hasn't happened all at once on the same night. But the training is very real, it just happens to be the bad guys we're having a little fun with."

Hundreds of military, law enforcement and medical personnel will observe the Hollywood-style production of a zombie attack as part of their emergency response training.

In the scenario, a VIP and his personal detail are trapped in a village, surrounded by zombies when a bomb explodes. The VIP is wounded and his team must move through the town while dodging bullets and shooting back at the invading zombies. At one point, some members of the team are bit by zombies and must be taken to a field medical facility for decontamination and treatment.
,,,
Called "Zombie Apocalypse," the exercise follows the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's campaign launched last year that urged Americans to get ready for a zombie apocalypse, as part of a catchy, public health message about the importance of emergency preparedness.
...

"The defining characteristics of zombies are that they're unpredictable and resilient. That may be a good way to prepare for what the Pentagon calls asymmetric warfare," Thompson said.

Organizers can also avoid the pitfalls of using a mock enemy who could be identified by nationality, race or culture — something that could potentially be seen as offensive

In a suburb with an unemployment rate of 65%, and all of the reins of power are held in the hands of a white minority (this is nation-wide), and 98% of the police force is neither of that community nor of the same race . . . and many still assume that Black people are not serious? . . . Yet you expect others to take you serious about your own angst against your own tyrannical government? . . . wtf!?

Police shot and killed man near Ferguson, Missouri

Posted: Aug 19, 2014 2:05 PM CST

Two police officers shot and killed a 23-year-old man near Ferguson, Missouri, after he brandished a knife, according to NBC News.

The incident happened about three miles away from Ferguson, Missouri. Chief Sam Dotson, of the St. Louis metropolitan police, said after taking energy drinks and a package of pastries from a nearby convenience store, the man was "acting erratically, walking back and forth, up and down the street." Dotson said the officers repeatedly asked him to drop the knife. The man then said "shoot me now, kill me now."

The man was shot and killed when came within three or four feet of the two officers, according to Dotson.

NBC News says the area had a heavy police presence and was marked off by yellow tape. Around 100 people also gathered in the area.

Could these shooters be third party mossad contractors like what happened in the MAIDAN?

Captain Johnson said two demonstrators had been shot - but not by police

grabs something from a convenience store,

suicide-via-cop. Couldn't be more 'scripted' or

MK Tell-A-Vision    ;D

Well, if our worst fears are coming true … that TPTB want
to ignite a race war … for all their usual reasons … they would
probably have some wack-a-doodle patsies that they could
roll out to play the all-to-eager cops against the populace …
get everyone shooting everyone … "sounds like a plan".

***BREAKING NEWS*** Remember, you saw it and heard it here first. We have heard (from a VERY connected national media source) that Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be cleared in the shooting of Michael Brown. The key: Dorian Johnson has now
admitted that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson and attempted to take his gun. OFFICER WILSON WILL NOT BE CHARGED! This is scary. When this news is made official, we all have reason to be concerned about the reaction.

BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown Attack

Posted by Jim Hoft on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, 10:00 AM

The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.

Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

orbital blowout

A blowout fracture is a fracture of one or more of the bones surrounding the eye and is commonly referred to as an orbital floor fracture. (AAPOS)

This comes after St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter tweeted out last night that a dozen local witnesses confirmed Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson’s version of the Brown shooting story.

Before conference starts. 3 guns shown. I hear journalist say, and I quote, "what the f**k am I looking at here? It looks like guns that have never been fired, in fact they're all the same exact guns. They must think we're f**king stupid"

Damnit, I was going to go to bed, now I'm waiting for the conference.

You've got to hear this press conference. It was so scripted, the commander reads off the paper how he stopped by some woman's yard and eat hotdogs and drank water with her, except he seemed surprised that he did that. Did he not even read the paper before he went out there?

They had a vehicle in the area of the command post that was making threats towards officers. They identified the vehicle, pulled it over and confiscated 2 weapons and they also confiscated another weapon from another arrest. Also stated that they arrested one guy from out of town 3 times this week. Let me tell you going through Mardi Gras every year if you go to jail you stay there until Mardi Gras is over. Why cant they do the same here?

Journalist asked cop after conference what kind of guns are they he said 380s, samd make and model didn't know the exact name. OMG LMAO What are the freaking odds?

I just saw the livestream for that press conference with the guns too.

First, Sheriff Johnson started his conference with a prayer. That is a bit edgy because he is acting as part of the state government, and not everyone there is guaranteed to be from that religion. Johnson also referred to prayer as he spoke, saying the 'agitators' rudely chanting through a clergy member's prayer, as they tried to engage in 'legitimate' protest. In certain cities, this prayer procedure would be questioned, and it would be a total cultural clash if you brought him to New York or California. But okay.

Then they just said "we seized one of these guns from an individual carrying it, and the other two were seized in a vehicle stop". He didn't say "and they didn't have a license". It is legal to own a gun. I think if you don't have a concealed carry permit, you are supposed to keep a gun unloaded in the trunk or something like that. He didn't say why they arrested either party, other than for carrying the guns.

at the end of the conference, they were asking how long they could hold the agitators without charge, and he said maybe 8 hours or so.

The livestream for this should be archived here : http://new.livestream.com/accounts/9035483/events/3271930/videos/59905403

I forgot to mention, the national gaurd at one point was on camera with a tripod and camera of their own. I got to thinking there must be a pysop group there besides the MPs and they are probably writing the narrative.
