SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Assault Weapons Ban and Law Enforcement Protection Act of 2007'.
SEC. 2. REINSTATEMENT FOR 10 YEARS OF REPEALED CRIMINAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO ASSAULT WEAPONS AND LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICES.
This one is even worse than the last. A weapon is banned by having a detachable magazine and one (1) additional feature (pistol grip, folding/telescoping stock, forward grip, barrel shroud, threaded barrel).

When this bill gains traction, the price of assault weapons will increase dramatically and ammo will be harder to find.
