Boggs was most likely the motivator of Jim Garrison (yet he never acknowledged that)

BOGGS, Thomas Hale, Sr., (1914 - 1972)
Boggs had doubts that John F. Kennedy and J. D. Tippit had been killed by Lee Harvey Oswald and that Jack Ruby was not part of any conspiracy." According to Bernard Fensterwald: "Almost from the beginning, Congressman Boggs had been suspicious over the FBI and CIA's reluctance to provide hard information when the Commission's probe turned to certain areas, such as allegations that Oswald may have been an undercover operative of some sort. When the Commission sought to disprove the growing suspicion that Oswald had once worked for the FBI, Boggs was outraged that the only proof of denial that the FBI offered was a brief statement of disclaimer by J. Edgar Hoover. It was Hale Boggs who drew an admission from Allen Dulles that the CIA's record of employing someone like Oswald might be so heavily coded that the verification of his service would be almost impossible for outside investigators to establish."

It has been claimed by John Judge that when Alan Dulles was asked by Hale Boggs about releasing the evidence, he replied, "Go ahead and print it, nobody will read it anyway."

According to one of his friends: "Hale felt very, very torn during his work (on the Commission) ... he wished he had never been on it and wished he'd never signed it (the Warren Report)." Another former aide argued that, "Hale always returned to one thing: Hoover lied his eyes out to the Commission - on Oswald, on Ruby, on their friends, the bullets, the gun, you name it."

Thomas Hale Boggs disappeared while on a campaign flight from Anchorage to Juneau, Alaska, on 16th October, 1972. Also killed in the accident was Nick Begich, a member of the House of Representatives. No bodies were ever found and in 1973 his wife, Lindy Boggs, was elected in her husband's place.

The Los Angeles Star, on November 22, 1973, reported that before his death Boggs claimed he had "startling revelations" on Watergate and the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

A New Orleans-style goodbye set for Lindy Boggs

Last Modified: Thursday, August 01, 2013 8:47 PM

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — It was a New Orleans-style send-off for Lindy Boggs: Scores of her friends, family and colleagues gathered Thursday in a historic French Quarter cathedral to hear dignitaries praise the former Democratic congresswoman as a gracious but iron-willed fighter for her home city and for the civil rights of women and minorities.

Boggs died Saturday at age 97.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called her a "diamond magnolia." John Lewis, the African-American civil rights leader and longtime Georgia congressman, referred to Boggs, a plantation-born white Southerner, as "my friend, my colleague, my sister."

Boggs' grandson, Thomas Hale Boggs III, read messages of condolence from President Barack Obama and former President Bill Clinton. There were emotional tributes from Mayor Mitch Landrieu; former U.S. Sen. John Breaux; and two more grandchildren, Elizabeth Boggs Davidsen and Rebecca Boggs Roberts delivered as Boggs' children, journalist Cokie Roberts and lobbyist Thomas Hale Boggs Jr., watched.

Boggs represented New Orleans for 18 years after succeeding her late husband, Thomas Hale Boggs Sr., in the House of Representatives. She later served as the U.S. ambassador to the Vatican.
Boggs' congressional service began when, in a special election in 1973, voters elected her to finish the term of her husband, whose plane had disappeared over Alaska six months earlier. Between them, they served a half-century in the House. He was first elected in 1940, two years after the couple married.

She was the first woman elected to Congress from Louisiana. When she announced her retirement in 1990, she was the only white representative of a majority-black district in Congress. "I am proud to have played a small role in opening doors for blacks and women," she said at the time.

Interesting - try to find a photo of LBJ's limo in the JFK motorcade in Dealey plaza....
Did LBJ "Duck"?

January 27, 1996
Former Texas Senator Ralph Yarborough Dies

Senator Yarborough with JFK & LBJ

7: LBJ and the Connally - Yarborough incident
According to this one there was a severe argument between LBJ and JFK regarding the seating arrangement in the Dallas motorcade. JFK wanted Senator Ralph Yarborough to sit in the same car with Johnson and Governor Connally in the Presidential limousine. On the contrary LBJ was furious with this arrangement since he hated Yarborough for his political views and he demanded that Connally sit next to him and Yarborough sit with Kennedy. Those who believe that LBJ planned the plot take this incident as proof that LBJ knew that an assassination attempt was to happen during the parade in Dallas and he wanted to protect his good friend Connally and have Yarborough shot along with JFK.

The problem is that LBJ refused to sit next to the senator not because he knew about the assassination, but because he disliked the man and could not stand the sight of him. And it was mutual.

When Kennedy arrived in Texas, Connally organized a dinner in his mansion to honor the President. Yarborough was furious when he learned that he was not placed at the head table with Kennedy and that his wife was not invited at all. He was fuming and he held LBJ responsible for the arrangement and refused to sit next to him. That was the cause of the heated argument between JFK and LBJ that many overheard.

November 1963

Yarborough rode in the Dallas motorcade in which John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963. He was in a convertible with Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, Lady Bird Johnson (who sat between Yarborough and Johnson), United States Secret Service agent Rufus Youngblood, and Hurchel Jacks of the Texas State Highway Patrol.

From the start of the President's tour of Texas, Yarborough considered that he had been slighted by some of the arrangements and so, in the early stages, refused to ride with Johnson, despite repeated pleas by Youngblood.[8] His decision, underpinned by a long-standing feud with Governor Connally,[9] an old friend and erstwhile ally of Johnson, caused embarrassment to both the President and Vice-President and drew considerable diversionary attention in the press.[10]

According to Johnson, Kennedy considered Yarborough's behavior "an outrage"[11] and there is some evidence of a heated exchange between Kennedy and Johnson the night before the President's death. According to Johnson's biographer, Robert Caro, the following morning in Fort Worth, Kennedy intervened directly with Yarborough, making clear that, if he valued his friendship, he would ride with Johnson when the party reached Dallas.

Then, during the short flight from Fort Worth, Kennedy persuaded Connally to give Yarborough a more prominent role in some of the later functions planned in Austin.[12] In the ensuing motorcade, the car carrying Yarborough and the Vice President was two cars behind that carrying Kennedy and Connally (who was seriously wounded during the attack on the President).[13] In a later interview, Yarborough called the event, "the most tragic event of my life."[14] Shortly after Johnson became President, Yarborough telephoned him in conciliatory and supportive terms

EXPOSED! Former Presidential aide says he has bombshell new evidence revealing America’s greatest coverup claiming that VP Lyndon Johnson was behind the assassination of President JOHN F. KENNEDY.

President John F. Kennedy’s world-shattering assassination while riding in a Dallas motorcade was masterminded by the power- crazed man who took his place in the White House – then Vice President Lyndon Johnson!

Those are the bombshell charges dropped in a blockbuster new book coming out on the eve of the 50th anniversary of JFK’s death by Roger Stone. The author previously  worked on the Committee to Re-Elect Nixon in 1972 and then served in the Office of Economic Opportunity during Nixon’s scandal ridden second administration.

“If Roger Stone is right – this will change American history forever,” says a long-time Washington insider.

Does anyone have pictures of LBJ ducking down in his limo as he reached Dealey Plaza? The assertion by Jean Hill, as noted in this video, that he was practically on the floor before he reached Elm Street is interesting and I would like to know if it can be verified. Thanks all.

LBJ's Secret Service Instructed Motorcade Route Changed - Johnson ducked before the shooting! (lady in Red)

Lyndon Johnson is MISSING in the famous Altgens photo

I  think Lyndon Johnson was fully aware that death was awaiting John Kennedy on Elm Street. Meaning: LBJ was in on the assassination and aware of the details of it. The world famous Altgens photo was taken approx 1-3 seconds after the first shot in Dealey Plaza.

The first car is JFK's limo. Question has JFK already been hit at this point, perhaps from the front in the throat. The second car is the "Queen Mary" containing a bunch of secret service guys. Clint Hill is the closest one to the lovely Jackie Kennedy.

In the third car back, a Lincoln convertible I think, we see Lady Bird Johnson sitting in the back middle wearing a white pill box hat. To her left is Texas Senator Ralph Yarborough, who hates LBJ by the way. Lyndon Johnson tried to have Ralph Yarborough put in into JFK's limo and Connally put back with him and Lady Bird. LBJ did this the day of the assassination.

Sitting to the right of Lady Bird - or rather, DUCKING to the right of Lady Bird, is Lyndon Johnson. Do you see him ... or is he MISSING from the photo?
Lyndon Johnson ALSO tried to - before the Texas trip - plead/argue/demand with John Kennedy so that Jackie would ride in Lyndon's car!; probably because LBJ did not want Jackie to get HER brains blown out, because LBJ was a "gentleman."

So the big question I have for you, is WHERE IS LYNDON JOHNSON IN THE ALTGEN'S PHOTO? I don't see him. Do you?

The Senator who Suspected a JFK Conspiracy

In 1963, on the day John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Ralph Yarborough rode in the motorcade only two cars back from the presidential limousine.  Yarborough was in the same convertible as Vice President Lyndon Johnson, Lady Bird Johnson, and secret service agent Rufus Youngblood.   --Wikipedia
Yarborough's Suspicion of Lyndon Johnson
"There is the well-publicized story of Agent Rufus Youngblood, who reportedly threw himself on top of Vice President Johnson after the shooting began in Dealey Plaza....  Johnson, in a statement to the Warren Commission, mentioned the incident:

I was startled by a sharp report or explosion, but I had no time to speculate as to its origin because Agent Youngblood turned in a flash, immediately after the first explosion, hitting me on the shoulder, and shouted to all of us in the back seat to get down.  I was pushed down by Agent Youngblood.  Almost in the same moment in which he hit or pushed me, he vaulted over the back seat and sat on me.  I was bent over under the weight of Agent Youngblood's body, toward Mrs. Johnson and Senator Yarborough....

However, former Texas senator Ralph Yarborough, who was sitting beside Johnson that day, told this author: 'It just didn't happen....  It was a small car, Johnson was a big man, tall.  His knees were up against his chin as it was.  There was no room for that to happen.'   Yarborough recalled that both Johnson and Youngblood ducked down as the shooting began and that Youngblood never left the front seat [/size].  Yarborough said Youngblood held a small walkie-talkie over the back of the car's seat and that he and Johnson both put their ears to the device.  He added:  'They had it turned down real low.  I couldn't hear what they were listening to.'"

1963 Press Photo Secret Service agent Rufus Youngblood saved VP Johnson

"Eyewitness to the Death of a President"
Gary Goettling

Georgia Tech  Spring, 1992.  15-22.
As the special agent in charge of the vice presidential Secret Service detail, Youngblood rode in an open Lincoln convertible with Lyndon Johnson, Lady Bird Johnson, Texas Sen. Ralph
Yarborough and a driver.  Only a Secret Service follow-up car separated him from the president's limousine, and the violence that unfolded there with graphic finality on a warm Dallas afternoon
28 years ago.
Up until the time the presidential motorcade turned onto Elm Street, "it looked like just another very successful political trip," Youngblood remembers.  "They wanted crowds, and
they got crowds.

As the procession crawled into Dealey Plaza, Youngblood glanced up at the clock on the roof of the Texas School Book Depository.  It flashed 12:30.  Less than a minute to the freeway, and
only five minutes to the Trade Mart, he thought.
That instant, piercing through the shouts of the  thinning crowd, and the stuttering and backfiring of police motorcycle's, Youngblood heard the shattering crack! of a rifle.  His reaction was
immediate and instinctive.

"Get down!" he yelled.  "GET DOWN!"  And in the time it takes to pull the bolt of a Mannlicher-Carcano rifle, Youngblood had vaulted over the back of the limousine seat onto Vice
President Johnson, pushing him to the floor of the Lincoln convertible and shielding Johnson's body with his own.

Johnson, in his statement to the Warren Commission, said that Youngblood reacted immediately after the first shot by the time the second shot and fatal third shot were fired into

Youngblood's heroic action earned him the Treasury Department's highest honor, the Exceptional Service Award, presented by President Johnson on Dec. 4, 1963.

In his own testimony before the Warren Commission, Youngblood said: "As we were beginning to go down this incline, all of a sudden there was an explosive noise.  I quickly observed unnatural
movement of crowds, like ducking or scattering, and quick movements in the presidential follow-up car.  So I turned around and hit the vice president on the shoulder and hollered 'Get down,'
and then looked around and saw more of this movement, and so I proceeded to go to the back seat and get on top of him."

From his position, Youngblood noticed, "a grayish blur in the air above the right side of the president's car" right after the third shot.

"There were shouts from ahead, then the cars in front of us lurched forward under the underpass.
I yelled to our driver, 'Stay with them and keep close!'"

From his uncomfortable sprawled position on the back seat, Johnson asked what happened. Youngblood replied that the president had been shot, and that they were headed to the hospital.

"My god!  They've shot the President!"  Exclaimed Sen. Yarborough, who shared the back seat of the limousine with the vice president.

Lady Bird Johnson, seated between the two men, cried out,  "Oh no,  that can't be!"

Joan Crawford and Nixon were in town for the Pepsi Board meeting ....

Where was Nixon?

Al Steele and Pepsi Cola Company
Crawford married her final husband, Alfred Steele, at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas on May 10. 1955.[37] Crawford and Steele met at a party in 1950 when Steele was an executive with Coca-Cola. They renewed their acquaintance at a New Year's Eve party in 1954. Steele by that time had become the president of Pepsi Cola.[38] Crawford traveled extensively on behalf of Pepsi following the marriage. She estimated that she traveled over 100,000 miles for the company.[2] Steele died of a heart attack in April 1959. Crawford was initially advised that her services were no longer required. After she told the story to Louella Parsons, Pepsi reversed its position and Crawford was elected to fill the vacant seat on the board of directors.[39]

Nov. 21: Chicago Mob boss Sam Giancana meets with Nixon in Dallas to discuss the planned Kennedy assassination, Giancana later tells relatives.

Nov. 22: Nixon leaves Dallas, apparently before Kennedy's arrival.

Nov. 22: President Kennedy is murdered in Dallas.

Nov. 24: Ruby kills Oswald in the basement of the Dallas police jail.

1963: Nixon recommends Congressman Gerald Ford for the Warren Commission.

1964: Nixon lies to the FBI about being in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963.

1964: Ford convinces the commission to alter a key finding—making its preposterous "single bullet" assassination theory slightly more believable, documents released in 1997 show. The theory held that one of the bullets struck Kennedy in the back, came out his neck, and then somehow critically wounded Texas Governor John Connally. Ford's change placed the back wound higher in Kennedy's body.

1964: Nixon and Ford write articles in advance of Warren Commission Report endorsing its anticipated conclusion that Oswald alone was responsible for Kennedy's assassination.

Sept. 1964: The Warren Report finds that Oswald—firing from a sniper's nest on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository—was President Kennedy' sole assassin.

1971: After a Mob payoff of at least $300,000, Nixon grants clemency to Hoffa—who had been jailed for jury tampering in 1967.

June 1971: Former CIA agent E. Howard Hunt secretly joins the Nixon White House as the president's chief spy.

May 1972: Nixon confides to two top aides that the Warren Report was "the greatest hoax that has ever been perpetuated," a White House tape released in 2002 reveals.

June 17, 1972: A group of burglars working for Nixon's re-election is caught by Washington, D.C. police while breaking into Democratic headquarters at the Watergate complex. Hunt and former FBI official G. Gordon Liddy are soon identified as the group's supervisors.

June 23, 1972: To gain CIA help in the Watergate cover-up, Nixon tries to blackmail CIA chief Richard Helms over the secrets that Hunt might blab regarding CIA's links to "the Bay of Pigs"—which top Nixon aide Bob Haldeman later reveals to be Nixon/CIA code for the JFK assassination.

Nov. 1972: In a landslide, Nixon is re-elected president with the help of a reported $1 million Teamsters' contribution.

Nixon's Three Stories of Where He Was on November 22, 1963

In the first place, strange things which could scarcely all be coincidence happened even before JFK was killed. On the morning of November 22, 1963, the day Kennedy was killed the New York Times carried an item on a back page, It was datelined Dallas. And it said that ex-Vice-President Richard M. Nixon had made a speech in Dallas before a group of businessmen,

Not only did the Times carry that story on the very day JFK died, but Nixon was in Dallas the day Kennedy died, and it is very possible that he was still in Dallas at the moment Kennedy died. Despite all other reports to the contrary. And of course the thing that makes this so very important is that Nixon and others have for some reason tried to conceal that fact for more than twelve years.
The True Story

Actually, Nixon was in Dallas when JFK was shot. On April 2nd 1975 a young man was listening to a talk at his school when he heard the lecturer tell about the Esquire account of Nixon's trip to Dallas, and how and when Nixon had learned about JFK's death. That young man then told the lecturer, "My father was an executive for the Pepsi Cola Company, and he was in Dallas on November 22nd 1963 at that convention. He has told me that Nixon was there in Dallas at the convention when the announcement was heard that JFK had been killed, Nixon left later that afternoon,"

This young man is the son of Mr. Harvey Russel of the Pepsi Cola Company. When Mr. Russel was informed of his son's account, he agreed that his son's story was true. Mr. Russel confirmed that Nixon was attending that meeting at the time the shots were fired. He added Nixon was there representing the Pepsi Cola Company's law firm Mudge, Rose, Nixon et al. The Dallas newspapers stated that Nixon was attending a board meeting.

Mr. Russel confirmed that the session Nixon was attending broke up when the assassination news came through. Nixon then returned to his hotel and later in the afternoon had been driven to the Dallas airport by a Mr. Deluca, also a Pepsi Cola official.

In the post-midnight darkness, as Nov. 21, 1963, slipped into Nov. 22, 1963, a cold front that had carried Pacific moisture across the American Southwest approached Fort Worth and Dallas. Before dawn, the moisture began to fall in a misty drizzle — unremarkable except that it fell on the 35th, the 36th and the 37th presidents of the United States.

In downtown Dallas, behind durable drapery and metal Venetian blinds, former Vice President Richard Nixon slept alone in his suite at the Baker Hotel. Outside in the hallway stood a single Dallas police officer who was stationed at the nearby door of actress Joan Crawford to protect her from jewel thieves and autograph seekers.

Autopsy evidence points to conspiracy beyond 'lone assassin'

The “single-bullet theory” that forms the basis of the Warren Commission’s conclusion that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin of JFK is not supported by the medical evidence, contends Jerome Corsi, author of the newly released “Who Really Killed Kennedy? 50 Years Later: Stunning New Revelations about the JFK Assassination.”

“What seems clear is that prior to the autopsy at Bethesda Naval Hospital in Maryland, the evidence strongly suggested there were multiple shooters and that some of the shooters were positioned in front of the motorcade along the grassy knoll,” says Corsi.

Corsi said the forensic evidence in the JFK autopsy “does not support the theory that a ‘magic bullet’ somehow passed from JFK’s back through his neck on the way to wounding John Connally.”

“Lacking medical evidence that a bullet passed through JFK’s body, the linchpin of the Warren Commission’s conclusion fails,” Corsi contends.

Secret details of JFK’s assassination are finally unlocked. Get your autographed copy of “Who Really Killed Kennedy?” by Jerome Corsi now!

“Who Really Killed Kennedy,” released this month as the 50th anniversary of the assassination approaches, is bolstered by recently declassified documents that shed new light on the greatest “who-done-it” mystery of the 20th century. Corsi sorted through tens of thousands of documents, all 26 volumes of the Warren Commission’s report, hundreds of books, several films and countless photographs.

Two views

The ER team at Parkland Hospital in Dallas and the autopsy team at Bethesda Naval Hospital produced medical records that describe two completely different views of JFK’s wounds. Professor Ronald F. White succinctly summarized the problem:

Because the ER team [at Parkland Hospital] focused exclusively on stabilizing vital signs, they did not turn over the President’s body, and therefore did not notice another bullet wound (or wounds) located in the President’s upper back. Hence, we have the makings of one of the most incredible foul-ups in medical history. The Parkland physicians didn’t know of the back wound and the Bethesda autopsy team did not know that the tracheostomy incision concealed a bullet wound. Or, at least, so they have alleged. It is difficult to believe that subsequent controversy over the exact location of the wounds can be attributed solely to an unfortunate communication failure between two groups of physicians.

After realizing Kennedy had been shot, the motorcade rushed from Dealey Plaza directly to Parkland Hospital. Once the presidential limousine arrived, the ER team at Parkland went into immediate action implementing trauma efforts to resuscitate JFK, despite realizing almost immediately that the president’s massive head wounds made their efforts to save his life futile.

Amid the confusion at both Parkland and Bethesda, no one imagined junior counsel Arlen Specter, who later served 30 years in the U.S. Senate, would virtually single-handedly take over configuring the medical evidence into a legal argument.

“Specter concocted his single-bullet theory to deflect consideration of a conspiracy, and in the process pinned the blame on the conveniently deceased Lee Harvey Oswald as the sole gunman responsible for shooting the president,” Corsi says. “Lee Harvey Oswald’s murder brought the criminal investigation to a screeching halt and obviated the need for a criminal prosecution.”

Yet the problem remained, says Corsi, that Specter’s theory depended on establishing medical proof that the pristine bullet, which came to be known as the “magic bullet,” passed from the entrance wound in JFK’s back, through his body, to exit in his throat. The theory was never considered or pursued by the medical teams at Parkland and Bethesda.

Here was the crux of the medical dilemma: The Parkland ER doctors identified JFK’s throat wound as an entry wound and never noticed the wound in his back.

The Parkland medical team enlarged the throat wound with their tracheotomy.

Once the Parkland medical team realized they had no chance of reviving JFK, they didn’t bother searching for an exit wound or the bullet in his body.

The Parkland medical team assumed JFK had been hit twice from the front: once in the throat and once in the right front forehead.

Viewing the throat wound as a large gaping hole, the Bethesda autopsy team assumed it was caused by a tracheotomy, not by a bullet.

The Bethesda autopsy team assumed the wound in JFK’s back to be a superficial entry would but could not identify the path of the bullet or find the bullet itself.

Upon learning from Parkland that a pristine bullet had been found on a stretcher, the Bethesda autopsy team assumed it was the bullet they were unable to find.

The Bethesda autopsy medical team concluded JFK had been hit twice from behind: first, in the back and then by a shot to the back of the head.

The doctors at Parkland assumed JFK had been shot from the front.

There is nothing in the Bethesda autopsy records to indicate that the doctors determined the path through JFK’s body of the bullet that the Warren Commission concluded entered his back.

Lack of proof

Only after Specter proposed the single-bullet theory did it become important to prove that the bullet that wounded JFK’s back and neck was the same bullet that wounded Connally in the back, lungs, wrist and thigh, states Corsi.

The Warren Commission concluded that only three shots could had been fired by the Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action rifle in the time available for shooting. If there was another bullett there had to have been a second shooter.

Moreover, Lee Harvey Oswald was firing from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository, behind JFK when the shooting started. If the throat wound was determined to be an entrance wound, there had to be a second shooter positioned in front of the motorcade.

Specter’s entire argument rested on the hypothesis that the bullet that entered JFK’s back exited through his throat and went on to cause all Connally’s wounds. However, neither the medical evidence ascertained in the ER at Parkland nor in the autopsy at Bethesda supported that theory, Corsi points out.

Lacking the medical evidence, Corsi says, Specter resorted to elaborate diagrams of various assassination reconstructions to argue that a trajectory could be established making it possible for a single bullet to injure both men.

If the theory didn’t hold, the commission would be unable to establish that Oswald was the lone assassin. If there were more than one shooter, then there was a conspiracy to assassinate JFK, which would instigate a public outcry for an investigation.

The Warren Commission sought to avoid that, says Corsi, because no one knew how high up and widespread a conspiracy might go. As long as Oswald remained the only viable suspect, the case could be closed as a horrible accident of history.

Front-entry wounds

According to the doctors at Parkland hospital, JFK suffered an entrance wound in his neck. At a press conference at the hospital the day of the assassination, a newsman asked Dr. Malcolm Perry, the physician who had performed the tracheotomy on JFK, whether or not the wound to the president’ throat was an entrance wound.

Perry explained: “The wound appeared to be an entrance wound in the front of the throat; yes, that is correct. The exit wound, I don’t know. It could have been the head or there could have been a second wound of the head. There was not time to determine this at the particular instant.”

Tom Wicker, reporting for The New York Times in an article published two days after the assassination, wrote: “Mr. Kennedy was hit by a bullet in the throat, just below the Adam’s apple, [Dr. Malcolm Perry, an attending surgeon at Parkland, and Dr. Kemp Clark, chief of neurosurgery at Parkland] said. This wound had the appearance of the bullet’s entry.”

Wicker also reported JFK had “a massive, gaping wound” in the back and on the right side of his head and that Parkland physicians said immediately after the shooting that it was impossible to tell if JFK’s wounds were caused by one or two bullets.

“According to the doctors at Parkland Hospital, the President suffered an entrance wound at the Adam’s apple and a massive wound at the head,” wrote assassination researcher Sylvia Meagher, whose 1967 book “Accessories After the Fact: The Warren Commission, the Authorities, and the Report” is considered the definitive guide to the Warren Commission testimony.

In his testimony to the Warren Commission on March 30, 1964, Dr. Charles James Carrico explained why the back wound went unnoticed at Parkland Hospital. Warren Commission counsel Arlen Specter asked Carrico about whether he had noticed a small wound on the right side of JFK’s head:

Dr. Carrico: No, sir; at least initially there was no time to examine the president completely for all small wounds. As we said before, this was an acutely ill patient and all we had time to do was to determine what things were life-threatening right then and attempt to resuscitate him and after which a more complete examination would be carried out, and we didn’t have time to examine for other wounds.

Mr. Specter: Was such a more complete examination ever carried out by the doctors in Parkland?

Dr. Carrico: No, sir; not in my presence.

Mr. Specter: Why not?

Dr. Carrico: As we said initially, this was an acute emergency situation and there was not time initially and when the cardiac massage was done this prevented any further examination during this time this was being done. After the president was pronounced dead, his wife was there, he was the president, and we felt certainly that complete examination would be carried out and no one had the heart, I believe, to examine him there.

During the Bethesda autopsy, Dr. Humes examined the back wound and found it to be a shallow entry wound that had penetrated less than an inch into JFK’s back.

Navy Commander J. Thornton Boswell, attending the autopsy, found the depth of JFK’s back wound could be probed up to only the first or second knuckle of the little finger, a depth of about two inches.

No path through JFK’s body could be established for the missile, and X-rays failed to detect any bullets yet remaining in JFK’s body. A report by FBI agents James W. Silbert and Francis X. O’Neill Jr., who were present during the autopsy, gives the following description of the examination of JFK’s back wound:

During the latter stages of this autopsy, Dr. Humes located an opening which appeared to be a bullet hole which was below the shoulders and two inches to the right of the middle line of the spinal column.

This opening was probed by Dr. Humes with the finger, at which time it was determined that the trajectory of the missile entering at this point had entered at a downward position of 45 to 60 degrees. Further probing determined that the distance traveled by this missile was a short distance inasmuch as the end of the opening could be felt with the finger.

Inasmuch as no complete bullet of any size could be located in the brain area and likewise no bullet could be located in the back or any other area of the body as determined by total body X-rays and physical inspection revealing there was no point of exit, the individuals performing the autopsy were at a loss to explain why they could find no bullets.

JFK was killed 'by a mystery bullet': Nurse who tried to save President claims she saw a DIFFERENT bullet in his neck to those later shown as evidence
Phyllis Hall was 28 when President John F Kennedy was shot in 1963
She described being dragged into the operating room in a bid to revive him
Mrs Hall, now 78, claims she saw a bullet which, apparently, was bizarrely unmarked despite being lodged in his body
She also says it looked nothing like ones later produced in investigations

A nurse who was part of desperate attempts to save the life of President John F Kennedy after he was assassinated has claimed he was shot by a 'mystery bullet'.
Phyllis Hall, who was 28 at the time
, says she was dragged into the operating room by a secret service agent as medics scrambled to help the president, who was fatally shot in Dallas, Texas on 22 November 1963.

While cradling his head, which had been torn apart by gunshots fired from the famous 'grassy knoll', Mrs Hall says she spotted an unusual bullet, which was promptly removed and never seen again.

She described the bullet in an interview with the Sunday Mirror, which she said looked completely undamaged, and bore no resemblance whatsoever to bullets later shown as evidence in investigations into the President's murder.

She said: 'I could see a bullet lodged between his ear and his shoulder. It was pointed at its tip and showed no signs of damage. There was no blunting of the bullet or scarring around the shell from where it had been fired

JFK talks about the dangers of the NWO.

JFK - Kennedy - new world order - illuminati - speech

This is what killed him, he was unique, he was against secret societies, he wanted world to progress. Imagine world without pollution, without need for oil. Yes, it could be reality, but secret societies hold the keys of our future. Kennedy was publicly executed as warning to all. We do nothing about it. Wake up people.

With the creation of the Central Bank the Round Table Group focused their attention on creating a Central Intelligence Agency and the League of Nations. Prior to America's entry into the war, the State department, not the justice department, had assumed the role of dealing with German Subversion and sabotage. The "rationalization" was counterespionage was more a problem of foreign relations than of domestic law enforcement.

Frank L. Polk, a "northeastern establishment" lawyer the State Departments chief legal officer became the focal point of United States government counterespionage activities. Polk coordinated the counterespionage work of groups such as the Secret Service, the Bureau of Investigation, and British Naval Intelligence.

In September of 1917 Felix Frankfurter suggested the idea for a new agency to President Wilson. The new executive agency would be a planning organization to prepare American policy for President Wilson. Frankfurter explained that the new agency would work closely with the State department to help formulate the policy. The State Department would forward copies of consular reports and other information requested by the agency. The agency would also obtain information from private sector sources.

These sources would include the National Geographic Society, the Carnegie Institution, and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, The General Rubber Company, the Standard Oil Company of New York, and the American Tobacco Company.

Wilson liked Frankfurter's idea and established the agency. Its charter members were Colonel Edward Mandell House, Walter Lippmann, James T. Shotwell, and Isaiah Bowman. The typical staff member was recruited from an Ivy League University. Academic disciplines included geography, economics, modern languages, and especially history. There were several lawyers on Staff. One David Hunter Miller, was in charge of the agency's financial accounts. Hunter had joined the State Department in 1917.

He had been a law partner of Gordon Auchincloss. Auchincloss worked in the State department and was Colonel House's son-in-law.

The agency was America's first Central Intelligence Agency.

The agency was given the cryptic name the Inquiry. The Inquiry headquarters were established in the offices of the American Geographical Society whose director was Isaiah Bowman. 30

The Inquiry was a study group established in September 1917 by Woodrow Wilson to prepare materials for the peace negotiations following World War I. The group, composed of around 150 academics, was directed by presidential adviser Edward House and supervised directly by philosopher Sidney Mezes. The Heads of Research were Walter Lippmann, who was later replaced by Isaiah Bowman. The group first worked out of the New York Public Library, but later worked from the offices of the American Geographical Society of New York, once Bowman joined the group

Hugh Dudley Auchincloss, Jr. (August 15, 1897 – November 20, 1976) was an American stockbroker and lawyer who became the second husband of Janet Lee Bouvier, the mother of First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy (wife of President John F. Kennedy) and Caroline Lee Bouvier

Eugene Luther Gore Vidal (/ˌɡɔr vɨˈdɑːl/;[1][2] born Eugene Louis Vidal, October 3, 1925 – July 31, 2012) was an American writer known for his essays, novels, screenplays, and Broadway plays. As a well-known public intellectual, he was known for his patrician manner and witty aphorisms. Vidal's grandfather was the U.S. Senator Thomas Gore of Oklahoma.

Besides his politician grandfather, Vidal had other connections with the Democratic Party: his mother, Nina, married Hugh D. Auchincloss, Jr., who later was stepfather of Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy. Gore Vidal is a fifth cousin of Jimmy Carter.[citation needed] Vidal also may have been a distant cousin of Al Gore...

John F Kennedy according to Gore Vidal

Gore Vidal and JFK conspiracy

The late lamented Gore Vidal was a firm believer in JFK conspiracies, not least because he seemed to provide quotes from family members that indicate that they believed in a conspiracy.

In what have been one of his last books, Point to Point Navigation, he seems to rate a book "Ultimate Sacrifice" highly.

Joe [Kennedy]'s Mob connections were useful to Jack in the 1960 election and could esaily have saved JFK's life in 1963 had Bobby Kennedy in the interest of building himself up in the public's eyes, not stated arresting important mobsters particularly i the so-called Apalachin Mob Conveference bust where they had all come together to confer about the succession to the leadership of the New York Mob. I've long sinc forgotten how I first heard of the plot to kill JFK, while I had no idea at all of the Kennedy's brothers' plot to kill Castro on December 1, 1963, until I read a recent book by Lamar Waldron and Thom Hartmann called Ulitmate Sacrifice. It was assumed that the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962 had sufficiently alarmed JFK and Castro's mentor, Kruschchev, so that they jointly backed down, putting an end, so everyone thought, to such dangerous adventures...... "John and Robert Kennedy started laying the groudwork for a coup against Fidel Castro that would eventually be set for what they called C-Day: December, 1 1963." Bobby, like Nixon before him, was in charge of what would be the most secretive operation of its sort in our history. Since the CIA had, in the eyes of the Kennedys, botched the 1961 Bay of Pigs invasion, the Department of Defense was to be in charge of this adventure which would first engage Mob hit men to assassinate Castro and then replace him with a provisional government that would implore the United States to come to its aid and restore order

A favorable review of the book is here:

Isaiah Bowman, AB, Ph. D. (26 December 1878, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada – 6 January 1950, Baltimore, United States) was an American geographer

In 1916 he became associate editor of the Geographical Review. He was associate editor of the Journal of Geography in 1918−19 and editor in 1919−20. In 1921 he became a director of the newly formed Council of Foreign Relations. Bowman served as President of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland from 1935 to 1948.

Before and during World War II he served on the Council of Foreign Relations' War and Peace Studies project as chairman of its territorial group.[1]

From 1945 to 1949 he was a CFR vice-president

War and Peace Studies was a project carried out by the Council on Foreign Relations between 1939 and 1945 before and during American involvement in World War II. It was intended to advise the U.S. Government on conduct in the war and the subsequent peace.

The project was divided into four major areas: economic and financial, security and armaments, territorial, and political. Over 100 men took part. Funding was provided by the Rockefeller Foundation, which provided almost $350,000 over the course of the project. A steering committee was created in December 1939 chaired by U.S diplomat Norman Davis with Foreign Affairs editor Hamilton Fish Armstrong as vice-chairman. Initial area heads were:[1]
Alvin Hansen and Jacob Viner led the economic and financial group
Whitney Shepardson, who led the political group
Allen Welsh Dulles and Hanson W. Baldwin, who led the armaments group, and
Isaiah Bowman, who led the territorial group.

A research secretary was appointed to each group:
William Diebold, for the economic and financial group
Walter R. Sharp, for the political group, and
Grayson L. Kirk, for the armaments group
William P. Maddox, for the territorial group

As usual, the shills are out in full force on the internet forums and comment sections.

Here is a sampling of pro lone gunman comments from a recent article in The Guardian entitled -

"Who killed JFK? Fifty years on, slew of new books add fuel to conspiracy fire"

Judging by the number of shill comments, you would think that over 80 % of the public agrees with the lone gunman story, and not the other way around. I wouldn't be surprised if every single one of these comments were written by paid trolls. That many people cannot be that uninformed on this subject. I simply don't buy it.

"I am pretty sure Oswald did it, but I'm not sure why."

"Yeah, Oswald did it.
Still JFK is a good film."

"Oswald. Most likely."

"No, Oswald did it and the proof of this is in the design of the car which debunked the magic bullet theory completely.
Oswald was a crack shot and capable of getting off those shots very quickly.
He might have been hired from someone, and of course that can be never known."

"It's pretty simple really, all the physical evidence points towards Oswald doing it by himself, there's never been a shred of reliable proof from all the conspiracy theories."

"The problem with the conspiracy theories is that they all go off in different directions: it was the Mafia, it was the Cubans, it was the KGB, it was Texas barons and so on. And if it was a conspiracy, what did killing Kennedy and replacing him with his VP actually achieve? Most of the policies pursued by LBJ after 63 were the same ones Kennedy would have pursued had he lived. I believe in the lone nutter theory."

"Most people want to believe in conspiracies. I remember watching an ITV programme in the 1980s which blamed some French gangsters. They were never arrested so I assume they turned out to be innocent. Since then, I have never been able to take these elaborate theories seriously."

"The other problem being that conspiracy theories are rarely actual theories; they tend to be a mish-mash of questions, speculation and accusation. If a single conspiracy theory ever held up to serious scrutiny, it would become fact."

"Occam's Razor. However enticing any of the alternatives, Oswald, acting alone is still the simplest solution, makes the most sense and best fits the known facts."

"Lone Gunman is just too easy for people... Like the Meridith Kercher killing people it seems will believe any bollox no matter how unlikely or ridiculous other than a simple truth that one man killed someone.
Occam's Razor says Lee Harvey Oswald in the Book Depository with a rifle."

"Oswald did it. It was not even that hard of a shot."

"Oswald did it.

Although he didn't deserve to get shot Kennedy was not the shining knight.that he has been made out to be posthumously. The idea that he represented some sort of threat to the establishment is just silly and there is no historical record to back up any such assertion."

Reading the personal stories of where you were when you heard about the assassination brought tears to my eyes. I was in 3rd grade and like everyone else after the announcement we all were in shock. My family hadn't had a TV for very long at this point, and we were glued to it for days. Oswald being moved and stating he was a patsy, Walter Cronkite the face of news in america, Ruby shooting Oswald. Then the sad days and funeral. The coffin moving down the streets of DC, the backwards boots in the stirrups and John Johns salute.

At ten I like most of america had no reason not to believe what I was told in the days and months that followed. It wasn't very many years that changed at least for me. Before I was 20 I had read enough and heard enough to know I had been lied to. Through the years I have always had a special interest in the assassinations of the sixties, particularly JFK.

As I read though this thread I wasn't surprised by any of the great info that has been posted. I've read and watched most of it before. I just hope that those that haven't been exposed to this kind of information will find it somewhere and give a damn. Especially younger folks. They need the awareness of what government is capable of. The bad behavior of the feds didn't stop in the 60's. It has continued and grown over the years. Though I don't think it was manifest quite so blatantly again till 9/11.

Here's a story from the cellmate of Oswald I ran across a while back. I don't think it has been posted in this thread yet. Just another little piece of a great big puzzle.

This coming 50th anniversary has really hit me hard. As a young idealistic man I thought by this time many of the shitty things that troubled me would have been sorted out. I have to describe myself as disappointed.

JFK Murder: Fifty Years Later and the Cover Up Continues
November 16, 2013

There have only been two prominent politicians who have stood up to the tyranny of the New World Order since the death of JFK. These two men would be Reagan (until he was shot by Hinckley) and Ron Paul.
The 2013 Establishment Propaganda Machine Is Rolled Out

With the marking of the 50th anniversary of the assassination of John F. Kennedy, there have been over 2,000 books written on the subject and countless radio and television shows devoted to the topic.

This fall, the globalist news corporations have produced a rash of new JFK “investigations” which all purport to show different ways to prove that Oswald, and Oswald alone, killed John Kennedy. The new productions (e.g. National Geographic) are so bad and so faulty, that they are laughable.
The modern day propagandists are winning the day with regard to the control of the narrative surrounding the assassination.
What the modern day public, as well as the establishment propagandists, seem to have forgotten is that in 1977, the House Select Committee on Assassinations concluded that Oswald had help and JFK was killed as a result of a conspiracy. This was the final word on the subject from our government on the assassination.
Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole ; He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee. - Job 5

MLK was murdered because he was going to put his full support for RFK ....
RFK was murdered because he was going to reopen the assassination investigation of JFK (once he was elected president)

Tom Lehrer- Whatever Became of Hubert

November 23, 1963 -- Minnesota Senator Hubert H. Humphrey is interviewed on the morning following the murder of the nation's President, John F. Kennedy.

Other post-assassination news is also included in this footage from the NBC Radio Network.

This 1963 audio comes from the resources of Cincinnati, Ohio, radio station WLW-AM.

Vice Presidency (1965–1969)

Humphrey took office on January 20, 1965 after he was sworn in at 11:58 A.M. by Speaker of the House John McCormack;[79] ending the 14 month vacancy of the Office of the Vice President of the United States, vacated when then-Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson assumed the Presidency after the assassination of John F. Kennedy.[80] He was an early skeptic of the-then growing conflict in Vietnam. Following a successful Viet Cong hit-and-run attack on the US military installations at Pleiku on February 7, 1965 (where 7 Americans were killed and 109 wounded), Humphrey returned from Georgia to Washington D.C., to attempt to prevent further escalation.[81] He told President Johnson that bombing North Vietnam was not a solution to the problems in South Vietnam, but that bombing would require the injection of US ground forces into South Vietnam to protect the airbases.[81] Presciently, he noted that a military solution in Vietnam would take years, well beyond the next election cycle. In response to his advice, President Johnson punished Humphrey with coldness and a restriction from his inner circle for a number of months, until Humphrey decided to "get back on the team" and fully support the war effort.

As Vice President, Humphrey was controversial for his complete and vocal loyalty to Johnson and the policies of the Johnson Administration, even as many of Humphrey's liberal admirers opposed Johnson with increasing fervor with respect to Johnson's policies regarding the war in Vietnam
While he was Vice President, Hubert Humphrey was the subject of a satirical song by songwriter/musician Tom Lehrer entitled "Whatever Became of Hubert?" The song addressed how some liberals and progressives felt let down by Humphrey, who had become a much more mute figure as Vice President than he had been as a senator. The song goes "Whatever became of Hubert? Has anyone heard a thing? Once he shone on his own, now he sits home alone and waits for the phone to ring. Once a fiery liberal spirit, ah, but now when he speaks he must clear it. ..."

After Johnson made the surprise announcement that he would not seek reelection in March 1968, Humphrey launched his campaign for the presidency the following month. Humphrey's main Democratic challengers were anti-Vietnam War Senators Eugene McCarthy and Robert F. Kennedy.

Humphrey, who was loyal to the Johnson administration's policies on the Vietnam War as Vice President, saw opposition from many within his own party and avoided the primaries to focus on receiving the delegates of non-primary states at the Democratic Convention. Humphrey's delegate strategy succeeded in clinching the nomination, choosing Senator Edmund Muskie as his running mate. With the assassination of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Senator Kennedy that year, and heightened opposition to the Vietnam War, the convention saw major protests which later proved costly to Humphrey's campaign. On November 5, 1968, Humphrey lost to former Vice President Richard Nixon in the general election.

On June 4, 1968, Kennedy defeated McCarthy by less than 4% in the California primary.[100] But the nation was shocked yet again when Senator Kennedy was assassinated after his victory speech at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, California.[101] After the assassination of Kennedy, Humphrey suspended his campaign for two weeks

Yes go back to the old videos - he made a career off the jfk murder and the push to have the assassination committee, now all these years later he's on the boob tube saying just the opposite and talking lone gunman which is totally discredited. I guess he still wants a paycheck from tptb...

As each November passes, many Americans still recall the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. LBJ Behind JFK Killing
Date: 11-16-13
Host: John B. Wells

Combining decades of insider political knowledge with cutting edge JFK assassination research, political operative, Roger Stone, joined John B. Wells to lay out the case that Lyndon Johnson manipulated the situation in Dallas on November 22, 1963, to have JFK killed.

Chapter 12
The Second Line of Defense and Cover-Ups in 1975 and 1976
The mini-war waged by assassination researchers and a few Congressmen from 1964 to 1976 to reopen the major assassination inquiries never really disturbed the Power Control Group. But in 1975, simultaneous with the revelations about all of the terrible things the CIA and the FBI did, the researchers and a few of their friends in the media and in Congress began to draw more attention than was comfortable for the PCG.

A special renewed effort became necessary to extend the cover-ups. Part of this effort was a program to bring the media back under control and to reinforce media support of the cover-ups. This has been discussed in some detail in Chapter 9.

Another part of this effort was the expansion of the Rockefeller Commission's assignment to reinforce the cover-up of the JFK assassination conspiracy.

Separate new efforts were necessary to control the courts and lawyers and other public officials in the King and Robert Kennedy assassination conspiracies. These were brought about by appeals for new trials by James Earl Ray and Sirhan B. Sirhan. The appeals were accompanied by new revelations. New publicity was given to demands for an investigation into the Wallace shooting by prominent people, including Wallace himself.

A minor success in the JFK case was scored by researchers with the assistance of Dick Gregory, Geraldo Rivera of ABC, Tom Snyder of NBC, Mort Sahl and others. They managed to have the Zapruder film and other photographic evidence of conspiracy shown on local and national television.

No one of any intelligence outside the PCG who has even seen the Zapruder film questions the fact that shots came from two different directions in Dealey Plaza. This breakthrough after eleven years of effort put new public and Congressional pressures on the PCG.

It was closely followed by a grass roots campaign conducted by Mark Lane's Citizens Commission of Inquiry to reopen the JFK case.

Pressure was brought to bear on Congressmen by their local constituents as a result of this campaign. Henry Gonzalez from Texas and Thomas Downing from Virginia introduced resolutions in the House of Representatives calling for the reopening of all four cases and the JFK case, so the public and Congress had a formal base to work with and a goal to reach.

New revelations were made in 1975 about the FBI's and the CIA's information withheld from the Warren Commission. From Dallas came the admission that Oswald had been in closer contact with the FBI than believed and that Jack Ruby had been an FBI informer.

Richard E. Sprague
In 1966, Mr. Sprague commenced an intensive program of research into the photographic evidence associated with the assassination of John Kennedy. He served a year as photographic expert advisor in the investigations conducted by New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison and had amassed and analyzed a majority of the known evidence on film by 1968 when he co-founded the Committee to Investigate Assassinations. He served with CTIA as an active researcher, board member and Secretary from 1968 to 1974.

Bruce Willis Says JFK Killers Still In Power
Actor tells Vanity Fair he's skeptical of lone shooter theory

Prison Planet | May 7, 2007
Paul Joseph Watson

In a new magazine interview, Bruce Willis spills the beans on his skepticism that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in the assassination of JFK, and suggests that the some of the same criminals who killed Kennedy are still in power today.

"They still haven't caught the guy that killed [President] Kennedy," Willis told Vanity Fair's June issue, according to the New York Post .

"I'll get killed for saying this, but I'm pretty sure those guys are still in power, in some form. The entire government of the United States was co-opted," adds the Die Hard star.

So from where did Willis, a former die-hard champion of Neo-Con policy, receive his sudden wake-up call?

As we reported last year , Hollywood director Richard Linklater said he had handed out 9/11 truth DVDs on the set of Fast Food Nation , including Alex Jones' Terror Storm and Martial Law documentaries, and that they completely changed Willis' political paradigm.

"He said it put him in such a head space that he will be quiet on issues of national policy," Linklater told the Alex Jones Show.

Is Willis' comment that the people who killed Kennedy are still in power a reference to the fact that George H.W. Bush was photographed at the scene in Dealy Plaza?

Either way, it's refreshing to see that Willis, who was vehemently pro-war and pro-Bush in the months after 9/11, has seen the light and realized that patriotism is about love of one's country, not worship of government.

GR is a little PUNK and Alex knows this: as the Mrs. and I were at FOX NEWS in 2007 when the little PUNK GR, was calling us F*ckers and other choice words from his filthy mouth and he was throwing us the finger; and then he helped in getting Alex Arrested!

GR is a little PUNK and a Traitor to everyone but his self centeredness---he is a Narcissist. PERIOD!

CIA-Zionist-Controlled Media in JFK Coverup

Vatic Note: This is indictable information contained below, about the complicity of our press in the assassination of an American Sitting President. Those involved are clearly identified through this mans work and commitment to finding the truth about the JFK assassination, that forever changed our nation.

The fact that Israel and Mossad were involved was told to us by a very honest Israeli, named Vanunu who spent 18 years in an Israeli prison for exposing Israels ownership of Nuke weapons when it was clear that they were lying about stealing the technology from the USA, but also about the control of such weapons by them when no one else had them in the middle east and now they want to bomb Iran for a whole lot less.

These are seriously dangerous and totally insane people and if the world does not wake up to that fact, then the world is doomed. Just look at how many of our trusted elected officials and appointed officials the Israeli's tried to bribe, and failed and then assassinated them. No wonder our current crop of useless feeders in congress are afraid to do their job.

I never thought I would say this, but now we can understand Hitler , surprisingly, look what it took for us to wake up. How Dare they murder our President!!! So this press and those complicit at that time, will face justice sooner rather than later. Read this below and see if you do not agree with it. I can hardly wait for the next Nurumberg trials. The Press will be standing in the docket with the rest of global criminal Zionist mafia. http://henrymakow.com/2013/11/Zionist-Media-Collaborates-in-JFK-Coverup%20.html

1975: Murder of Sam Giancana

Giancana had been extradited from Mexico to the US. He had been running gambling operations there on his own, without sending money back home to the Chicago bosses. Before that he had been ordered to leave the US by Outfit boss Antonino Accardo. Chicago had enough of Giancana. On July 19, 1975 Giancana let a friend into his house, and made him and his guest some dinner. His friend shot him in the head and fled the scene.

Salvatore Giancana (born Salvatore Giangana; June 15, 1908 – June 19, 1975),[1] better known as Sam Giancana, was an American mobster and boss of the Chicago Outfit from 1957–1966. Among his other nicknames were, "Momo", "Mooney," "Sam the Cigar," and "Sammy."
Alleged CIA connections

It is widely reputed, and partially corroborated by the Church Committee Hearings, that during the Kennedy administration, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) recruited Giancana and other mobsters to assassinate Cuban president Fidel Castro. Giancana reportedly said that the CIA and the Cosa Nostra were "different sides of the same coin."[8]

The association between Giancana and JFK is indicated in the "Exner File" written by Judith Campbell Exner. Exner was reputed to be mistress to both Giancana and JFK and claimed she delivered communications between the two regarding Fidel Castro.[9]

CIA documents released in 2007 confirmed that in the summer of 1960, the CIA recruited ex-FBI agent Robert Maheu to approach the West Coast representative of the Chicago mob, Johnny Roselli. When Maheu contacted Roselli, Maheu hid the fact that he was sent by the CIA, instead portraying himself an advocate for international corporations. He offered to pay $150,000 to have Castro killed, but Roselli declined any pay. Roselli introduced Maheu to two men he referred to as "Sam Gold" and "Joe." "Sam Gold" was Sam Giancana; "Joe" was Santo Trafficante, Jr., the Tampa, Florida boss and one of the most powerful mobsters in pre-revolution Cuba.[12][13] Glenn Kessler of The Washington Post explained: "After Fidel Castro led a revolution that toppled a friendly government in 1959, the CIA was desperate to eliminate him. So the agency sought out a partner equally worried about Castro—the Mafia, which had lucrative investments in Cuban casinos."[14]

Jimmy Hoffa, president of the Teamsters Union, and mobsters Carlos Marcello, Sam Giancana, Johnny Roselli, Charles Nicoletti, and Santo Trafficante Jr.—all of whom say Hoffa worked with the CIA on the Castro assassination plots—top the list of House Select Committee on Assassinations Mafia suspects
After about seven years of exile inside a lavish villa in Cuernavaca, Mexico, Giancana was arrested by Mexican authorities in 1974 and deported to the United States.[24][25] He arrived back in Chicago on July 21, 1974.[26]

Giancana had another sitdown with the Outfit with no resolution. The Outfit requested him to give a share of his money and he refused.[23]

After his return to the U.S., Giancana joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a witness in the prosecution of organized crime in Chicago. The police detailed officers to guard his house in Oak Park, Illinois. However, on the night of June 19, 1975, someone recalled the police detail.[27]

A gunman later entered Giancana's kitchen and shot him in the back of the head as he was frying sausage and peppers.[28] After Giancana fell to the ground, the gunman turned him over and shot him six more times in the face and neck. Investigators suspected that the murderer was a close friend whom Giancana had let into the house. One reason for this suspicion was that Giancana, due to his heart problems, could not eat spicy foods. Therefore, he might have been cooking for a friend.

Giancana was killed shortly before he was scheduled to appear before a U. S. Senate committee investigating supposed CIA and Cosa Nostra collusion in plots to assassinate President John F. Kennedy

Robert Aime Maheu (October 30, 1917 – August 4, 2008) was an American businessman and lawyer, who worked for the FBI, CIA and as the chief executive of Nevada operations[1] for the industrialist Howard Hughes.
Maheu was born in Waterville, Maine, and held degrees from Holy Cross and Georgetown University. In 1941, during his law studies at Georgetown, he was hired by the FBI and worked as a counter-intelligence officer in Europe during World War II.[2] He left the FBI in 1947, becoming a self-employed business owner, consultant and investigator. His contract with the Hughes company started in 1955, after Howard Hughes hired him to investigate an alleged suitor of his fiance Jean Peters.[3]

Maheu was a confidant to President John F. Kennedy and Sen. Robert F. Kennedy.[4] Although Maheu was for years a close confident of Howard Hughes, he never met Hughes face-to-face, as they worked via memo and telephone.

Maheu served as Hughes's bagman and among those who received money was Bebe Rebozo, a close associate of Richard Nixon. Hughes via Maheu also provided $205,000 to the politician's brother, Donald Nixon in January 1957.

In 1960 Richard Bissell and Allen W. Dulles decided to work with the Mafia in a plot to assassinate Fidel Castro. Maheu was employed by the CIA to organize the conspiracy. The advantage of employing the Mafia for this work is that it provided CIA with a credible cover story. The Mafia were known to be angry with Castro for closing down their profitable brothels and casinos in Cuba. If the assassins were killed or captured the media would accept that the Mafia were working on their own.

Robert Aime Maheu was born Oct. 30, 1917, into a French-speaking family in Waterville, Maine. After he graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., he analyzed aerial photographs for the Department of Agriculture before joining the FBI.

During World War II, the FBI assigned him to monitor a French spy who became a double agent and helped deceive the Nazi high command with false radio transmissions. By the mid-1950s, Mr. Maheu said he did undercover work for the CIA -- "those jobs in which the agency could not officially be involved," he wrote in his autobiography.

Recently declassified CIA files confirm that Mr. Maheu was present at a 1960 meeting in Miami Beach, Fla., between organized crime bosses Sam Giancana and Santo Trafficante Jr., as part of an abortive CIA effort to assassinate Cuban leader Fidel Castro. The plan was dropped after the failed Bay of Pigs invasion in 1961.

"If anything went wrong," Mr. Maheu wrote in his memoir, "I was the fall guy, caught between protecting the government and protecting the mob, two armed camps that could crush me like a bug."
Mr. Maheu disclosed that in 1970 he delivered $100,000 to Charles G. "Bebe" Rebozo, a close friend of President Richard M. Nixon's, in return for possible future favors for Hughes. Mr. Maheu entertained Nixon's vice president, Spiro Agnew, on his yacht and regularly played tennis with then-Nevada Gov. Paul Laxalt (R), who became a U.S. senator.

Billy Campbell and Judith Exner

Judith Exner (January 11, 1934 – September 24, 1999) was an American woman who claimed to be the mistress of U.S. president John F. Kennedy and Mafia leaders Sam Giancana and John Roselli. She was also known as Judith Campbell Exner

Church Committee[edit]

Exner received national media attention when she testified before the Church Committee in 1975.[4] The Senate Church Committee on Government Operations and Intelligence was investigating CIA assassination attempts.[5] Roselli testified to the committee about Mafia involvement in the CIA attempt on Fidel Castro's life.[1] When the Church Committee report was released in December 1975, it said that a "close friend" of President Kennedy had also been a close friend of mobsters John Roselli and Sam Giancana."[1] Campbell's identity as the close friend was leaked to the Washington Post, which publicized it.[1] William Safire in The New York Times also published it.[6] The Committee had sent Exner a subpoena to make her testify. By then married to Dan Exner, Judith Exner called a press conference that month and denied any knowledge of Mafia involvement with Kennedy.
In a 1988 interview with Kitty Kelley of People magazine, Exner told a very different story about Giancana and Kennedy.[1] She said that she had lied to the Church Committee and in her memoir out of fear of Mafia retaliation

John "Handsome Johnny" Roselli (born Filippo Sacco; July 4, 1905 – August 9, 1976), sometimes spelled John Rosselli, was an influential mobster for the Chicago Outfit who helped them control Hollywood and the Las Vegas Strip.

Roselli was also involved with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) plot to kill Cuban leader Fidel Castro in the early 1960s. Many conspiracy researchers believe he was also involved with John Fitzgerald Kennedy's assassination in 1963.

On August 9, 1976, Roselli's decomposing body was found in a 55-gallon steel fuel drum floating in Dumfoundling Bay near Miami, Florida. Roselli had been strangled and shot, and his legs were sawn off. Some believed that boss Trafficante ordered Roselli's death. According to this theory, Trafficante believed that Roselli had revealed too much about the Kennedy assassination and Castro murder plots during his Senate testimony, violating the strict Mafia code of omertà

In this video frame grab provided by WTVJ-TV in Miami, a covered 55-gallon drum that Dade County authorities said contained the body of underworld figure Johnny Roselli is removed from the area on Dumbfoundling Bay near Miami, Fla, Aug. 8, 1976, on the back of a wrecker. The barrel was found by fishermen. Police say Roselli had been shot at least once. (AP Photo/Courtesy of WTVJ-TV)

Bill Bonanno, the son of Cosa Nostra mafia boss Joseph Bonanno, claimed in his 1999 memoir, Bound by Honor: A Mafioso's Story, that he had discussed the assassination of President John F. Kennedy with Roselli and implicated him as the primary hitman in a conspiracy instigated by the mob. According to Bonanno, Roselli fired at Kennedy from a storm drain on Elm Street.

The Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities, known as the "Church Committee" after its chairman Frank Church, conducted a wide-ranging investigation of the intelligence agencies in the post-Watergate period.

The Church Committee took public and private testimony from hundreds of people, collected huge volumes of files from the FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS, and many other federal agencies, and issued 14 reports in 1975 and 1976.

Since the passage of the JFK Assassination Records Collection Act in 1992, over 50,000 pages of Church Committee records have been declassified and made available to the public. These files contain testimony and information on U.S. attempts to assassinate foreign leaders, on the Church Committee's investigation of the intelligence agencies' response to the JFK assassination, and related topics.

Also available is the report of the Rockefeller Commission, which preceded the Church Committee and issued a brief report on CIA activities within the U.S.

The AARC sells a CD-ROM, produced by History Matters, which contains the 14 Church Committee Reports and over 1000 pages from released files, along with sophisticated search tools. See the Catalog.

Suddenly - Sinatra - 1954

The Manchurian Candidate - Sinatra - 1962

The year 1946 was a busy one for Mafia chieftain Charles "Lucky" Luciano. He was released from prison after serving 10 years, deported and paroled to his native Sicily, and, within eight months, had made it all the way to Havana, Cuba as part of his plan to get back to the United States. This stopover, on the way to his intended final destination – New York City – would be the site of an important mob summit – the "Havana Conference" – and would bring the wrath of the U.S. government down on the tiny island. The Feds made it clear that having Luciano just 90 miles from the U.S. mainland was too close and demanded that Cuban officials send him back to Italy.

In December 1946, the Havana Conference started as planned. To welcome Luciano back from exile and acknowledge his continued authority within the mob, all the conference invitees brought Luciano cash envelopes. These "Christmas Presents" totalled more than $200,000. At the first night dinner hosted by Lansky, Frank Costello, and Joe Adonis, Luciano was presented with the money.

The official cover story for the Havana Conference was that the mobsters were attending a gala party with Frank Sinatra as the entertainment.

Sinatra flew to Havana with Al Capone cousins, Charlie, Rocco and Joseph Fischetti from Chicago. Joseph "Joe Fish" Fischetti, an old Sinatra acquaintance, acted as Sinatra's chaperone and bodyguard. Charlie and Rocco Fischetti delivered a suitcase containing $2 million to Luciano, his share of the U.S. rackets he still controlled.

In his book and film of The Godfather, the flagging career of a singer named Johnny Fontane is rescued when he gets an important film part — thanks to a blood-dripping racehorse’s head left by the Mafia as a warning in the studio boss’s bed.

To many people, Fontane just had to be a dead ringer for Frank Sinatra.

2008 John H. Meier: Howard Hughes involvement with RFK Assassination, Onassis Schacht King of Tonga

The Gemstone File June 1, 2008 Nuku'alofa, Tonga - John H. Meier, former advisor to the recluse billionaire industrialist Howard Hughes, claims that the Hughes organization (Onassis Schacht Skorzeny Hauge) was involved in the assassination of Robert Kennedy in 1968 (and JFK's assassination in 1963).

The Enemy Within: The Mcclellan Committee's Crusade Against Jimmy Hoffa And Corrupt Labor Unions Paperback
by Robert F. Kennedy

In 1960, he published the book The Enemy Within, describing the corrupt practices within the Teamsters and other unions that he had helped investigate; the book sold very well.

Marilyn Monroe (born Norma Jeane Mortenson; June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962)

The assassination was directed within the CIA through James Jesus Angleton’s “Executive Action” program, which was headed by William Harvey, and through the Sicilian “Men of Honor” society via head of the Chicago outfit, Sam “Mooney” Giancana. This might have been a result of the oligarchies running North America and Europe reaching a consensus Kennedy needed to be eliminated or it could have been a much smaller conspiracy deep inside the NSA, Pentagon and/or Sullivan and Cromwell.

After JFK and RKF discovered William Harvey was still working with Johnny Roselli on plans to assassinate Castro (after the CIA was told to back off), they wanted Harvey sacked from the CIA, so Angleton transferred him to Italy. Soon thereafter, the Executive Action program was put back into action, only this time, the target was JFK, not Castro.

The connection between Roselli and Harvey had been initiated through Howard Hughes’ second-in-command Robert Maheu in discussions with Chicago Godfather Giancana. Maheu had started his career as Chicago FBI second-in-command under Guy Bannister, who also figures in the assassination. The connections between the Sicilian and Jewish organized crime families and the CIA run much deeper than people realize (Giancana called them “two heads of the same coin”),  although the proposed assassination of Castro was first time this alliance had surfaced since it first appeared when Lucky Luciano cut a deal with Naval Intelligence during WWII. Oswald was an expendable patsy who worked undercover for both Angleton and Hoover.

Like Giancana, Roselli made his bones under Al Capone as a triggerman. He evolved into Giancana’s eyes and ears, first in L.A., then in Vegas.  Once when Roselli was up on a murder charge, the witness and the investigating DA both turned up unexpectedly dead. Charles Nicoletti, one of Giancana’s favorite hitman in Chicago, was also recruited for the JFK job. Roselli confessed his role several times, to his mistress and to Bill Bonanno while in jail. Roselli turned up dead before he could testify to Congress a second time (he’d already broken omerta by revealing the CIA-mob plot to kill Castro).

William King "Bill" Harvey (September 13, 1915 – June 9, 1976) was a Central Intelligence Agency officer, best known for his role in Operation Mongoose. He was known as "America's James Bond."
Harvey was also posted to West Berlin as Chief of Base in the 1950s, where he led the operation that built an underground tunnel to the Soviet sector, to spy on their communication channels. This operation was called PBJOINTLY.

In 1975, he testified before the Church Committee on some of the CIA's past operations.
Harvey died in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 9, 1976 from a heart attack

Notice how they "frame" the article.... They STILL believe ...

Most still believe in JFK assassination conspiracy
November 18, 2013

Some things will never die — and John F. Kennedy assassination conspiracy theories appear to be among them.

Fifty years later, no less than 61% of Americans believe others besides Lee Harvey Oswald were involved in Kennedy's murder, reports the Gallup Poll.

This is the lowest percentage in nearly 50 years, Gallup notes, but remains a solid majority.

JV was being interveiwed by three young woman, JFK's assassination was the topic, one girl giggled and said, come on Jesse, thats ancient history, this is today.. As if to say , whats the difference, nobody cares. It was sureal.
Jesse looked very pizzed, but remained level headed as if answering to a child.
Kennedy stepped on the wrong toes and was killed. Oswald was a patsy- clever syndicate deception, we all know that.
European fat cats (gamblers) were placing bets as to what day JFK would murdered shortly after he took on the FED and made it clear he would withdraw troops from Nam.
I can imagine the elite crew considered JFK a guy who would play ball, manipulative. He wasn't, therfore they felt ,,(Who does this Irish upstart pizzhead  think he is to muck with us, he has to go and a example is to be made of this, kill him).
Any politician remembers distinctly the 3K lesson, example of what happens to men of soul who stand up to the elites.

Hear guest James Tague (the only living witness who was wounded himself during the JFK assassination) on Alex Jones Show 11-18-13 (Hr 1 & 2  Starts approx 40 mins into hour)

His new book: "LBJ and the Kennedy Killing" by James Tague

Tague states that the shooter was not Oswald, but a Mike Wallace!

He also states that LBJ was the low level traitor behind the murder (of course LBJ's controllers were really behind the murder, using a willing traitor and front man who wanted to be President, LBJ).
Don't believe me. Look it up yourself!

Lee H. Oswald had to be eliminated.   The dupe is wacked by a dupe.
People were told Jack Ruby was a JFK fan seeking revenge.
Who was J. Ruby.Between 1949 and November 24, 1963, Ruby was arrested eight times by the Dallas Police Department. The dates, charges, and dispositions of these arrests are as follows: February 4, 1949, Ruby paid a $10 fine for disturbing the peace. July 26, 1953, Ruby was suspected of carrying a concealed weapon; however, no charges were filed and Ruby was released on the same day. May 1, 1954, Ruby was arrested for allegedly carrying a concealed weapon and violating a peace bond; again no charges were filed and Ruby was released on the same day. December 5, 1954, Ruby was arrested for allegedly violating State liquor laws by selling liquor after hours; the complaint was dismissed on February 8, 1955. June 21, 1959, Ruby was arrested for allegedly permitting dancing after hours; the complaint was dismissed on July 8, 1959. August 21, 1960, Ruby was again arrested for allegedly permitting dancing after hours; Ruby posted $25 bond and was released on that date. February 12, 1963, Ruby was arrested on a charge of simple assault; he was found not guilty February 27, 1963. Finally, on March 14, 1963, Ruby was arrested for allegedly ignoring traffic summonses; a $35 bond was posted.
When Ruby applied for a beer license in March 1961, he reported that he had been arrested "about four or five times" between 1947 and 1953. Between 1950 and 1963, he received 20 tickets for motor vehicle violations, paying four $10 fines and three of $3. In 1956 and 1959, Ruby was placed on 6 months' probation as a traffic violator.
Ruby was also frequently suspended by the Texas Liquor Control Board. In August 1949, when he was operating the Silver Spur, he was suspended for 5 days on a charge of "Agents: Moral Turpitude." In 1953 Ruby received a 5-day suspension because of an obscene show, and, in 1954, a 10-day suspension for allowing a drunkard on his premises. On February 18, 1954, he was suspended for 5 days because of an obscene striptease act at the Silver Spur and for the consumption of alcoholic beverages during prohibited hours. On March 26, 1956. Ruby was suspended by the liquor board for 3 days because several of his checks were dishonored. On October 23, 1961, he received another 3-day suspension because an agent solicited the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on licensed premises.
Unadmisable lie detectro test: Ruby, testifying before the Warren Commission, begged to be given a polygraph ("lie detector") test, and the Commission — very much against its better judgment — gave in to his entreaties. Conspiracists have claimed that the polygraph test shows Ruby lying about knowing Oswald and being part of a conspiracy. Unfortunately, as Dave Reitzes shows in this essay from his web site, "lie detector" tests have little value, and Ruby's test provides no evidence that he was lying.
As Ruby aimed his gun, Lee Harvey yelled JACK- NO......When police grabbed Ruby he said."You all know me, I'm Jack Ruby.” That's what the killer shouted when police grabbed him a split second after he had pumped a bullet into the stomach of Lee Oswald.
   Jack Ruby

Jack Ruby was born in 1911. His real name being Jacob Rubenstein. His parents were Polish immigrants, and he grew up in Chicago. As a boy, he ran errands for Al Capone. In 1937-39, Jack Ruby was a "union organizer" and "secretary" for a local branch of the Scrap Iron and Junk Handlers Union in Chicago. During World War II, Jack Ruby served in the U.S. Air Force. After a business venture with his brothers fell through, he left Chicago and moved to Dallas, where he opened up his first nightclub that he named the Silver Spur. In 1957-58, he was running guns to the followers of Fidel Castro, who were fighting to overthrow Batista. In 1959, Jack Ruby went to Havana to try to gain the release of Santos Trafficante, who had been jailed by Castro's government for his role in Mafia gambling and narcotics activities. Trafficante later participated in a CIA plot to kill Castro. During the early 1960s, Jack Ruby helped supply arms to the anti-Castro Cubans. During the 1950s-1963, he ran several nightclubs.
At the time of President Kennedy's assassination, he lived in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas. On Nov. 24, 1963, Jack Ruby fatally shot  Lee Harvey Oswald once in the abdomen, in the basement of Dallas police headquarters, where he was being transferred to the County Jail. The incident occurred on live television. Ruby had walked down a car ramp to get to the basement, even though the narrow entrance to the car ramp was guarded by a police officer. Oswald died at Parkland Hospital, as doctors tried to save him. In 1964, Jack Ruby was brought to trial for the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. In that same year, he was convicted and sentenced to death. In 1966, the judgment of death was reversed by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and he was granted a second trial. On January 3, 1967, Jack Ruby died from the effects of galloping lung cancer before his second trial could begin. He claimed that he had been injected with cancer. His picture is found below. The Death of Jack Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald - Homestead

Jack Ruby, the man who shot accused assassin of President John F. Kennedy Lee Harvey Oswald, said in his interview with the Warren Commission (the investigative team appointed by the federal government to probe the Kennedy assassination) on June 7th, 1964:
Jack Ruby's statement to the Warren Commision.
“Everything pertaining to what’s happening has never come to the surface. The world will never know the true facts of what occurred or my motives. The people that had so much to gain and had such an ulterior motive for putting me in the position I’m in will never let the true facts come above board to the world. Gentlemen, I want to tell you the truth, but I cannot tell it here. If you want a fair shake out of me you have to take me to Washington. I tell you that a whole new form of government is going to take over the country and I know I won’t live to see you another time.”

Go figure, this slob died in prison, his illness remains a mystery, though MSM/GOV has declared it was cancer.

Oswald's Handlers: George de Mohrenschildt - J. Walton Moore, of the CIA’s Domestic Contacts Division - Charles Donald Ford

also notice that back in the day O'Reilly was working the Oswald-CIA angle - yet today he's pushing the sweep-it-under-the-rug-history-book ,,,

youtube -Bill O'Reilly's Outdated 'and Bogus Version Of The Kennedy Assassination!!(Oswald Was Pyscopath)   hmmmm  so he wants a paycheck from tptb?

Since the passage of the JFK Records Collection Act and the formation of the Assassination Records Review Board, there has been a wealth of new information on the JFK case, in both documents and research.

In his presentation at the JFK Lancer conference, researcher Martin Shackelford said he's attempted to assemble some of this new information --- just a fraction of what's been released, he explained --- which he wanted to share. The information he presented was fascinating, and seems to confirm many long-held suspicions.

"We've learned a great deal about Lee Harvey Oswald," Shackelford began. He read off a list:

Shackelford also presented information on George DeMohrenschildt. "His brother Dmitri once worked for TIME-LIFE, and then published The Russian Review, a journal subsidized by the CIA. From 1958 to 1963 DeMohrenschildt was employed by Lyndon Johnson's chief financial backer, George Brown of Brown and Root." He had previously worked for another LBJ backer, Martin said.

"Dallas CIA man J. Walton Moore first mentioned Oswald to DeMohrenschildt in 1961, while Oswald was still in Russia. An associate of Moore gave DeMohrenschildt Oswald's address in 1962, and suggested DeMohrenschildt contact Oswald. The original story was that George Bouhe introduced DeMohrenschildt to Oswald. This could still be true if Bouhe was a CIA colleague of J. Walton Moore."

DeMohrenschildt encouraged Lee Oswald to write a detailed memoir of his time in Russia, which he did in October of 1962. DeMohrenschildt subsequently gave it to Moore to copy. Reports based on other information provided by Oswald were sent to the CIA's Soviet Russia Division at Langley.

In April of 1963 the CIA requested an "expedite check" on DeMohrenschildt, Shackelford reported. The very next month, DeMohrenschildt met with Vice President Lyndon Johnson and branch chief of the Soviet Russia Division.

In late 1963, after the assassination, "an unexplained $200,000 was deposited from a Bahamian bank into DeMohrenschildt's bank account in Haiti," Martin said. "It was later paid out to an undisclosed party."

In late 1969, DeMohrenschildt told a family friend that billionaire oilman H.L. Hunt was behind the Kennedy assassination. Hunt supported LBJ in 1960.

THE O’REILLY FACTOR IN THE JFK ASSASSINATION:  J. Walton Moore & Lee Harvey Oswald Bill Kelly

The Bill O’Reilly Factor in the JFK Assassination is his thwarted attempt to get at the truth in Dallas.

In 1977 Bill O’Reilly worked as a reporter for the WFAA TV news station in Dallas when. Moore had been associated with George DeMohrenschildt, a close friend of Lee Harvey Oswald, the accused assassin of President

Kennedy, and O’Reilly was investigating a possible association between Moore and Oswald himself.

O’Reilly got involved when the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) was beginning to reinvestigate the President’s assassination. O’Reilly learned that Moore often debriefed George DeMohrenschildt. If the CIA’s Moore and Oswald the alleged assassin were associated in any way it would certainly go against the grain of the official conclusion that Oswald killed Kennedy alone, for some perverted and psychological, yet unknown motive.

DeMohrenschildt however, was one of a dozen or so witnesses targeted by the HSCA who were found dead in suspicious circumstances before they could testify. But O’Reilly did get an on-camera interview with his widow, Jeanne DeMohrenschildt, who recalled J. Walton Moore; how they used to socialize with Moore and his wife, and the fact that Moore shunned them when they returned to Dallas from Haiti. And for good reason. The House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) did look into the situation, and they included a synopsis of the allegations in the Appendix papers published with the HSCA Final Report.

In regards to DeMohrenschildt and J. Watlon Moore, the HSCA reported in Volume XI IV under the heading Allegations of De Morhrenschildt’s Intelligence Connections: during his Warren Commission testimony, de Mohrenschildt was asked by Counsel Jenner if he had ever been in any respect an agent. De Mohrenschildt responded that he never had... In his Warren Commission testimony de Mohrenschildt stated that he believed he had discussed Lee Harvey Oswald with J. Walton Moore, whom de Mohrenschildt described a Government man; either FBI or Central Intelligence;

De Mohrenschildt said Moore had interviewed him when he returned from Yugoslvaia and that he was known as the head of the FBI in Dallas. De Mohrenschildt asserted that he asked Moore and Ft. Worth attorney Max Clark about Oswald to reassure himself that it was safe for de Mohrenschildt to assist Oswald. According to his testimony, de Mohrenschildt was told by one of the persons he talked to that Oswald, although he said he could not remember who it was, that the guy seems to be OK;

This admitted association with J. Walton Moore fed the rumors of some involvement by de Mohrenschildt in intelligence activities. In 1963 J. Walton Moore was employed by the Central Intelligence Agency in Dallas, Tex., in the Domestic Contacts Division. According to Moore’s CIA personnel file, he was assigned to the Domestic Contacts Division in 1948. Moore’s duties in the Dallas office were contacting individuals... who had information on foreign topics.

In an Agency memorandum dated April 13, 1977, contained in George de Mohrenschildt’s CIA file, Moore set forth facts to counter a claim which had been recently made by WFAA-TV in Dallas that Lee Harvey Oswald was employed by the CIA and that Moore knew Oswald.

In that memo, Moore is quoted as saying that according to his records the last time he talked to George de Mohrenschildt was in the fall of 1961. Moore said that he had no recollection of any conversation with de Mohrenschildt: First, in the spring of 1958 to discuss the mutual interest the two couples had in mainland China: and then in the fall of 1961 when the de Mohrenschildt showed films of their Latin American walking trip. Other documents in de Mohrenschildt’s CIA file indicate more contact between Moore and de Mohrenschildt than was stated in the 1977 memo by Moore.

In a memorandum dated May 1, 1964, from Moore to the Acting Chief of the Contacts Division of the CIA. Moore stated that he had known George de Mohrenschildt and his wife since 1957, at which time Moore got biographical data on de Mohrenschildt after de Mohrenschildt’s trip to Yugoslavia for the International Cooperation Administration. Moore said also in that 1964 memo that he saw de Mohrenschildt several times in 1958 and 1959.

DeMohrenschildt’s CIA file contained several reports submitted by de Mohrenschildt to the CIA on topics concerning Yugoslavia. In an interview with the committee on March 14, 1978, Moore stated that he did interview de Mohrenschildt in 1957 after the Yugoslavia trip. At that time Moore also indicated he had periodic contact with de Mohrenschildt debriefing purposes over the years after that. Moore said that none of that contact or conversation with de Mohrenschildt was related to Oswald: Moore said that the allegations that de Mohrenschildt asked Moore’s permission to contact Oswald were false

5. On 12 April 1977, our administrative assistant Mrs Barham received a phone call from an individual asking to speak with Morris Bishop. She advised that there was no one by that name working in the office. day after O’Reilly’s attempt to interview Moore, somebody called the Dallas CIA DCD office asking for a Morris Bishop; which is now recognized as an attempt by someone, possibly O’Reilly, to identify the mysterious “Maurice Bishop”; a person whose real identity would take up a lot of time of HSCA investigators in attempting to trace.

Most significant however, is the assertion by Moore himself that he attended the De Mohrenschildt’s party held to showcase the film they made of their year long trip through Mexico and Central America, one peculiar aspect of which was their arrival in Guatemala at the same time the Bay of Pigs brigade was in training - that being April, 1961. That’s the date the HSCA Report mistakenly says was the last time Moore met with DeMohrenschildt.

The party at which the film was shown was actually in February, 1963. One possible reason for all the secrecy, blackmail and intimidation is the fact that Oswald himself attended that party, and in the company of only ten or twelve people, Moore and Oswald would have a hard time not meeting. According to De Mohrenschildt’s account of the party, it was a night to remember for more than one reason.

[ When Oswald met his "best" friend" George De Mohrenschildt (of Lbj's MIC Brown and Root) ]
So both Oswald, the alleged assassin, and J. Walton Moore, of the CIA’s Domestic Contacts Division, attended the De Mohrenschildt’s party where Ruth Paine also met Marina Oswald, the Russian wife of the alleged assassin, setting up another important association.

In addition, the documents released under the JFK Act also show that both J. Walton Moore and Charles Donald Ford joined the Navy during World War II, but ended up in the Army, assigned to the OSS, where in 1945 they were both sent to China on a mission together.

Charles Donald Ford became a CIA training officer assigned to the JM/WAVE station before being assigned to be the chief liaison between the CIA and Robert F. Kennedy, the attorney general, said to be a middle-man between the White House and the mob in the plots to kill Castro.

If J. Walton Moore and Charles Donald Ford, together in the OSS, were also working together in 1963, then Moore could have been a direct CIA channel on Oswald’s activities to those operators at JM/WAVE, who are suspected of setting Oswald up as the patsy and framing him for the assassination.

While all investigative roads seem to lead back to JM/WAVE, the CIA is still stonewalling in refusing to abide by the JFK Act, and refuses to release the pertinent records, about Mr. J. Walton Moore, C. D. Ford, George Joannides, David Morales, David Atlee Phillips, and the others who were involved in the few and specific (April-Nov.) anti-Castro Cuban operations that involved RFK.That Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly was one of the reporters stonewalled on this issue should inspire him to follow through on his 1977 assignment, and join other reporters in the call for the release of the necessary records and for proper congressional oversight and enforcement of the JFK Act. As can be seen, O’Reilly was on the right track, and that a follow-up into the recently released records shows that O’Reilly was correct in his assertions that there were more definitive associations between the CIA’s J. Walton Moore and Lee Harvey Oswald, the accused assassin of President Kennedy.

George Rufus Brown (May 12, 1898 – January 22, 1983) was a prominent Houstonian entrepreneur. Brown led Brown & Root Inc. to become one of the largest construction companies in the world and helped to foster the political career of Lyndon B. Johnson. The George R. Brown Convention Center and the George R. Brown School of Engineering of Rice University are both named in honor of him.
In 1936, Brown & Root was awarded a contract to construct the Marshall Ford Dam (now known as the Mansfield Dam). The construction was almost stopped in 1937 but was allowed to continue when Lyndon B. Johnson (then a very junior congressman) helped push through special legislation. The project was part of the New Deal, and was completed in 1942.[3][4] During World War II, the company's work was expanded to military construction. Over 300 water crafts were constructed.[4] The company was investigated by the Internal Revenue Service in 1942 for giving bonuses to employees who had agreed to donate to Lyndon B. Johnson. Brown & Root was ultimately fined $372,000

JMWAVE or JM/WAVE or JM WAVE was the codename for a major secret United States covert operations and intelligence gathering station operated by the CIA from 1961 until 1968. It was headquartered in Building 25

25.6202°N 80.3990°W on the South Campus (formerly the site of Richmond Naval Air Station, an airship base about 12 miles south of the main campus) of the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. It was also referred to as the CIA's "Miami Station" or "Wave Station".[1][2][3][4][5]

JMWAVE underwent its first major development when it was established as the operations center for Task Force W, the CIA's unit dedicated to "Operation Mongoose"[2][6][7] - a US effort to overthrow President Fidel Castro's Communist government in Cuba. JMWAVE was also active in some form during the failed US-sponsored "Bay of Pigs" invasion of Cuba in April 1961.[8] The JMWAVE operation grew out of an earlier fledgling CIA office in Coral Gables.[1]

The station's activities reached their peak in late 1962 and early 1963 - the period of the Cuban Missile Crisis. Under Ted Shackley's leadership from 1962 to 1965, JMWAVE grew to be the largest CIA station in the world outside of the organization's headquarters in Langley, Virginia, with 300 to 400 professional operatives (possibly including about 100 based in Cuba) as well as an estimated 15,000 anti-Castro Cuban exiles on its payroll. The CIA was one of Miami's largest employers during this period. Exiles were trained in commando tactics, espionage and seamanship and the station supported numerous exile raids on Cuba

… another excerpt from my
so-called book I am working on:

The groundwork on the various inventions which together became known as ‘television’ transpired during the first three decades of the century ... it was a big hit at the ’39 World’s Fair for instance. However, the roll out had to wait until the late ‘40s, after the carnage, known as World War II, was ended. That blood bath, by the way, was perpetrated by many of the same entities developing TV ... RCA, GE, Bell, Raytheon, Westinghouse, etc ... those same ‘corporations’ which had by that time already become the technology wing of the ‘military/industrial complex’ ... also known as the Anglo/American Empire.

I was born in 1948, a member of that first TV generation. I saw it all from the beginning, TV’s inaugural projected shadow universe, which, though rudimentary and unsophisticated, was, nonetheless, bewitching and powerfully hypnotic. I do not wish to give a full history of Hollywood and the ‘Religion of Television’ here, the predictive programming, the societal stage managing, the historical narrative invented from whole cloth ... I wish only to allude to its incalculable effectiveness as a tool of psychological manipulation and its parallel to Plato’s Cave Allegory. For most people at this late date, electronic media truly is the only reality they know.

I believe the ... uh, let’s just call them the ‘controllers’ ... realized from the start the power they now possessed, to take mankind and civilization wherever they wished. I believe they resorted to the age-old modus operandi of the secret societies, often described now as ‘think tanks’, to formulate and implement their various plans of action. I believe the controllers consist of Royalty, Nobility and other super-wealthy families in all the commercial and criminal endeavors, especially ‘banking’.

I believe the controllers are very mindful of the chronicle of ‘history’ fabricated by their forebears, their place in it and their ‘divine’ duty to further the ‘unfinished work of the ages’.

I believe the controllers choose their mouthpieces, their spokesmen, to place into positions of governmental and corporate power, largely via the strength of TV. I believe that today all the meaningful institutions of the world, with few exceptions, are elements of ‘shadow cultures’ and ‘shadow governments’.

Throughout the 1950s in the US the new system proved its effectiveness as a psy-ops weapon, this pulpit, this cave hearth for the elite priesthood/storytellers spinning the web of false history and metaphysical doctrine. Then, in November 1963, with stunning success, the controllers executed their first big trial  of the weapon ... the selling of the Kennedy murder as happenstance, a coincidence theory, if you will ... an isolated act by a deranged ‘lone gunman’, the kind of thing we should expect more of, they implied, in our godless, blind watchmaker universe.

The JFK Assassination The Jim Garrison Tapes 1992 YouTube

JFK: Just Because They Write Our History, Doesn’t Mean We Have to Believe It.
What? What does this tell us? Our media is state controlled and has been for decades.

James Jesus Angleton

During the Second World War Angleton served with the Office of Strategic Services and in March 1943 was sent to London to be trained by MI5 officers such as Dick White and Kim Philby. He later served as a counter-intelligence agent in Italy.

[   Interesting that Philby defected in Jan, 1963 ...
Harold Adrian Russell "Kim" Philby (1 January 1912 – 11 May 1988[1]) was a high-ranking member of British intelligence who worked as a double agent before defecting to the Soviet Union in 1963. He served as both an NKVD and KGB operative

Reportedly, "Angleton had an alliance with ... the Mafia, dating from 1944 when he was an O.S.S. officer in Italy.

"'Operation Gladio' ... was based on Angleton's fascist-Mafia connections, and employed ... the Mafia to assassinate some who couldn't be bribed, e.g. Prime Minster Aldo Moro."

After the war Angleton worked for the War Department's Strategic Services Unit. He became the chief counter-intelligence officer for Italy but in 1947 he returned home to join the Central Intelligence Agency. In 1951 he was sent to Israel where he helped establish Mossad, the Israeli intelligence service.

Some researchers have claimed that Angleton was involved in covering up CIA's involvement in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. H. R. Haldeman, President Nixon's chief of staff, claimed in his book, The Ends of Power: "After Kennedy was killed, the CIA launched a fantastic cover-up. The CIA literally erased any connection between Kennedy's assassination and the CIA... in fact, Counter intelligence Chief James Angleton of the CIA called Bill Sullivan of the FBI and rehearsed the questions and answers they would give to the Warren Commission investigators."

For example, Winston Scott, was CIA station chief in 1963. He retired in 1969 and wrote a memoir about his time in the FBI, OSS and the CIA. He completed the manuscript, It Came To Little, and made plans to discuss the contents of the book with CIA director, Richard Helms, in Washington on 30th April, 1971.

Scott died on 26th April, 1971. No autopsy was performed, and a postmortem suggested he had suffered a heart attack. His son, Michael Scott told Dick Russell that he took away his father's manuscript. Angleton also confiscated three large cartons of files including a tape-recording of the voice of Lee Harvey Oswald. Michael Scott was also told by a CIA source that his father had not died from natural causes.

Michael Scott eventually got his father's manuscript back from the CIA. However, 150 pages were missing. Chapters 13 to 16 were deleted in their entirety. In fact, everything about his life after 1947 had been removed on grounds of national security.

Operation Gladio - Full 1992 documentary BBC

 Published on 7 Jul 2012

Originally aired on BBC2 in 1992, 'Operation Gladio' reveals 'Gladio', the secret state- sponsored terror network operating in Europe.

This BBC series is about a far-right secret army, operated by the CIA and MI6 through  NATO, which killed hundreds of innocent Europeans and attempted to blame the deaths  on Baader Meinhof, Red Brigades and other left wing groups. Known as 'stay-behinds'  these armies were given access to military equipment which was supposed to be used  for sabotage after a Soviet invasion. Instead it was used in massacres across mainland  Europe as part of a CIA Strategy of Tension. Gladio killing sprees in Belgium and Italy  were carried out for the purpose of frightening the national political classes into  adopting U.S. policies.

 Director Allan Frankovich

It was a directive that came after William Colby testified before Senator Frank Church’s 1975 hearings on U.S. intelligence operations. In that post-Watergate era—four of the burglars had been found to have C.I.A. connections—and as Saigon was falling at the end of the Vietnam War, former C.I.A. Saigon station chief Colby’s blunt and controversial recounting of the agency’s more nefarious practices not only brought on Congressional oversight of the C.I.A. for the first time but also ensured Colby’s sacking later that year by President Ford.

In an effort to explain his father, Carl Colby’s new documentary, The Man Nobody Knew, which premieres tomorrow, ...

The dramatic events surrounding Colby’s career include a secret collaboration with the Vatican to defeat the Communist Party in Italy in the late 50s, his tenure as the head of the C.I.A. in the Far East during the buildup of the Vietnam war, the assassination of Vietnam’s president Ngo Dinh Diem in 1963, and Colby’s stewardship of the controversial Phoenix program—a measure that sanctioned the killing of thousands of suspected Viet Cong.

James Jesus Angleton  and the Kennedy Assassination...

In Italy, 1947, Angleton participated in an OSO operation given to a group called SPG, or Special Procedures Group, in which propaganda and other means were used to keep the Italians from voting any Communists into office.  Other means included the Mafia. "Wild Bill" Donovan, founder of the OSS, helped release "Lucky" Luciano and other Mafia criminals from jail in New York so they could return to Italy and provide not only contacts, but if necessary, the strong-arm tactics needed to win the war against incipient Communism in Italy. Angleton’s later reported contacts with the Mob may well stem back to this period.

One of the groups most interested in defeating the communists in Italy was, not surprisingly, the Vatican. Angleton both gave and received intelligence to and from the Vatican. Among Angleton’s most famous agents in Italy was Mons Giovanni Montini. Montini would become famous in 1963 when he became Pope Paul VI.8 Angleton has been named as a source for funds which were used to defeat the Communists. In return, evidently, Angleton obtained access to the Ratlines the Vatican was using to move people out of Europe to safety abroad. Angleton and others from the State Department used the Ratlines to ferry Nazis to South America.9

The OPC crowd held enormous sway in the early days of the CIA, but that changed in the wake of the spectacular failure at the Bay of Pigs. Curiously, Richard Helms and Angleton both saw their careers rise by standing on the sidelines and keeping free of all dealings related to the Bay of Pigs.

Angleton made an interesting comment about the Bay of Pigs episode. He told the HSCA that before the Bay of Pigs, he had asked Bissell, "Do you have an escape hatch?" He asked Bissell most plainly, "In case the thing falls flat on its face is there someone who goes to Castro and says, ‘you have won the battle. What is your price?’" Angleton explained to the HSCA that he was trying to say, "have you planned for the failure as much as planned for the success?" The implication was that this was Angleton’s own modus operandi in such matters.10 We would do well to remember that statement in the context of the Kennedy assassination and cover-up.

The shocking nature of what you are about to read in this article makes it imperative that you be aware of some of the credentials and experience of the author.

From 1955 to December 31, 1963, Col. L. Fletcher Prouty was the Focal Point (liason) officer between the Pentagon and the CIA. During 1962 and 1963 he was Director of Special Plans (clandestine operations) in the office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

In 1971 he was the president of the Financial Marketing Council, Washington, D.C.

He is the author of numerous articles and of The Secret Team, published by Prentice Hall (1973) and Ballantine Books (1974).

How was the Warren Commission kept
from investigating and seeing evidence?
This is the real issue.
This is a crime to top the crime.

As we prepare now to celebrate the beginning of the third century of the founding of this country, we wonder if we live in the land of the free. We wonder if at least we still have a government of the people and by the people. Certainly, it is no longer a government for the people. The sound throughout the land is ugly: there is frustration, hate, and fear. We must act while there may still be time.

There is a grave conspiracy over the land. The people have come alive because of Vietnam and Watergate; but they have scarcely scratched the surface. A President and a Vice-President have been forced to resign. A President has been shot to death. Two Presidential candidates have been shot, one of them killed. Many of the President's men have been forced to leave, some have gone to jail; others are still under indictment.

Yes, history has been made by a series of murders, but not enough has been done to solve them. The trial of Watergate was the trial of the cover-up. There has been no trial about the real crime of Watergate. There has been no trial of the big power behind Watergate. The Hunts, Liddys, McCords, and the Cubans were not drawn into that drama solely for their own interests. They were working for someone much higher up. They were all pawns, just like Nixon was. This is a game for the biggest stake of all—absolute control of the government of the United States of America; and, with control of this government, control of the world. And yet the real crime underlying all of this has not even been identified, stated, and charged. The real criminals still walk the streets, run their corporations, control their banks, and pull strings throughout their political and financial machines.

This control mechanism did not start in 1972 with Watergate. It began, in a tentative way, in the Korean War era, when the military and the executive branch found out how easy it was to fool the Congress and the American public. And with that recognition, power-hungry and money-mad industrialists began to usurp more and more power. And when those rifles crackled over Dealey Plaza, in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963 and John F. Kennedy's brain was splattered across the road, they had made their move into the big time. They took over control of the President and of the Presidency. The man they had killed was no longer a problem and they had made certain that his successor, Lyndon Johnson, heard and remembered the sound of those guns. It is the sound of those guns in Dallas, and their ever-present threat, which is the real mechanism of control over the American government.

It is possible now to reconstruct the scenario of that day, and, with new information, to show why the murder of JFK may properly be called the "Crime of the Century." If we the people of the United States do not demand its resolution this year, it will stand in the way of a free election in 1976. It will doom a third century of democratic government in this country.

Almost everyone who has taken the time to do any reading and thinking about that crime knows by now that John Kennedy was killed not by a lone assassin, but by a group of hired "mechanics." Let's look at some of the hard facts of this murder and put to rest once and for all the "cover-up" report of the Warren Commission.

The Warren Commission categorically stated that Lee Harvey Oswald was the killer of JFK and that he acted alone. The Warren Commission says that Oswald fired three shots, only three shots, from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building and that his lair was at a window, number one from the right (eastern-most on the south side) on that sixth floor.

NUMBER 1. The Texas School Book Depository Building. Arrow points to window from which Oswald supposedly shot Kennedy. (photo by Willis.)

If one breaks this contrived Warren Commission story, then the fundament of the "lone assassin" theory is undermined. Break this weak theory and you are confronted immediately with an awareness of the existence of a massive conspiracy. And we are equally convinced that this group hired at least four expert "mechanics" (assassins). This group wielded control over elements of the Dallas police, the Sheriff's office, the FBI, the Secret Service, and the CIA. This great cabal had control high enough in government, or at least in the councils of government, to be able to influence the travel plans of the President, the Vice-President and a Presidential candidate (Nixon), and all members of the Kennedy cabinet. They were powerful enough to have orders issued to the Army, and they were able to mount a massive campaign to control the media during and after the assassination. They were able to have Jack Ruby kill Oswald and to transfer jurisdiction of the murder from Texas and then to effectively control the outcome of the Warren Commission review.

Then as soon as JFK was dead, they began an even larger campaign to cover up that crime forever. Penn Jones, the tenacious editor of the Midlothian, Texas, Mirror, has devoted his life to "researching the hell" out of this conspiracy. He has a list of some eighty-five people who, because they knew too much or got too close, have died sudden and unnatural deaths since the JFK murder.

This great cabal had seen to it that Vice-President Lyndon Johnson was in the Kennedy procession, and they saw to it that he heard those hired guns, that he saw Kennedy die, and that he lived through that terrible nightmare of the trip back to Washington on Air Force One. From that day on, LBJ never again was that self-confident, swash-buckling, free-wheeling Texan. Before he died, LBJ told his old friend Tom Janos that he knew Oswald had not killed JFK alone.

The American public is now ready enough to have the cloak torn from the lies about the Kennedy murder and the cover-up; but the American public has not had the guts to face the fact of the massive conspiracy that arranged for that murder and which to this day perpetuates its cover-up.

Many of us have been convinced, as a result of careful and detailed study that the first of these glass barricades, the Warren Commission report, is a lie. And, we are equally convinced that the cover-up of the murder can be smashed and the conspiracy exposed. But if we don't act now, there will be consequences. These will begin with either the cancellation of elections in 1976 or with elections that will be a total sham. For who will dare run against the candidate of the conspiracy? Will it be Wallace with his wounds and from his wheelchair, or another Kennedy, or Ed Muskie, who was badly roughed up in 1972, or George McGovern, who was twice scheduled for assassination in 1972?

Who, unless he sells his soul to the cabal, can face those hired guns?

Today, our country is being run by a President and a Vice-President who have not been elected to office. This is merely a process to condition the American public.

Let's begin here by breaking apart the whole fabric of the lone-killer thesis. On November 28, 1963, less than one week after Kennedy's death, the Secret Service, the agency closest to the scene, reported that three shots were fired. The Secret Service said that the first hit the President, the second hit Governor John Connally of Texas, and the third struck the President. There were no other shots according to the Secret Service. The Secret Service was wrong!

This schematic by Robert Cutler pinpoints the exact location of all elements—buildings, vehicles, and people—on Dealey Plaza at the time of the shooting of the President. [click on image for hi-res version]

On December 9, 1963, the FBI reported that three shots had been fired and that two hit the President and that one hit John Connally. The FBI says there were no other shots. The FBI was less specific than the Secret Service. The FBI was wrong.

Then, much later, on September 27, 1964 (ten months after the crime), the Warren Commission issued its report along with twenty-six huge volumes of random data. This report states that there were three shots. The Warren Commission was wrong.

According to the Warren Commission, the first shot, the "miracle bullet" designed and dreamed up by one of its lawyers (Arlen Specter), is one of the most fascinating contrivances of our generation. Forced to account for a series of unrelated events, Arlen Specter came up with a weird solution. He says the first bullet hit JFK, passed through the muscle of his upper back exited from his lower throat, traveled a few feet in the air, changed course, and entered Connally's back, plunged through his body, broke about five inches of one of his right rib bones, came out again, and then slammed into his right wrist, where it broke two more bones, exited again, and then pierced his thigh and ended its strange journey embedded in his thigh bone.

An interpretation of this thesis, based on photographic and medical evidence, means the bullet would have had to have made a right and upward turn upon leaving JFK's throat, paused in midair for more than two seconds, made a left and steep downward turn as it entered Connally's back, made a right and upward turn as it left Connally's chest, passed through Connally's wrist in the direction backward from the way his wrist was facing, made another left and downward turn, then wound up in Connally's left thigh.

Right here we see the brazen, "To Hell with the Public" character of the Commission report. Can you imagine some lawyer, even the persuasive and imaginative Specter, selling that bullet and its bumble-bee flight to any jury of intelligent Americans? The Commission was stuck with a "three bullet" crime because the Secret Service and the FBI had both reported three bullets, because there were only 6.8 seconds of shooting[1], as proven precisely by a film of the event made by Abraham Zapruder, and because the character who planted the shells at the "Oswald lair" had only put three there. Furthermore, if they were going to stick with the "lone assassin" solution, they were faced with the hard task of making it appear feasible that Oswald alone could have gotten off just three bullets in 6.8 seconds, let alone four, five, or six.

The Zapruder movie film, which shows the entire scene from beginning to end, became invaluable as a master clock of the whole affair. It established a foolproof chronology of the crime. It is not too difficult to determine precisely when (what frame of the movie film) the first shot was fired; and it is equally simple to determine exactly the elapsed time until the last shot was fired. So, unless the Commission could accept that there might have been other gunmen who fired during the same 6.8 seconds—and this the Commission categorically denied—it was going to have to show that Oswald could have fired three bullets from that sixth-floor window, and that he performed this feat in super-marksmanship time of 6.8 seconds.[2] It is significant to stress here that the supposed murder weapon was a cheap Italian Mannlicher-Carcano mail-order rifle, a single-shot, bolt-action antique.

Another complication crept into the Commission's connivance. One of the bystanders at Dealey Plaza that day was a man named James Tague. He was hit by a fragment of concrete knocked off the curb by a bullet that had hit a curbstone near where he stood. He reported his injury to a hospital.

NUMBER 2.* James Tague, on the far right, with cut on face after he was hit by a fragment of concrete that was knocked off the curb by errant bullet. (photo by Allen.)

So there was another man on record as having been hit during these same 6.8 seconds. This forced the Commission to accept that one bullet, the second by their count, missed both JFK and Connally. This complicated their task. Remember, neither the Secret Service nor the FBI has accounted for that "missed" bullet and there were only three shell cases and no clips at Oswald's window. They both had said that three shots were fired and that two hit JFK and one hit Connally. The FBI later found the nick in the curbstone, took a section of it back to their labs in Washington, analyzed it, and decided that a bullet had indeed hit the curb. ........ continued at length..

Concerning Criticism of the Warren Report

CIA Document #1035-960

RE: Concerning Criticism of the Warren Report

1. Our Concern. From the day of President Kennedy's assassination on, there has been speculation about the responsibility for his murder. Although this was stemmed for a time by the Warren Commission report, (which appeared at the end of September 1964), various writers have now had time to scan the Commission's published report and documents for new pretexts for questioning, and there has been a new wave of books and articles criticizing the Commission's findings. In most cases the critics have speculated as to the existence of some kind of conspiracy, and often they have implied that the Commission itself was involved. Presumably as a result of the increasing challenge to the Warren Commission's report, a public opinion poll recently indicated that 46% of the American public did not think that Oswald acted alone, while more than half of those polled thought that the Commission had left some questions unresolved. Doubtless polls abroad would show similar, or possibly more adverse results.

2. This trend of opinion is a matter of concern to the U.S. government, including our organization. The members of the Warren Commission were naturally chosen for their integrity, experience and prominence. They represented both major parties, and they and their staff were deliberately drawn from all sections of the country. Just because of the standing of the Commissioners, efforts to impugn their rectitude and wisdom tend to cast doubt on the whole leadership of American society. Moreover, there seems to be an increasing tendency to hint that President Johnson himself, as the one person who might be said to have benefited, was in some way responsible for the assassination.

Innuendo of such seriousness affects not only the individual concerned, but also the whole reputation of the American government. Our organization itself is directly involved: among other facts, we contributed information to the investigation. Conspiracy theories have frequently thrown suspicion on our organization, for example by falsely alleging that Lee Harvey Oswald worked for us. The aim of this dispatch is to provide material countering and discrediting the claims of the conspiracy theorists, so as to inhibit the circulation of such claims in other countries. Background information is supplied in a classified section and in a number of unclassified attachments.

3. Action. We do not recommend that discussion of the assassination question be initiated where it is not already taking place. Where discussion is active [business] addresses are requested:

    a. To discuss the publicity problem with [?] and friendly elite contacts (especially politicians and editors), pointing out that the Warren Commission made as thorough an investigation as humanly possible, that the charges of the critics are without serious foundation, and that further speculative discussion only plays into the hands of the opposition. Point out also that parts of the conspiracy talk appear to be deliberately generated by Communist propagandists. Urge them to use their influence to discourage unfounded and irresponsible speculation.

    b. To employ propaganda assets to [negate] and refute the attacks of the critics. Book reviews and feature articles are particularly appropriate for this purpose. The unclassified attachments to this guidance should provide useful background material for passing to assets. Our ploy should point out, as applicable, that the critics are (I) wedded to theories adopted before the evidence was in, (I) politically interested, (III) financially interested, (IV) hasty and inaccurate in their research, or (V) infatuated with their own theories. In the course of discussions of the whole phenomenon of criticism, a useful strategy may be to single out Epstein's theory for attack, using the attached Fletcher [?] article and Spectator piece for background. (Although Mark Lane's book is much less convincing that Epstein's and comes off badly where confronted by knowledgeable critics, it is also much more difficult to answer as a whole, as one becomes lost in a morass of unrelated details.)

4. In private to media discussions not directed at any particular writer, or in attacking publications which may be yet forthcoming, the following arguments should be useful:

    a. No significant new evidence has emerged which the Commission did not consider. The assassination is sometimes compared (e.g., by Joachim Joesten and Bertrand Russell) with the Dreyfus case; however, unlike that case, the attack on the Warren Commission have produced no new evidence, no new culprits have been convincingly identified, and there is no agreement among the critics. (A better parallel, though an imperfect one, might be with the Reichstag fire of 1933, which some competent historians (Fritz Tobias, AJ.P. Taylor, D.C. Watt) now believe was set by Vander Lubbe on his own initiative, without acting for either Nazis or Communists; the Nazis tried to pin the blame on the Communists, but the latter have been more successful in convincing the world that the Nazis were to blame.)

    b. Critics usually overvalue particular items and ignore others. They tend to place more emphasis on the recollections of individual witnesses (which are less reliable and more divergent--and hence offer more hand-holds for criticism) and less on ballistics, autopsy, and photographic evidence. A close examination of the Commission's records will usually show that the conflicting eyewitness accounts are quoted out of context, or were discarded by the Commission for good and sufficient reason.

    c. Conspiracy on the large scale often suggested would be impossible to conceal in the United States, esp. since informants could expect to receive large royalties, etc. Note that Robert Kennedy, Attorney General at the time and John F. Kennedy's brother, would be the last man to overlook or conceal any conspiracy. And as one reviewer pointed out, Congressman Gerald R. Ford would hardly have held his tongue for the sake of the Democratic administration, and Senator Russell would have had every political interest in exposing any misdeeds on the part of Chief Justice Warren. A conspirator moreover would hardly choose a location for a shooting where so much depended on conditions beyond his control: the route, the speed of the cars, the moving target, the risk that the assassin would be discovered. A group of wealthy conspirators could have arranged much more secure conditions.

    d. Critics have often been enticed by a form of intellectual pride: they light on some theory and fall in love with it; they also scoff at the Commission because it did not always answer every question with a flat decision one way or the other. Actually, the make-up of the Commission and its staff was an excellent safeguard against over-commitment to any one theory, or against the illicit transformation of probabilities into certainties.

    e. Oswald would not have been any sensible person's choice for a co-conspirator. He was a "loner," mixed up, of questionable reliability and an unknown quantity to any professional intelligence service.

    f. As to charges that the Commission's report was a rush job, it emerged three months after the deadline originally set. But to the degree that the Commission tried to speed up its reporting, this was largely due to the pressure of irresponsible speculation already appearing, in some cases coming from the same critics who, refusing to admit their errors, are now putting out new criticisms.

    g. Such vague accusations as that "more than ten people have died mysteriously" can always be explained in some natural way e.g.: the individuals concerned have for the most part died of natural causes; the Commission staff questioned 418 witnesses (the FBI interviewed far more people, conduction 25,000 interviews and re interviews), and in such a large group, a certain number of deaths are to be expected. (When Penn Jones, one of the originators of the "ten mysterious deaths" line, appeared on television, it emerged that two of the deaths on his list were from heart attacks, one from cancer, one was from a head-on collision on a bridge, and one occurred when a driver drifted into a bridge abutment.)

5. Where possible, counter speculation by encouraging reference to the Commission's Report itself. Open-minded foreign readers should still be impressed by the care, thoroughness, objectivity and speed with which the Commission worked. Reviewers of other books might be encouraged to add to their account the idea that, checking back with the report itself, they found it far superior to the work of its critics.

IF, Oswald was the lone gun man firing from the Book Depository building, then why didn't Oswald take the shots when Kennedy's car was coming towards Oswald???  The easier shot for Oswald would have been while Kennedy's car is coming towards Oswald and closing on Oswald's alleged firing location.

JFK assassination
50th anniversary
On this 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy's assassination, Alex broadcasts live from the scene of the crime in Dallas as the corporate media converges on Dealey Plaza and puts the establishment’s spin on today's momentous event. Alex and the Infowars team defy the wishes of Dallas officialdom that had earlier attempted to suspend the First Amendment by outlawing citizens from engaging in the time-honored American tradition of pamphleteering and displaying banners with political messages. Earlier this week, authorities relented under threat of lawsuits by groups such as COPA and now begrudgingly allows limited First Amendment rights in designated areas.

Infowars Nightly News host David Knight rides shotgun with Alex from the command center in Austin, Texas. Check out the live feed at Infowars.com.

Everywhere in Texas Jackie got Yellow Roses - but in Dallas she was given Red Roses by the Mayors Wife ,,,,

For 50 years, ex-Dallas police chief’s daughter has kept a pair of Jacqueline Kennedy’s roses
Published: 25 August 2013 10:52 PM

Fifty years later, Cathey Mandrell-Tresp still has the two roses.

The flowers were given to Jacqueline Kennedy just hours before her husband, President John F. Kennedy, was killed in Dallas on one of the most infamous days in history.

The red buds, now pressed in a book, stir up memories of Tresp’s dad, Jesse Curry, who was Dallas police chief at the time of the JFK assassination. He brought home the flowers for his 9-year-old daughter at the end of that fateful day.

Red roses

On the morning of the assassination, Elizabeth Cabell, the wife of Dallas Mayor Earle Cabell, presented Jacqueline Kennedy with the red roses when the president’s entourage arrived at Dallas Love Field. It was a change from the yellow roses that Jackie had been given everywhere else in the state. The difference lingered in her memory.

Every time we got off the plane that day, three times they gave me the yellow roses of Texas,” she said one week after the assassination, according to notes taken by journalist Theodore White. It was the same conversation where she made “Camelot” synonymous with her husband’s time in office.

But in Dallas they gave me red roses,” the first lady said. “I thought how funny, red roses — so all the seat was full of blood and red roses.”

Nellie Connally, the wife of Gov. John Connally, carried the yellow spray instead. The Connallys were in the motorcade when the shots rang out in Dealey Plaza, and John Connally was wounded. Like the first lady, Nellie Connally said she was haunted by the memory of the roses in the car seat.

Earle Cabell (October 27, 1906 – September 24, 1975), was a Texas politician who served as mayor of Dallas, Texas. Cabell was mayor at the time of the assassination of John F. Kennedy and was later a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He was son of Dallas mayor Ben E. Cabell and grandson of Dallas mayor William L. Cabell.

He was the brother of Charles Cabell, who was Deputy Director of Central Intelligence until he resigned in the wake of the Bay of Pigs invasion. Many researchers believe that Cabell had President John F. Kennedy's motorcade rerouted at the last minute. Debunkers claim to have disproved this claim by demonstrating that the change had not been made at the last minute

Jesse Edward Curry (October 3, 1913 – June 22, 1980) was chief of the Dallas Police Department at the time John F. Kennedy was assassinated while traveling through a motorcade in downtown Dallas, and his assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, was gunned down by Jack Ruby while Oswald was in police custody.

The assassination of John F. Kennedy[edit]

As Curry was to recount in his testimony with the Warren Commission and with the LBJ Presidential Library, he drove the lead car in the motorcade and provided security for the new president, Lyndon B. Johnson, at Parkland Memorial Hospital where President Kennedy died, and aboard Air Force One when he was sworn in as president.

A number of Curry's statements have been found significant by conspiracy theorists who believe they contradict the Commission's conclusion that Oswald was the lone assassin positioned above and behind Kennedy's limousine on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository. In 1969, the Dallas Morning News quoted him as stating:

"We don't have any proof that Oswald fired the rifle, and never did. Nobody's yet been able to put him in that building with a gun in his hand

Fact #8:

Dallas Sheriff Bill Decker, who rode in the lead car in front of JFK's limousine in Dallas, ordered his men not to participate in the security of the motorcade, according to Dallas Deputy Sheriff Roger Craig. Surprisingly, as this author discovered, Decker had offered his "full support" to the agent in charge of the Dallas office, Forrest V. Sorrels (a fellow passenger in the lead car), a mere day before the assassination. In addition, the car that Decker, Sorrels, Lawson, and Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry were riding in was a CLOSED SEDAN, not a convertible, which was a most ineffective choice for monitoring windows and other security concerns.

You will be riveted by this video, not even three minutes long, showing JFK’s Secret Service protection being waved away from his car, and the perplexed reaction of at least one Special Agent.

"Another photo taken by Jim Altgens, a few seconds after the fatal shot struck President Kennedy. Secret Service agent Clint Hill has jumped onto the back bumper of the limousine to aid Jacqueline Kennedy.
The motorcade's "lead car", with Dallas Police Chief Jesse Curry driving, can be seen just ahead of the limo on Elm Street, brakes applied."

JFK - white car mystery -  Zapruder film shows car in front of limo

Posted 13 October 2005 - 03:25 AM

I mentioned this awhile back, but thought I'd put it in it's own thread. I haven't seen anything ever discussed regarding the white car in front of the JFK limo in the Zapruder film. In all the film and photos I've seen from that day, I've never seen any vehicle in front of the JFK limo. That is, JFK's limo is always the front car of the motorcade in all the footage as it goes through Dallas.

The first frame below shows the JFK limo as the lead car, with no other vehicle in front of it. This is seen through all the footage until after the head shot, as the JFK limo heads towards the underpass. The 2nd and 3rd frames show the limo "speeding" off after JFK has been shot, heading into the underpass, with this suddenly appearing white car.

Posted 13 October 2005 - 07:27 PM

The white car was a rented convertable with a Dalles police driver, Chief Currie of the Dallas Police and 2 Secret Service officers.  It was in fact the second lead car in the caravan.  This first lead car was about 1/4th of a mile ahead and looking for any protencial demostrators who might try to swarm the presidential limo.

The second lead car was to stay about 100 to 150 feet ahead of the limo as not to distract from the Presidential car.  The purpose of the white car was (as it unfortunaly had to be used)  to guide the Presidents  limo to a hospital.  Remember the limo driver was from out of town and not familier with the route, and the routes to the hospitals around town.   So what you are seeing is the guide car for the caravan.  By the way, if you look at photos/film earlier in downtown Dalles, you see the white car holding its distance a bit in forword of the caravan.

Would I be right that the Rose is used as a symbol for secret societies, dating back from antiquity ?
