Facts:
1.  The law requiring income tax to be paid must be construed exactly as the law is written.  And the law as written does not to require the average American to pay income tax.  See Tom Cryer's videos on You Tube for more information.

2.  Filing a 1040 is actually a violation of your 5th amendment right because you are giving the IRS financial information to incriminate yourself.  When Joe Banister was an IRS agent, in almost all of the cases he prosecuted, he used the filer's own 1040 against them.
3.  The 16th amendment was not lawfully ratified.

Then stop paying taxes if you are not legally obligated.  It's that simple.  Oh wait, that's right.  You're too afraid they're going to put you in jail.  Well how the heck are you going to fight a revolution to take back your country if you're afraid of a prison sentence?

Merge, we are'nt legally obligated. But if you choose to not pay the income tax you will still get a knock on the door(or a kick) no judge will let you show your evidence and you wil probably go to prison. it's pure intimidation. that's how the NWO operates, Intimidation and Fear. most of what they do is unlawful and unconstitutional. If you stoped paying taxes and we all banned together to abolish the federal reserve we can change this. that's the problem though, too many of us are sleeping for there to be a revolution on the tax front. but taxes is just one of the many things we need to fight. When they start killing us in a more obvious way than their "slow process" of 1000 different fronts more americans will awake out of their mesmerized state, and take action!
