Is there any documented evidence of the plans for project bluebeam? I'm trying to find out more about this
but am unsure of where to start. So far I have mainly been finding information about Serge Monast.

The Serge Monast documents are the allegation. The recent media obsession with aliens/ufos tends to confirm the agenda. Certain human implants, if developed would confirm the agenda as well. Ronald Reagan talked about an alien invasion in a speech to the UN. People recently channeling “space brothers” confirms the agenda. Most evidence confirming bluebeam has been circumstantial.
There have been no official admissions or leaked classified documents AFAIK.
