Can someone pls provide me with mainstream media links to support the various accusations.

1) Lt Col Butler saying "they were in my class."

2) CIA Orders to let them into the country even though they were flagged as terrorists.

3) CIA saying they were their agents.

4) Orders to airforce to stand down.

on number 2:

Khalid al-Mihdhar was flagged as a terrorist but managed to enter the country, live with an fbi informant, and do it under his own name. There is no known direct order to let him in.
Im not sure the others were officially flagged as terrorists, though there are reports that they were being watched.  Here for example - http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2001/sep/30/terrorism.afghanistan7

Robert Bonner, the head of Customs and Border Protection, later testifies, “We ran passenger manifests through the system used by Customs—two were hits on our watch list of August 2001.” (This is presumably a reference to hijackers Khalid Almihdhar and Nawaf Alhazmi, watch-listed on August 23, 2001.)

Richard Clarke was told some of the names were al-Qaeda around 10:00 a.m. on Sept 11th

Haydar Zammar went back to Hamburg in 1998 but his frequent travels all over the world drew attention and he was questioned by the German police and put under surveillance. The information from the German police was shared with the CIA that already had information about the relation between Osama Bin Laden and Haydar Zammar. In 1998 he got acquainted in Hamburg with Mohamed Atta , the head of Hamburg Cell, and they became friends. From 1998 up to The 9/11 Haydar Zammar became a Hamburg Cell coordinator and activist.

Some evidence the coordinator of the Hamburg Cell was under surveillance, which would lead one to suggest Mohamed Atta was too.
