An Independent run would be amazing and I think would reinvigorate his supporters who have really had a rough couple of months with Rand endorsing Romney and Ron not being as agressive in fighting the obvious election fraud shenanigans. The Daly Paul said that they contacted someone close to the Paul who said it's not an endorsement or an Indy announcement. This could just be standard "keep it secret" pr but if it isn't one of those things then what else could it be?
There is no way he endorses Romney he would have done that at the convention if that was his plan. So that that leaves one thing in my mind. I predict he will run as 3rd party candidate ok maybe not but i wouldn't be surprised if he announces a run for Governor of Texas.

Ron Paul plays his cards pretty close to the vest... especially when it comes to his moves in this game, the only thing etched in stone is the Constitution! He's all in, can't be bluffed, and fears nothing. If he did this, ( running on a third party ticket) wouldn't it just split the ticket ensuring Odumbass a second term ?
I though this was looked at once before and that was the conclusion, if he's on the ticket I would vote no doubt.

Maybe he's retiring and making the announcement?

This is getting a bit strange.....
IF Ron Paul is announcing 3rd party, then Obama is a lock to win since RP would take away some votes from Mittens. Thus, the Republican party would be able to point the finger at RP for the reelection of Obumma. Thus, I would assume that RP would be starting a 3rd party. This would be interesting. Would Rand Paul then join his daddy or stay with the Rethugs? Rand would take a lot of crud from the Rethugs if RP went 3rd party and Obumma wins.

If Ron Paul goes third party, with the support that he has compared to the other two candidates, he will force a plurality and take the majority. That is if 50 million people don't listen to your logic. Your "logic" is based upon nothing more than the lack of popular support for Romney, no signs and bumper stickers, no talk shows, no mass contact, yet by your logic, this means that he is winning?? Your logic is also based on the idea that the news surrounding Barry Davis Obama's many crimes and scandals, his fascistic antics, and what appears to be his falling from the grace of the Royals, means he's winning? Actually, your logic is veiled APATHY... The fact IS that Ron Paul floating the idea of running INDEPENDENT against them both for the majority, unfettered by Party shackles and politics, with his tons of popular support, this means in truth, Ron Paul IS Winning! There are already 14,000 signatures on the Petition to choose liberty for our next president... add your name and send this address to everyone in your e-mail list... http://www.ronpaul2012.net/ JTCoyoté "War involves in its progress such a train of unforeseen circumstances that no human wisdom can calculate the end; it has but one thing certain, and that is to increase taxes." ~Thomas Paine

Really, who cares if there's a 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc parties on the election ballot? As Americans, we have a RIGHT to vote, and a RIGHT to WHOMEVER we want to vote for. Frankly, I'm getting sick of all this "We need to vote for this guy so that this other evil guy doesn't get in". You saw people try to do that with Bob Dole to try to get Clinton out. You saw the same with John McCain when they tried to prevent Barry from winning. The 2000 election was one huge divisive mess b/c you had both sides trying to do the same. Ultimately, it just doesn't work, and it's just a waste of time and effort trying to support and justify one evil in order to get the other evil out. Ultimately, it's just even sillier to try to slander the 3rd party candidates just so the lesser evil one can trump the more evil one. And besides, as we witnessed the RNC last week, aside from maybe the Clint Eastwood speech, they did everything they possibily could to self-destruct. So them trying to give Obama a 2nd term has likely been the plan all along.

As far as I know no one has been elected to the Reform Party, the one started by Ross Perot. However unless Ron has some kind of massive ballot access plan before November, I don't see how he could win the Presidency.
Unless he knows a Globalist civil war is coming and he is planning on becoming President of the Republic States of America versus the Bilderberg puppet they'll have for the Globalist States of America.
2012 will be interesting to see how it plays out.

While you wait, head on over to the link below and add your name to the list of those who desire a return to our Constitutional Republic... what is happening here effects everyone in the world... the founders saw liberty spreading around the globe. Since he's doing whatever on Jay Leno, I don't have too much faith that it'll be anything earth-shattering. If it is a 3rd party run, I say ho-hum. A day late and a dollar short.

Hey here's an interesting thought...
Maybe Ron Paul will make an independent run, America wakes up to the 2 Globalist shills running in the 2 Bilderberg Parties and Ron Paul becomes our next President and being a Globalist will be as demonized as being a communist, femmist, Klansman, etc.
