In the movie the Dark Knight Rises there is a threat and warning that is given to Bruce Wayne by Selena Kyle. As she is dancing with him at a party she purrs in his ear, “There’s a storm coming Mr. Wayne. You and your friends better batten down the hatches. ‘Cause when it hits, you’re all goanna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large, and leave so little for the rest of us.”

As the film continues we begin to see that the rich are losing their grip on Gotham and the people learn that their government has betrayed them. That they had propped up a hero in Harvey Dent (a lawyer and politician) and jailed many people in his name fighting for his cause. The leader who rises up against the bankers and the elite is Bane.

The masked figure leads a rag tag group of men into Wall Street. Bane leads an organized system of violence against the wealthy, evoking a similar theme once seen in reality by Occupy Wall Street. Bane’s henchmen literally attack Wall Street, savagely beat the rich, and promise the good people of Gotham that ‘tomorrow, you claim what is rightfully yours. The movie is a damning indictment of the anti-corporate movement and the threat of social chaos it poses.

Bane’s plot involves a massive transfer of wealth using the stock exchange. It consists further of inciting civil unrest and taking control of cutting-edge technologies that use an algorithm precisely tracked to Bruce Wayne. They use the software to gut the fortunes of the rich.

Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Rises is a very dark and foreboding predictive programming of what could happen if there was such statistical data available to undermine the 1 percent and send them into the streets where the rebellious are already there to eat them.

There would be massive unrest and as seen in the film a war between the people and the police. The software is being used by an unnamed agency that has been paid to expose the corruption of a beloved politician that everyone can agree is a savior or messianic figure.

Let’s suppose intelligence is aware of the threat and issues a declassified memo from the department of homeland security warning law enforcement that there is a danger of terrorists killing people in movie theaters.

Alex Thomas of the intel hub makes some interesting points regarding the girl's story Obama tried to exploit.  However, Alex Thomas either doesn't know about the 'girl' who was shot and standing outside the exit door of theater eight where a second shooter was kept out OR, is aiding Obama in distracting the alternative media in this other girl's story who went from theater 9 back exit doors to an ambulance.

Although the 'left behind' riot shield is very intriguing to say the very least, it only gets a foot note in the video. (video 1)

The problem I have with this second gas mask video (the second video) is that Alex Thomas is MISLEADING the viewers of the video to think that the person who got the phone call in the theater (BTW- NO ONE ID'S HIM AS HOLMES) LEFT THE THEATER GOT DRESSED AND CAME BACK IN.  THIS IS FALSE!!!  

Unfortunately for Alex Thomas I actually live in the Denver area and was listening to the witness reports on every radio station as they came flooding in.  Also, I personally heard a witness and they ALL said the same thing.  The time the phone rang to the shooting was less than a minutes time.  NO WAY did the phone ring person have time to dress in full riot gear and then come back in.  This is the MOST KEY evidence that this shooting was a scripted operation.  THE SIGNAL WAS GIVEN THE EXIT DOOR WAS OPENED AND CLOSED AT LEAST THREE TIMES THEN THE OPERATION STARTED.   The witness I personally heard from said many things where thrown in the air all at the front of the theater (area closest to the screen) then the canisters went off then the shooting.  Nothing more nothing less.

The blood on the side walk leaving theater 9 exit is most likely the foot prints of someone who stood in a pool of blood and NOT the blood gushing from someone's neck as Obama would have you believe.

One other thing I find very fishy is that NO ONE at the theater (that I heard) said they saw Holmes 'at the theater'... and this is key.. THE DAY THEY RELEASED HIS PHOTO.  (I don't care about what they are saying today or in the future.)

Had anybody seen him at the theater the lame brain media would have been all over that.  How could you miss that guy in a crowd of a million?

My 'theory' is that Holmes was so out of it at the time that they just dumped him where ever Aurora police found him.

This fact is well known here in the local area.

Report: Psychiatrist tried to discuss Holmes

DENVER (AP) — A University of Colorado psychiatrist whose clients included the former student accused of the Aurora theater shooting tried to discuss the man with members of a campus behavioral and security committee, a television station reported Wednesday.

KMGH-TV, citing sources it did not identify, said psychiatrist Lynne Fenton telephoned some members of the team about graduate student James Holmes in early June. It wasn't known what Fenton reportedly wanted to discuss, the station said.

Holmes dropped out of the university on June 10. He was arraigned Monday on charges of killing 12 people and wounding 58 at an Aurora movie theater on July 20.

KMGH, citing unnamed sources, reported that campus officials did not contact Aurora police before July 20.

The university said Wednesday it could not discuss the report, citing a court order barring the school from releasing details about Holmes' yearlong tenure there.

The university did confirm that Fenton was a member of a campus Behavior Evaluation and Threat Assessment team, composed of faculty and staff, including campus police. The team was created to address behavioral problems as well as potential security issues involving members of the campus community.

Fenton could not be immediately reached for comment, and it was not known if she had an attorney. Members of the university team did not immediately return telephone messages seeking comment.

On Friday, Holmes' attorneys filed a motion that revealed Holmes was seeing Fenton. The revelation raised questions about Holmes' year of study at the university's medical campus and about possible motives behind the shooting.

An online resume listed schizophrenia as one of Fenton's research interests.

The defense motion demanded that a package allegedly sent to Fenton by Holmes, and received at the university after the shooting, be kept sealed because of doctor-patient confidentiality. It also demanded information on who may have leaked information about its contents to some news media outlets that reported — without named sources — that Holmes had written descriptions of an attack in a notebook.

Arapahoe County District Attorney Carol Chambers disputed reports that a notebook contained descriptions of an attack.

District Chief Judge William Sylvester has sealed all court orders, search warrants, affidavits and the case file.

A hearing on the defense motion is set for Aug. 16.

How I believe the other shooters 'disappeared' so quickly is as follows...  Bare with me on a little back ground first.  Then it will all make sense.

I grew up with the Denver 'Federal Center' as my next door neighbor.  

Dr. Deagle said on his program that Delta force is present at the Denver Federal Center.  Dr. Deagle is absolutely correct about that because I found out they are for sure in a most unusual way.

I went to the Jr high school across the street from the Denver Federal Center.   In 1978 (note the date) I had finished the 9th grade and was going to be a freshman at the local high school in the fall.   Well, it was this time of year and school was out.  My friends and I were friends with a number of high school kids in the neighborhood they wanted to know how to get on top of the Jr. high school roof.  Me and a friend used to do it all of the time.  So, I got a whole group of people on the roof and that must have gotten the attention of the federal center.

My friend and I were already off the roof and a guy in a typical of the era 70's S.W.A.T. type uniform (black jumper with the ball cap) wheeled around a corner and stuck a 9mm in our face.   Me and my friend just looked at each other and at the same time said to the guy... "Hey, we just go to school here."  Even though it was 1:30AM. lol.  Jump suit guy talked into some sort of portable communication devise... "Oh hell, it just a couple of kids... what have you got up there?"   return communication was in the guy's ear piece.

Our friends, at least a 1/2 a dozen of them who were all up on the roof, got to see the show.  They all swore up and down that the rest of the "jump suit dudes" popped out of thin air repelling from the sky onto the roof all around them.  They all swore up and down that they were repelling from a helicopter that made no sound what-so-ever and only two of the 1/2 dozen could barely make out the outline helicopter itself.

I didn't hear or see a helicopter but I did know this... When everyone was off the roof there were more of them than us AND, THERE WERE NO CARS ANYWHERE.  They told us to get the hell out of there and we were more than glad to.

One thing's for sure.  They weren't the Lakewood police.   Looking back at it, I strongly believe this was Delta Force.  It was 1978 and they had helo's you could here a pin drop even though they were right over you.

There's is very little doubt in my mind that the 'real' Aurora shooters were air lifted out of there ASAP.

(4)  USNORTHCOM executes all PSYOP capabilities and forces through the CAISE, when activated.  Additionally, under ideal circumstances PSYOP capabilities and forces would have been requested by civil authority for planning before a pending event occurs or immediately after occurrence through the proper channels to DOD. In the original version of the document posted Friday, public defenders said the 24-year-old Holmes “was a psychiatric patient of Dr. Fenton and his communications with her are protected.”

The TSA’s layered security system does not have an efficient approach to handling items from “unknown senders,” leading to delays and shipping backlogs. AURORA, Colo. -- Dr. Lynne Fenton, the University of Colorado psychiatrist who was treating James E. Holmes, according to a court filing by his attorneys, was disciplined by the Colorado Medical Board in 2005.

State records show Fenton was reprimanded by the Colorado Board of Medical Examiners, received a letter of admonition and was required to take a documentation course. Records detailing the discipline were not immediately available Saturday. Neither Fenton nor Colorado medical board staff could be reached for comment Saturday.

A University of Colorado spokeswoman said she could not comment on personnel matters, but noted that the discipline would have predated Fenton's tenure at the university. Fenton completed a residency in psychiatry at the university in 2008 before becoming an assistant professor and medical director of the student mental health service at the university's Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora.

Holmes, 24, had been a neuroscience doctoral student at the same school until he began the process of withdrawing in June.

According to 7News, which cited state records, Fenton was reprimanded for prescribing medication to herself, her husband and an employee. The medications, prescribed in the late 1990s, included prescriptions for Vicodin, Xanax, Lorazepam and Ambien, according to 7News.

Fenton was also reprimanded for failing to maintain a medical chart or to enter appropriate entries for the charts relating to herself, her husband or the employee, 7News reported.

As part of the reprimand, Fenton had to complete more than 50 hours of medical training and to promise not to prescribe medications to family members or employees, according to 7News.

Fenton, 51, graduated from UC Davis in 1982 and Chicago Medical School in 1986. She completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Northwestern University Medical Center in 1990. After working as chief of physical medicine for the U.S. Air Force in San Antonio, as a physician in Aurora, and later as an acupuncturist, she completed a second residency at the University of Colorado, according to a resume on the school's website that appeared to have been removed late Friday.

Before the movie theater massacre last week, Holmes had been seeing Fenton and mailed her a package containing a notebook, according to a motion filed by his public defenders and released Friday.

Holmes is due to appear in court in Centennial, Colo., on Monday morning to face charges in connection with the shooting that killed a dozen people and wounded 58. At the same hearing, District Court Judge William Sylvester is expected to address both a request by Holmes' public defenders for access to evidence, including the package he allegedly sent Fenton, and a request by more than two dozen media outlets to unseal the case.

During the April, 2007, massacre that took the lives of 32 people, officials at Virginia Tech alerted their own family members that a gunman was on the loose, but kept the information from the student body for a full hour-and-a-half, the New York Times reported Friday morning.

The newspaper also stated that a revised report from the university showed that, in one case, officials with the school's Policy Group released students in a residence from a lockdown and allowed them to attend class even as the shooter, Seung Hui-Cho, was still on the loose. Two of the students who were released from lockdown were killed.

The Times reports:

The report indicates that students who were initially locked down at West Ambler Johnston residence hall, where the spree began, were later released from the building by the police and allowed to attend their 9 a.m. classes. Two of those students then went to class in Norris Hall, where they were killed by the shooter.

At least two members of the university’s Policy Group, which was assembled to manage the crisis, let their own families know of the first two shootings, in the residence hall, more than 90 minutes before the group warned the rest of the campus. The new report also says that the university president’s office was locked down about 30 minutes before a formal warning was issued to the rest of the campus.

[T]he new report said the local police took more than half an hour longer than was initially believed to begin looking for a suspect, a fact first reported by The Richmond Times-Dispatch.

The new report also said university officials failed to contact the family of the shooter’s first victim, Emily Hilscher, for more than three hours, until after she had died. Ms. Hilscher survived for some time after being shot and was transported to two different hospitals before she died.

Limitations associated with this model are that it often only identifies the suspects for investigation. Some criticism of intelligence-led policing is the approach can raise issues surrounding infringement of privacy, racial profiling, and government harassment. In contrast, outcome based policing uses only criminal databases as part of its intelligence operations. Adopted from the crime triangle, outcome based policing is a multi-prong approach that identifies suspects, potential victims, and possible target locations to solve crime and prevent terrorism. Due to extreme lead time for proper deployment and execution of theses capabilities , US NORTHCOM anticipates, if requested, that the full range of PSYOP abilities and forces will be deployed to the full maximum extent possible to support the civil authorities.

(b)  Phase II  
 Due to the nature of DSCA operations and impact of PSYOP capabilities and assets (and in accordance with the base plan guidance on deployment (Phase III)), PSYOP assets might begin deploying in this phase, which will require SecDef approval.
 
c)  Phase III
1.  USNORTHCOM J39 will coordinate with the PSYOP Planner, civil authority public information officer (PIO), JTF CDR and JTF PA to
develop the approval process/chain with civil authorities for the dissemination of civilian approved information and messages.

2.  The PSYOP Planner at the civil authority will coordinate with the DCO/DCE, JTF CDR, and JTF PSYOP Planner to develop the
requirements for employment of  PSYOP capabilities and forces for DSCA operations. Civil authority PIO and PSYOP Planner will determine the location for the PSYOP Product Development Section to ensure efficient and timely product  development, approval, production and dissemination.  

6.  The deploying PSYOP unit commander will ensure that support of the supporting units is established to provide long term support to the civil  authority.

(d)  Phase IV:  Civil Authority, USNORTHCOM, the PSYOP LNO, JTF PSYOP Planner, and PSYOP unit commanders will coordinate to conclude
operations and determine the appropriate force structure to support the transfer of responsibilities to civil authorities. During this phase, USNORTHCOM objectives and effects are achieved and the civilian authorities can begin to execute long term recovery plans.

b.  Administration
 
(1) Requirements for special reports.  During all phases of the operation, all component commands/TF’s conducting PSYOP capabilities  will submit a daily Psychological Operations Report (PSYREP) through the JSOC to USNORTHCOM/J3/J5 that include copies of any approved civil authority critical information products.

(4)  USNORTHCOM executes all PSYOP capabilities and forces through the CAISE, when activated.  Additionally, under ideal circumstances PSYOP capabilities and forces would have been requested by civil authority for planning before a pending event occurs or immediately after occurrence through the proper channels to DOD. Such a proactive strategy will create awareness for susceptibilities and acceptability to critical information dissemination actions.
  

I am troubled by the demand by the police that the media not broadcast any live video of what is going on (a demand not made during previous incidents) and for people whose family members are inside the temple to not call in or text in and give away their positions, even though at this time they think the only shooter is already dead. Given that anyone worried about their smart phone giving away their positions can turn their smartphones off, there is already a strong sense of controlling the outflow of information coming across in the official statements.
