I was stunned to receive this information from Roy Beck who at one time I believe he supported Paul. But to be rated lower than Romney on 2 of the 3 then rated lower than Thompson on all 3, and rated lower than Huckabee on 1 of the three is beyond me how they could make this claim. I contacted them and I am waiting for their response.
I told them that they based their ratings because Paul has not signed onto the S.A.V.E. Act and that there must be a problem with it. From what I have read it does not address the entire problem which Edward Blum of the National Review
http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=ZTg4MjRiYWIxM2E5OGY3ZDc1NDM0ODJjMWFkMzNlZTc= pointed out. He states that Congress needs to address the issue of that "dozens of cities, towns, school districts, and other jurisdictions in which non-citizen immigrant populations have mushroomed in recent years are being strong-armed by the Department of Justice into changing centuries-old forms of governance to accommodate non-citizens."
Further he states that
" From Port Chester, New York, to Alamosa County, Colorado, to Santa Paula, California, to Sunnyside, Washington, lawsuits filed by the DOJ or public-interest legal-defense organizations have forced these jurisdictions and others to change their at-large system of representation to single-member districts because of the massive influx of illegal immigration. In the case of Sunnyside (pop. 14,000), the mere threat of a lawsuit by the DOJ caused the city to nix its current form of governance. Sunnyside caved in without even fighting back."
This is someone who obviously has not read Ron Paul's position on all of the issues surrounding illegal immigration. I am for putting pressure on businesses, but this is like going after the Gun shops instead of the criminals. If you cut off all the benefits illegals receive you will see a drop and perhaps a mass exodus of illegals returning home.

Pro-Amnesty McCain Is GOP Front-Runner
(January 21) Five anti-amnesty candidates split two-thirds of the vote in the South Carolina Republican Primary Saturday, but the champion of amnesties for illegal aliens, John McCain, won one-third of the vote and came in first.
