TN Cops Can Now FORCE A Blood Sample Without Your Consent!

A new bill passed by the TN legislature allows law enforcement to FORCE you to give a blood sample upon request without your consent!
The bill summary states:
"As enacted, permits an officer to test the blood alcohol content of certain drivers regardless of whether they consent"
This bill was passed unanimously by the TN Legislature! Here are the listings of House Votes and the Senate Votes on the bill. Over the Independence Day Weekend (ironically) the government forced 8 people to submit their blood to government databases.
The full text of the legislation and the summary can be read on the TN Legislative website. Admittedly, this bill didn't even make the List Of Worst Bills In TN Of 2012.
Given the amount of influence that Congressman Diane Black has over the Tennessee Republicans, one has to wonder if her husband's medical testing company, Aegis Sciences, stands to benefit from this new law? Learn more about that possible angle here and here.
