Huey Pierce Long - Killed by NWO`s hidden hand?

I have just seen the film "All the King`s Men" with Sean Penn and it was very interesting. The movie is more or less an allusion on Huey Pierce Long. So it is not just pure fiction. I have the impression that this politician was "liquidated" because he messed with the oil industry and other powerful groups.
Nevertheless, I`m German and no expert of US policy. What do you think? Has he been killed at the behest of the Illuminati / NWO?

He was an ardent critic of the Federal Reserve System's policies. Charismatic and immensely popular for his programs and willingness to take forceful action, Long was accused by his opponents of dictatorial tendencies for his near-total control of the state government.

You have to understand the times Huey P was in. The state lottery in Louisiana was crooked as can be and had scores of Louisiana politicians getting arrested, best know for having gold bathroom fixtures. Long as much as he liked to share the wealth and was a Louisianian through and through and made a lot of contributions to this state that still stand today, he is not with out sin. He helped the Italian mafia move their slot machines in to this country, first by ship in to the port of New Orleans, he then warehoused them in warehouses he owned, later shipping them across country in rail cars.

You have to understand Louisiana loves it's crooked politicians, as long as they take care of the people here. For all his faults Long was a man of his word when it came to helping people and those type of people are few and far between in politics. He wanted a piece of the pie, but not so big where he forgot about the common man, something that happens far too often in the world today.


You also have to understand this state has been forgotten and stepped on by the federal government and other states and the people here rally around each other and come together. I know in my bones if Katrina had hit any where else but Louisiana and south Mississippi that place would still be in shambles.

Yes, in that film he is portrayed as a man who cares for the ordinary man. I have read that he had also been an opponent of Roosevelt and wanted to become president. If he was that popular throughout the whole USA and furthermore an enemy of the FED-System, then I can imagine why he was shot.
