i do know about the dangers of vaccines, but is the TB test bad too?

The Mantoux test is not a vaccine. Like the name implies it tests for reactivity (an immune response in the skin) to bacterial proteins when a person has been exposed to the tuberculosis bacteria. It doesn't claim to prevent anything. It is merely a test.
