June 15, 2012 – JAPAN – Typhoon Guchol is forecast to strike Japan at about 18:00 GMT on 19 June. Data supplied by the US Navy and Air Force Joint Typhoon Warning Center suggest that the point of land fall will benear34.0 N,137.1 E. Guchol is expected to bring 1-minute maximum sustained winds to the region of around120 km/h (74 mph).Wind gusts in the area may be considerably higher. There is also the potential for flooding further inland due to heavy rain. This is an extremely dangerous storm and people in low-lying areas or regions at risk should heed all emergency bulletins.

Guchol, a tropical cyclone in the western Pacific, rapidly strengthened Saturday afternoon, local time. Winds are now in excess of 150 mph, making Guchol a super typhoon, the highest classification for tropical cyclones in the western Pacific.

If Guchol were an Atlantic Hurricane, it would be considered a Category 5 storm.

Japans neighboring country call my attention, just can't lay a finger on my feelings.
South Korea, North Korea, China, and Taiwan. North and South Korea, Russia and China.
1. A nuclear disaster, tusami, and now a typhoon. Point, WTF.

WTF.

No kidding. Either they're amazingly unlucky over there, or those weather weapons most people like to pretend don't exist are being put to very sinister use.

Typhoon Guchol About to Slam Fukushima and Japan
Submitted by Truthbearer on Mon, 06/18/2012 - 14:19

Typhoon Guchol is about to hit.

Drop your rocks and pick up your socks people because here comes a whippin arse Typhoon towards japan. What looks most ominous is it going to suck a lot of the radioactive plume from Fukushima right down to the ground levels, and straight across japan.

http://www.wunderground.com/tropical/tracking/wp201205.html

*** ALERT!!!!! The japan govt will not warn the people to duck and hide and be prepared for higher radioactive fallout. People survive storms, but they don’t do so well after a massive dose of radiation. If you know of anyone that is downwind of this approaching storm, warn them to evac to the south or prepare to hunker down and shelter in place. If you do not know what to do to shelter in place, then do some homework:

http://www.ki4u.com/guide.htm

Basically, they need to seal inside with plenty of supplies, food, and water, and not go outside for a few days, or weeks. Checking the radioactive environment BEFORE and AFTER is vital to study. Start Marking info from the maps showing the readings NOW, and during this storm, and then after.

http://japan.failedrobot.com/

WARNING: Not good for japan. The govt will not tell them and this is what this note is being posted here for where some can do some good with it.

Watch this map. Use the drop down menu to find japan_emission_dispersion:

http://www.kachelmannwetter.de/japan/japan.html

What is looking two times bad is the wrap around this low (10M) fallout will be taking as it comes back across the west side of japan at near ground levels where many thought they would escape the horror that daily spews it’s killing radiation contamination all over the Island of japan and World. This must be watched closely by those that are going to get hit by this on Tuesday and into Wednesday. Where it goes next remains in the jet stream, as always. This has been well established as the real deal to pay attention to. GET OUT FROM UNDER THE JET STREAM and BEFORE the planned economic crash and ensuing martial law for long term survivability.

Hold your cards folks, the bottle is about to spin!

NHK: Northeast Japan bracing for 180 km/h typhoon — City north of Fukushima evacuated, “coastal area sank” due to 3/11 quake — Up to 16 inches of rain forecast

Typhoon hits mainland Japan
NHK
June 19, 2012

A strong typhoon has reached mainland Japan, bringing heavy rain to wide areas. Coastal areas of northeastern Japan are bracing for high waves.

The Meteorological Agency says [...] the typhoon is packing winds of up to 180 kilometers per hour.

The agency says some areas will get as much as 40 centimeters of rain by noon on Wednesday.

The northeastern city of Ishinomaki issued an evacuation advisory for 13,000 households for fear of high waves. The city’s coastal area sank due to last year’s devastating earthquake, making it more vulnerable to high waves.

NASA Sees Powerful Typhoon Guchol Affecting Kadena Air Base

All hatches should be battened down at Kadena Air Base, Japan as NASA satellite imagery today, June 18, revealed the northern quadrant of Typhoon Guchol as already affecting the island.

The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) instrument onboard NASA's Aqua satellite captured a visible image of Typhoon Guchol on June 18, 2012 at 0445 UTC (12:45 a.m. EDT/U.S.). Guchol is approaching Kadena Air Base. The image showed high cirrus clouds over Guchol's eye. The Atmospheric Infrared Sounder instrument onboard Aqua captured an infrared image that revealed powerful thunderstorms over a large area surrounding the eye, that had very cold cloud top temperatures (colder than -63F/-52C). The infrared image also revealed bands of thunderstorms east and south of the center.

On June 18 at 0900 UTC (5 a.m. EDT/U.S.) Guchol has maximum sustained wind near 105 knots (120.8 mph/194.5 kph), which makes it a Category three typhoon on the Saffir-Simpson scale. Typhoon-force winds extend 55 nautical miles (63 miles/102 km) from the center, while tropical-storm-force winds extend 165 nautical miles (190 miles/305 km), making the storm about 330 nautical miles (380 miles/611 km) in diameter. Guchol's storm surges pose a big threat, as it is generating 52 foot-high (~16 meters) seas.

At 9:35 p.m. EDT on June 17, the Kadena Air Base Facebook page reported "The 18th Wing commander announced TCCOR 1: Destructive sustained winds of 50 knots [57.5 mph/92.6 kph] or greater are expected within 12 hours. DODDs schools will close at this time. Fill any available containers with water. Make a final check of food, water and other supplies." Kadena Air Base will experience rough surf, heavy rainfall and typhoon-force winds from June 18 to 20 as the storm moves north.

Guchol is moving north toward the big Island of Japan and expected to track near Kyoto. Guchol continues to weaken and is expected to become extra-tropical while moving over Japan.

Japan braces for another storm
NHK
Jun. 20, 2012 – Updated 10:23 UTC (19:23 JST)

Japan is bracing for heavy rain from another tropical storm after the strong typhoon Guchol left one dead and more than 80 injured across the country.

Japan’s Metrological Agency says that as of 4 PM Wednesday, tropical storm Talim was at the Taiwan Strait, packing winds of up to about 110 kilometers per hour. The storm is heading northeast at 15 kilometers per hour.

moist winds from the low will bring torrential rain to western Japan early on Thursday. It says rainfall in southern Kyushu could reach 40 centimeters by evening.

The agency says the rain will continue through Friday, and warns of landsides and floods, as rain from typhoon Guchol has already made ground vulnerable.
