In a segment Tuesday on CNN’s ‘Starting Point’ with Christine Romans, former wrestler and governor Jesse Ventura urged voters to consider Libertarian Presidential Candidate Gary Johnson — but CNN edited that piece of the interview out of the internet coverage of the story.

At the conclusion of the interview, Ventura encourages people who “really want to rebel” against the tyranny of the two party system to vote for Johnson, a former governor and Republican candidate who won the Libertarian nomination in May.

In the CNN write-up and accompanying video posted on CNN’s website, which can be seen below, there is no mention of Johnson.

Ventura was promoting his new book ‘DemoCRIPS and ReBLOODlicans: No More Gangs in Government,’ which is Ventura’s manifesto about the two-party system and its obstruction of political progress.

The book by the former “Predator” star calls for more political freedom, arguing that candidates should be forced to run on their own platforms instead of a party’,s and that voters should educate themselves on individual candidates rather than parties

Do we all agree that the media is controlled?

I'd say yeah...if you're even somewhat awake....

So...why on God's green earth (just an expression... ;-) ).... Do we ever think that anything (and I do mean everything)...that is presented via the medes....is for our benefit? (our = us = the vast majority of humanity...).

Long story short...this is not hollywood...the underdog / hero ....perhaps may be there for a purpose....a steam system needs a valve when it's under pressure...

Therein lies the problem.  Only sheep follow.  People have to make informed decisions of their own.  No disrespect for Jesse because I do believe he is genuine but he was misled into believing in Ron Paul as well.

Hi Lis, only sheep follow is kinda shallow. Any movement throughout history needs leadership, Jesse is a leader.
Yup, he was deceived, weren't we all, because this man ( Jesse )  took RP on his word does that make him a sheep or was he a guy seeking to to believe in a pol ( a face) who appeared to be carrying the message, our message, the constitution.
I would still follow this man to hell and back, how come you may wonder, he has never wavered, never been on the edge. Jesse follows the law constitutionally, our forefathers words and has been a thorn up the rear end of the elites for decades.
When the Shiite hits the fan it will be men of integrity and courage who will lead the people, just as our forefathers did. Every movement needs a voice we believed RP was the guy , we were all misled.

I am sorry but IMO Jessie gave up on the United States and stopped being worthy to listen to when he moved out of the country.

You can't stand outside of your house and fix the inside by looking through the windows.

Jessie got rich from wrestling, movies, books, etc., and now lives the posh life in Mexico.

If he loves this country so much then why did he leave,  the globalist reach will extend everywhere.

We cannot hide from this thing, we need to fight it head on.

He moved long ago but returned to stand up to the geeks running this place. Its easy to kick the dogs, but I have a gut feeling JV is not a suckling, he is not the typical POL he's a guy who has been in the Shiite and came back. Nah, I won't renege,  this guy has my respect.
If RP had gone 3rd party, he would have run for VP in my opinion.
To add, RP speeches were classic Constitution, to this day I was pleased with everything this guy said, however in the end I admit to be sorely disappointed.

Yeah I am sorry about the not being worthy to listen to part but he still moved out.

I personally feel like people just jump ship when a little water comes in.  What it seems like anyway, I could be wrong.

Either way, we have to all stand together and fight this monster head on.

Don't fall for those tactics, don't support any of these politicians.

They're just using people that are trying to do good like Jesse Ventura

Voting isn't going to stop these lunatics
