We've been stuck at $3.65/gal. for 2 months. What is the price of gas where you live?

In SE Washington State we are paying $4.19 a gallon. I read weeks ago that oil was less than $90 per barrell but our prices have not dropped.

When the price of a barrel of oil goes up, gas prices instantly increase.
But when the price of oil drops, it can take weeks to see any drop in gas prices.
Gotta love it...
