Ok, so the prospective new employee comes in and presents a birth certificate from a US state. As I read this bill, a birth certificate, social security card, drivers license, even a passport, are not enough once this "photo tool" is developed. The only way to get a job will be to have your photo and identification information in a national data base…
And if we're not going to close the borders, or even deport those illegal aliens caught, and states are issuing illegal aliens drivers licenses, and providing schooling & welfare, WHY is this database warranted?

Odds are that this will quickly lead to a DNA database for it will be found that the biometric photo ploy will be either inefficient or they will claim not fool proof. Or maybe... comes the mark of the beast.
