Police arrested a 36-year-old homeless woman for allegedly snatching a baby boy from his stroller and slamming him into a pole, then trying to break his arm off so she could eat it, authorities said Wednesday.

Adriana Miranda was walking with her sister in downtown Los Angeles during the July 21 incident, pushing her 4-month-old son down the street when Natasha Hubbard allegedly reached into the stroller, unbelted the baby and grabbed him by the leg, swinging him overhead before slamming him into a rail, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The boy’s mother and aunt tried to fight Hubbard off, and when Miranda was finally able to grab the baby back Hubbard scratched at her and kept trying to fight.

The baby received only minor injuries and was treated for bruises and scratches.

According to the Times, Hubbard ran away but witnesses helped identify her, leading to her arrest. She was charged with aggravated assault and her bail set at $30,000. She is currently on probation for both a narcotics case and a battery case, and has been arrested for aggravated assault before.

In an interview with detectives, Hubbard confirmed she tried to break the baby’s arm off in order to eat it.

It is interesting that they may have found new chemicals that target certain portions of the brain , giving a targeted brain damage , which is akin to chemical lobotomy. "Chemical Lombotomy" was definatley on their project "todo" list many years ago. Getting the target population to volantarily submit is the magic bit of social engineering. Vaccines take to long or show there effects too soon..  Flouride too mild...

Among other fatalities include a man in Indiana who climbed a roadside flagpole and jumped into traffic, a man in Pennsylvania who broke into a monastery and stabbed a priest and a woman in West Virginia who scratched herself 'to pieces' because she thought there was something under her skin, the New York Times reported.
Twelve deaths have been associated with people taking the drug.

Hospital doctors have warned that the new drugs - which go under names including Aura, Ivory Wave and Vanilla Sky - have dangerous side effects and users have needed several people to hold them down after arriving in emergency rooms.
Even high doses of sedative or being shot with a stun gun does not appear to calm users down and in some cases patients have had to be put under a general anaesthetic.

The federal government intends to make methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV), a key ingredient in the street drug known as "bath salts," illegal.
 
The white powder drug that contains MDPV and other ingredients is known to cause hallucinations, paranoia and violent behaviour.
 
Bath salts may have played a role in a violent attack in Miami recently. Police in the Florida city say a man they killed because he was allegedly eating another man's face and refused to stop was exhibiting behaviour consistent with taking the drug. It has also been linked to other bizarre episodes and harmful incidents, according to police.
 
The drug started popping up in Canada a few years ago. Users typically snort, smoke or inject the drug, and experience effects similar to the kind of high users get using amphetamines

Bath salts contain amphetamine-type stimulants including MDPV, which is currently not regulated under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. It is considered a synthetic cathinone, chemically similar to what occurs naturally in the khat plant.
 
Synthetic cathinones are ingredients in some legal pharmaceuticals but no legal drugs containing MDPV have been approved for sale in Canada

Nice subliminal touch. I also love how they attempt to make a connection to marijuana and ecstasy. Gotta bring an angle into it that helps them to push the bullshit drug war.

This bath salts shit has been around for a long time. However, it's apparent they now intend to use it as the new bogeyman of the war on drugs. The overstated propaganda and "peer pressure" campaigns used on the younger children have no substance. It is for this reason that they have proven ineffective so far. What the elite need to do is to create a more solid reason to support the drug war that has some basis in morality. Specifically, the flow of recreational drugs must be firmly connected to violence, and non-violent drug users must be framed as helping to fund this violence.

This much was said by Kristin Lewis, assistant director of the Task Force Program at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). She even says the propaganda campaign should be modeled after the imperialistic propaganda campaign that was Kony 2012. From her opinion peace in the Christian Science Monitor, we read:

To be sure, US drug consumption is only one facet of the violence that spreads through Mexico and elsewhere in Central America, and successfully curbing it will require a multi-faceted approach. But a redesigned media campaign that targets a wider audience of young adults and empowers its audience to stand against regional violence can be a useful tool within a comprehensive strategy.

Andrew Carreiro, 25, is behind bars accused of killing the 62-year-old woman who cleans rooms at the Hacienda Inn on the 600 block of West 11th Street.

Witnesses say they found Cerreiro covered in blood and standing near the partially naked body of the woman, say witnesses.
 
“[It’s] most definitely the craziest thing I’ve seen in my life; most definitely,” said Jermaine Haynes, a motel resident who made the gruesome discovery.

At around 7 p.m. Saturday, Andrew Carreiro knocked on Haynes’ motel door selling candy and acting strange, said Haynes. “He was on like cloud 20. I don’t know what he was on, but he was on something though.”

“The dude wouldn’t open the door again, so we kicked the window in. It was crazy, it was just crazy,” said Haynes.
 
Haynes and others said they broke in, and what they discovered was gruesome.
 
“The lady was like half-naked, and he was butt naked — blood all over him. It was crazy, man,” said Haynes.

“All the dude kept saying was like, ‘I didn’t do nothing. I didn’t do nothing.’ He was like out of his mind, delirious,” said Haynes.

Haynes and others were able to hold Carreiro until police arrived

The victim was taken to the Tracy Sutter Community Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Woman killed at Tracy inn; man, said to be naked, arrested

TRACY - A 62-year-old woman was killed Saturday evening at the Hacienda Inn by a reportedly naked man.

Police took Stephen Andrew Carreiro, 25, of Tracy into custody for investigation of murder, burglary and resisting arrest. He was being held Sunday in the San Joaquin County Jail.

Emergency operators received multiple 911 calls at 7:12 p.m. from guests reporting a naked man assaulting a woman in the office of the motel at 639 W. 11th St., police said. Officers were directed to a room next to the office where they found "two citizens were attempting to subdue the naked man." Police said after officers managed to restrain Carreiro, they found the victim near the office. She was taken to Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, where she died.

Few other details were available Sunday.

Carreiro is due to appear in court Tuesday afternoon.

I happen to know a guy who was recently shot by the local police, because he was naked and shooting out people's windows in broad daylight.  He was on a massive amount of LSD.  He claims to have thought he was in Call of Duty, which he played for several hours while ingesting the acid.

The local paper has labeled him "The Naked Gunman"... 

Interesting side note...I gave this kid a job recommendation about two weeks before his "rampage". 

Nice kid...no idea why he went outside with a real gun...or why he was naked.  Interesting that LSD seems to be provoking this need to rampage naked in the streets.  WTF?

Officers responding to the scene needed backup to restrain Jeremiah Aaron Haughee with leg shackles, a spit hood and handcuffs after he continued fighting despite being Tasered five times.
 
Authorities did not carry out tests on Haughee to see if he was under the influence of any drugs.

Suspect hears charges in Tracy homicide

STOCKTON - Dressed in a red jumpsuit identifying him as a high-risk inmate, a man accused of raping and killing a Tracy woman and attacking her elderly mother Saturday appeared in court Tuesday.

Stephen Andrew Carreiro, 25, could face life in prison or even the death penalty if convicted of homicide, elder abuse and resisting arrest, said Thomas Testa, deputy district attorney for San Joaquin County. Carreiro also faces enhancements such as sodomy, mayhem, burglary and rape with a foreign object, according to court documents. Prosecutors allege the attacks took place against Lalitaben Patel, 62, and her 84-year-old mother at the Hacienda Inn on West Eleventh Street around 7:30 p.m. Patel died in the assault, but her mother is expected to survive, said Testa

Samples of Carreiro's blood were drawn to determine if he was under the influence of any controlled substances, but those results will not be available for several weeks, said Ronald Freitas, chief deputy district attorney.

Speculation swirled after Carreiro's arrest that he may also be connected to last week's killing of Stockton senior Hazel Dingman, 84, who was found dead in her Downing Avenue home suffering from multiple traumas. However, Testa said Tuesday it does not appear the incidents are linked.

"We were hoping there would be a connection, but the bad news for me is that it doesn't appear that way at this point," said Testa. "That means whoever killed Hazel is still out there."
