Review my report to my NC government on NDAA S.1021 before I print it tomorrow

Since I couldn't get a legal expert or lawyer to review my report I will allow the public to review my report instead. My report is on Section 1021 of the NDAA and if you think all the information I am presenting is great on validity, credibility, and accuracy then I will send it in as it is. If any changes needs to be made then I will take your suggestions into account before the final version is created.

Also please post your expertise when writing a review on here so I know what profession and use that to also tally that the report should be taken seriously by my busy state senator that has a law firm, is a state senator, and is a town council attorney.
