Ron Paul and Redheads

It's come to my attention that Ron Paul has used the insensitive "red-headed stepchild" phrase in many of his speeches going back to at least 2008. I suspect he's been using this phrase all his life, because it's not the type of phrase one suddenly picks up in one's golden years.

I suspect Dr. Paul would lose many coppertop Paulites were they to get wind of this.

My brother has actually gotten a lot of dates due to his red hair.

I doubt any red-heads suffer any real discrimination anymore.

It means that the child is unwanted because it has red hair. Redheads were persecuted in Italy in the Middle Ages. People thought they were the spawn of satan, and persecuted them and killed many of them.

Yes, it has been shown that ladies are most sexually attracted to redheaded males. I think all this anti-redhead sentiment is due to jealousy of the ginger sex dynamos!

True Ron Paul supporters have much more on the ball than that fortunately, it is just anold saying.  However the threats that Ron Paul fights against are very real.  I am not seeing the ginger crowd voting for their own enslavement because their best choice for freedom made a comment as harmless as that.  Unless perhaps red heads are hoping to take over the blonds for jokes about hair color and brains . lol
