Hello and Welcome!

Thank you for tallying your location with us. We've created this website in response to a trend we began observing several months ago, a movement centered around ideas espoused by longtime Texas congressman Ron Paul, who, as I write this, is in a hard fight for the US Republican nomination.

Now whether or not we agree with Ron Paul's message is besides the fact that his agenda has induced a passionate discourse, which flows not just across the United States, but ripples through other countries of the world as well. The US is currently the most powerful nation on the planet, and at each of its general elections we stand in awe as the circus rolls through town.

So when a movement like Ron Paul's becomes viable, the rest of us notice. And where we stand might gift us different vantages, but agree with him or not, his convictions represent the first significant chance of change the juggernaut's had in 50 years. A serious, real change. If watching US politics is like a glimpse into the juggernaut's brain, Ron Paul seems a frenzied thought in a desperate mind. Whether that thought is maniacal or a gravely sober anticipation, that is what we are here to discuss - sanely, intelligently and tactfully.

We invite respectful, thoughtful comments to build the content of our threads. But that is not to say we don't want you to be passionate - indeed that is what we hope for - only governed in that passion; a controlled fire. There are three simultaneous threads to which you can submit to respond. When your response sews-up the stipulations mentioned, it will remain posted. New threads will be put up each week, and the old threads taken down and archived.

Good post... Ron Paul is the ONLY one who is not a wholly owned subsidiary of the Federal Reserve and American corporations. He is the ONLY one who is concerned about OUR rights as citizens, and he doesn't just say whatever he has to say to get elected. He says what he believes is right, and it sometimes makes him enemies.

I heard a quote (often attributed to Churchill) which was a little something like "do you have enemies? Good! It means you have stood up for something in your life at least once!"
