Introducer of the CISPA/Nazi Treason Bill is Mike Rogers (R-MI). He is the chair of the permanent select committee on intelligence.

Here are the committee's oversight accountabilities regarding government agencies:

Office of the Director of National Intelligence
Central Intelligence Agency
Defense Intelligence Agency
Department of Defense
Department of Energy
Department of Homeland Security
Department of Justice
Department of State
Department of Treasury
Drug Enforcement Administration
Federal Bureau of Investigation
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
National Reconnaissance Office
National Security Agency
Office of Naval Intelligence
Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency
United States Army Intelligence and Security Command
United States Coast Guard
Marine Corps Intelligence Activity

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_House_Permanent_Select_Committee_on_Intelligence

Now that is a shitload of intelligence agencies which he has oversight chairman responsibilities over. He has not had any issue with the billions of illegal intelligence gathering, vetting, and distribution issues from these agencies. These include but are not limited to the WMD intelligence crimes which have directly led to the mass murder of over 1 million innocent people and the mass murder (either on the battlefield or through the Pentagon's planned depopulation of the soldiers through driving them insane to the point were they commit suicide) of tens of thousands of United States Soldiers who have been treasonously put in harm's way. He has done nothing about Abu Graib, torture videos being lost then found then lost again. He has done nothing about the continued intelligence pointing to a fascist coup d'etat takeover by multinational corporations. He has done nothing about Able Danger, Fast and Furious, Naked Body Scanners, Operation Delgado, and the fact that the FBI controls the majority of all cybercrime today.

His only claim to fame is for his international call for the execution of the supposed wikileaks soldier Bradley Manning:

Congressman Mike Rogers Calls for Execution of Wikileaks Whistleblower
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/08/03/congressman-calls-execution-wikileaks-whistleblower/
Published August 03, 2010

A Michigan congressman said this week that if an Army private charged with leaking classified material to the whistleblower website WikiLeaks is found guilty, he should be sentenced to death. Republican Rep. Mike Rogers, a member of the House Intelligence Committee, told a local radio station on Monday that the charges against Pvt. Bradley Manning are worthy of capital punishment. "We know for a fact that people will likely be killed because of this information being disclosed," he told Michigan-based WHMI. "That's pretty serious. If they don't charge him with treason, they ought to charge him with murder. "I argue the death penalty clearly should be considered here," he said. "He clearly aided the enemy to what may result in the death of U.S. soldiers . . . If that is not a capital offense, I don't know what is."

Hey Mike Rogers, your continuing to put tens of thousands of US Soldiers into harm's way while refusing to obey your oath of office and your duties as chair of the select committee is 100,000x more deadly to our troops than unconfirmed whistleblower and possible patsy Bradley Manning. The entire incident of Bradley is clearly a false flag meant to destroy the free internet press and transform information into a commodity for large corporations to hoard, price fix, and manage artificial scarcity operations. You have refused to properly investigate the leak showing that you know it is a false flag and you use your chairship to destroy America from within. What kind of communist piece of crap anti-American zombified Davos-ass-licking psychopath are you anyway?

Facts on #CISPA
http://www.opensecrets.org/news/2012/04/cispa-facts.html
By Russ Choma on April 20, 2012 6:01 PM

With the body of SOPA still warm in the grave, Congress is making another run at a cyber-bill -- and the battle over it is starting to look a little familiar.

This one's not about piracy. Known as CISPA (the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act) the bill would, among other things, allow private companies -- internet service providers and others -- to turn over information about users to law enforcement and security agencies without a court order. It has bipartisan support (there are 82 Republican co-sponsors and 25 Democratic ones, unusual these days) and a lot of backing from big tech companies. But it has infuriated advocates who claim it lacks protections for individual privacy.

A vote in the House is expected next week, which has privacy advocates scrambling -- this week a coalition launched a Twitter campaign similar to the one that brought the SOPA bill to the public's attention. This campaign has led quite a few people to OpenSecrets.org looking for information on the bill, who backs it in Congress and who supports those lawmakers. For instance, we dug in the data to find out who has been contributing to the bill's original sponsor, Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich).

It turns out that of the several dozen companies that have lobbied on CISPA, 12 have given Rogers or his leadership PAC (Majority Initiative To Keep Electing Republicans) at least $103,000 just in this election cycle. The single biggest contributor to Rogers that also lobbied on the bill was SAIC, a huge defense contractor that provides electronics and information systems to the Pentagon and other parts of the government. Here's the company's lobbying profile and here's SAIC PAC's list of contributions to candidates since the start of 2011.

And this is the list of companies that both lobbied on the bill and contributed to Rogers or his PAC:
Organization   Individual      PAC   Totals
SAIC Inc                   -    $20,000      $20,000
Lockheed Martin                   -     $15,000      $15,000
AT&T Inc          $1,000     $11,000      $12,000
CMS Energy                   -     $12,000      $12,000
Northrop Grumman                   -     $11,000      $11,000
General Dynamics                   -       $8,000        $8,000
National Rural Electric Cooperative Assn                   -       $6,000        $6,000
National Cable & Telecommunications Assn                   -       $5,000        $5,000
Time Warner Cable                   -       $5,000        $5,000
US Telecom Assn                   -       $3,000        $3,000
Cellular Telecom & Internet Assn                   -       $3,000        $3,000
Exxon Mobil                   -       $3,000        $3,000

        TOTAL   $103,000

You can read our profile of the bill (H.R. 3523) here. You'll be able to see both a list of companies that have lobbied on it (which will be updated this coming week) and the list of all co-sponsors of the bill. With these tools, you'll be set to start exploring this bill's supporters (and who their financial backers are) but keep in mind these few things:

Lobbying disclosure reports show who lobbied on a bill and how much they spent on lobbying overall, not just on that bill. And spending on lobbying is different from spending on campaign contributions. But we also have campaign contribution information for the lobbyists themselves and the companies that hire them.

Just because a lawmaker has taken a stance on or cosponsored a bill and he or she has received campaign money from a company or lobbyist with an interest in the legislation doesn’t mean there was a quid pro quo. Most of the companies that have lobbied on the bill have many different interests in Washington. For instance, General Dynamics, which has a keen interest in this new bill, also lobbied on 51 other pieces of legislation, and spent $11.4 million on lobbying altogether.

Iraq Troop Surge Debate : Mike Rogers - Pro Surge

How come Mike did not investigate why the troop surge failed despite "intelligence' saying it would succeed?

How come Mike does not investigate WMD intelligence failures that got tens of thousands of out soldiers killed based on false intel?

According to ballotpedia, Mike was a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, 1989-1994

HEY MIKE...WHY DID THE FBI'S MOST WANTED SITE NEVER LIST 9/11 AS ONE OF THE CRIMES COMMITTED BY OSAMA BIN LADEN BEFORE THE STAGE PUBLICITY FAKE 'KILLING'?

How can Mike be on the Committee on Intelligence when he has got to be the most unintelligent person to ever pass through the halls of congress?  Is this a joke?

Mike chairing the CISPA discussion based on lies and fraud

THIS IS 100% FRAUD, ALL STATEMENTS ARE HORSESHIT, AND PASSING LEGISLATION VIA THE USE OF FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS, TESTIMONY, ARGUMENTS, AND A TAVISTOCK NARRATIVE IS FRAUD! WATCH THIS AND IT WILL BE PLAINLY OBVIOUS THAT THIS BILL, IS ILLEGAL. THIS REMAINS TO BE TRUE EVEN IF 100% OF CONGRESS PASSES IT, IT IS SIGNED BY THE POTUS, AND THE SCOTUS SAYS IT IS LEGAL. IN NAZI GERMANY, THEY ALL WERE MIND CONTROLLED INTO THINKING THE SAME KIND OF SURVEILLANCE AND CYBERNETIC CONTROL WAS LEGAL. NURENBERG PROVED THEM WRONG AND WE NO LONGER HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME S INTERNATIONAL COURT TO TELL US WHAT WE CAN SEE WITH OUR OWN EYES.

Mike Rogers Accidently Spills the Beans on Google Secret Support of CISPA
Google Declines Official Comment on Controversial Bill But Secretly Thinks That Mike Rogers is a Fricking Moron

http://news.antiwar.com/2012/04/17/house-intel-chair-google-secretly-backs-cispa/
by Jason Ditz, April 17, 2012

After Google played a central role rallying the public against the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), the House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Mike Rogers (R – MI) claims that Google is secretly supporting the bill many are calling “SOPA 2.”

“They’ve been helpful and supportive of trying to find the right language in the bill,” Rogers said of Google, which declined to comment on the new bill called the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA).

The bill aims primarily at the sharing of private information, empowering the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to collect data from private companies on anything they decide is a “cyber threat.”

Though officials insist that the bill isn’t meant to be used in this manner, the text explicitly includes “misappropriation” of intellectual property as a “cyber threat” to be dealt with by the DHS through a variety of means, and empowers it with the use of “cybersecurity systems” to move against such threats.
